This is such a fun series so far, never saw your channel before these but im enjoying it
Techincal hits come from hitting an enemy with a status condition, as for which thing you need to get a technical hit, it tends to be pretty intuitive (like hitting a burning guy with wind to make the fire grow)

I dont think the game ever tells you what the assist button does – it litterally chooses your move for you, and if you know the weakness it will switch your persona for you (which im not sure if you noticed that you can change at will during battle and its not like pokemon cause you can just scroll through your persona and then choose one that has the move you want) Basically assist is GOAT but obviously during boss fights and the like you may want to take take it normally
MYTH a small message (you need to register personas with the twins in prison, you can summon them that way so you dont need to go catching)

I really love the game and i am enjoying the séries, i Hope you like the journey.
A few tips:
1. When in combat you can press a Button to check the persona weaknesses and resistances(in the ps4 the Button is l1, dunno which IS in the Xbox controller)
2. Joker's sp is the most important resource when crawling a dungeon, try to use personas that fill the gaps in the rest of your party and try to cover most of the elemental damages to better exploit enemy weaknesses. Ex: you'll always have lightning, Wind and fire até your disposal with your current party so its a good idea to try and fuse personas with other elements, like Ice, curse and etc.
3. Normally(especially in the beginning) when a persona uses/resists an element It is usually weak to its opposite element. Example: Carmen(ann's persona) uses fire and resists It, but its weak to Ice. Most of the enemies you encounter Will follow that logic…
4. Use the resistances of joker's personas to your advantage. If an enemy is using fire to attack, change to a persona with fire resistance, If its a physical attacker, change to a persona with high endurance or physical resistance and etc. You an see the immunities, resistances and weaknesses of your personas when you are in the change persona menu.

You can use RB button to assist you to look at Shadows Stats and weakness etc.
My favourite detail in these games is that you can see some pretty MAJOR characters just roaming around on your way to school and shit, I must've spotted, like, three different characters that you'll get affiliated with this episode, some more than once, it's fucking crazy lmao
Watching every single persona 5 vid! Just a sidenote If you are planning on finishing the "Entire" game. There will be 3 confidants you HAVE to max out for true ending. The Justice confidant, The Councillor conf. and the Faith Confidant. (not to spoil their names.)
You can go in the bathroom in Leblanc to reflect and see how close you are to leveling up a social link just if you're ever curious and I don't think it's something the game ever tells you about.

Hey Mythy I know someone else mentioned but you really should finish the palace as quickly as possible. Usually I complete them on the first run. You will have time to do whatever you want after, it doesn't make the deadline move up or anything.

Glad I found this channel just in time to catch this play through, Few tips real quick to add to others you’ve been getting.
Crits will always down, and physical/gun attacks are the only attacks that can crit naturally.
Technicals are essentially mini crits when hitting a status effected enemy with specific attacks. Examples being hitting a shocked enemy with a physical attack, hitting a burning enemy with a wind skill, hitting a sleeping enemy at all, ect. Technicals have a chance to knock any enemy down and ignore all resistances, and are overall extremely helpful and worth using whenever possible. There are a bunch of moves induce status effects as a chance and some even do damage on top of that.
