Elden ring coop when?
Danposter Yen–I think I mentioned it in a comment reply pre-server crash, but my build, weapons, and armor were direct copies of what you did in the solo playthrough at that zone. It made choosing what to wear / wield very simple 😀

Hey! It's been quite the journey. I was the Sandy, Danhunter invader from episode 16 and I just wanted to say thank you for getting me into the series!
It was really fun to see you play through them again and that I could have a small part in it. Since you first introduced me to the series, I've played and beaten all the main From Software games from Demon's Souls to Elden Ring (except Bloodborne, long story). You guys have been a huge positive force in my life and I can't thank you enough, all of you.

This is also special for me, because the original DS3 playthrough is how I found the channel back when I was getting into the series for the first time. Then the Wandersong playthrough was recommended (now in my top 6 games), and I got hooked onto my favourite channel on this platform. Cheers, Dans and Carrie!
really dig Gael's OST. He's a tough one. Even on NG9, he still gives me trouble. Or maybe because it's NG9, but either way, one of my favorites in the series.
Also, Divine Blessing is a full heal, you've got some more in the bank, you can only carry one.

y'know, after all this, i kinda hope the Dans give Remnant : From The Ashes a go.
Personally, I like the feel of Dark Souls more than Elden Ring. I wish From would make a Dark Souls, but with the mechanical improvements of Elden Ring, but I know that is probably a pipe dream.
It's been a wonderful journey following along withthis journey through the whole Dark Souls series, and I really look forwards to seeing what you choose to do next!

You stumbled on Gael's weaknesses apparently. The wiki says he's weak to Strike (Vordt's Great Hammer), Frostbite (Vordt's Great Hammer), and poison/toxic (Poison Arrows).
Where was the poison mist?
This series has been a blast. Especially with the Dan Hunter shenanigans.
"This boss is weak to damage." is the best summary of how unga bunga strength builds operate.

This has been great. Just as a spectator, it's a blast to watch what this little community comes up with. I'm anxiously awaiting whatever happens next.
48:50 Actually how did Dan win a fist fight? Just the fact that he has put so little into vigor already puts him at a severe disadvantage, but then he's also primarily a sorcerer, meaning a lot of his levels would do nothing for his fists.
I just can not see how there's a universe where he wins that.
Truly, it is the end of an era.
Nicely done for the finale! I love all the Souls games but 3 is where I spent the vast majority of my playtime so it was a lot of fun getting to see you revisit it as well. Looking forward to whatever you two Dans have up your sleeves next!

God, God's, whatever divine beings are listening (except Gwynn) bless, this was a wild ride through the Souls games, and I'm so happy and privileged to have been able to watch the Journey. Y'all are great, and I love watching pretty much everything you do, but this has been special, especially this long, loooong final part. Thank you both so much, and thank you Carrie for being just the best.
You know, as good as some of Elden Ring's bosses are, I think Slave Knight Gael is still my favorite FromSoft boss.

It's oddly appropriate, Dan Floyd having this poignant moment as he revisits the endgame of Dark Souls III after a long absence; meanwhile Dan Jones is giving play-by-play on the silly fistfight he's having with a Danhunter.

and so, Lady Jingle & Slay Belle's journey thru Lordan has finally concluded, but their run from the DanHunters is far from over
but yeah, i still love the plot of the DLC being before the main ending: with your character actually seeing what extending the Age of Fire till the point of time imploding on itself does, yet there's still at least a Painted World that can just be chill
(& Dark Souls 2 is that one weird entry that got the Robotech treatment)

In ds2 my lil brother attacked a hollow soldier throwing the fire grenades and the grenade just bounced back. I was speechless
I feel like Dan Jones missed an opportunity to have them end the series dressed exactly the same as each other
