Here is all the censorship differences I’ve spotted in the 2020 remake of Resident Evil 3.
This game, even if its western release, was less gore than Resident Evil 2 remake, released one year before. You wouldn’t be able to get the same level of details and such.
Nonetheless, there is quite some details to cover between each versions of the game.

PEGI 18 : Western Release
CERO Z : Japanese Age Rating 18+
CERO D : Japanese Age Rating 17+

Knowing that, even the highest rating in japanese is still censored in comparison with the PEGI/ESRB version we’ve got.
That’s what I’m trying to show you guys the best way to discover those changes.
There isn’t much, but hey, at least there is ^^

  1. Will there be an ALL Censorships & Differences in Resident Evil 2 Remake video too, since some changes are quite similar to RE3 and also has both a D and Z Version in Japan.

I was also thinking of RE games that do have Japanese censorship too, but are not docuented too much (like Resident Evil 6), only this time, the ones before RE7 only had a CERO D rating (17+) and the censorship in RE6 is mainly camera angle changes to obscure violence and shortening some character deaths.
