I’m just here to say that whenever we see some Genocide Jack gameplay I imagine “Shall Never Surrender” from DMC4 playing. Considering how resolute Toko is this episode I think that fits.
A intresting detail about Toko's Love for Byakuya is that she and Genocide Jack have not been sharing Memories but Emotions. Meaning that her loving Byakuya might have developed normally at some point, before the Memory Wipe and now only comes off as wierd because the initial trigger is missing.
I think the head was removed. The body was clearly laying face down, so, it couldn't have been looking at Komaru from that angle if it was still attached.

I agree that Toko’s obsession with Byakuya does seem more like a coping mechanism than anything else. It doesn’t really make sense otherwise. It’s kind of like Kazuichi’s whole thing with Sonia in DR2. They both get very easily distressed and they need to find a way to cling to hope somehow, and so they chose a person to project that hope onto.

18:00 that‘s one of the times where using the top down monokuman map would have helped a lot I think. Once the machine is activated, you can check the map with 1 buttonpress wherever you are

I have never heard it called "yada yada" but that is definitely what they did with that scene. The only thing to remember is the monokumas tore out his throat so there was less flesh deal with.
You know, sometimes you just have to "yadda yadda" a decapitation… 😅

Just to clarify: Haiji´s father was already decapitated by the monokumas when they found the body. Komaru didn´t did it.
Also, in Nagisa´s room you can find the same gravure idol poster that you see in DR1 during the investigation of the second murder in chapter 2.
After you finish udg, will you watch and react to the anime?? I’d love to see a video with that and/or a series of you two watching those episodes
I feel like there's a little misconception about the Ultimate Neurologist's role in the Neo World Program? DR2 specified that it was their research that was used (alongside the Ultimate Programmer and Ultimate Therapist), meaning things like their studies and researched was referenced, not necessarily an active role taken on by these Ultimates.
