First ever All Bosses No Hit Run for Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin (PC). All 41 bosses had to be defeated without taking a single hit/stagger. FAQ with more detailed rules, information and resources: https://bit.ly/2uGTX9v

This was achieved over the course of two sessions, and this video features the first one, where I started the run and used some interesting soul-farming techniques to speed up the first half of it and get some risky areas and bosses out of the way. Please check the pinned comment for a timestamped list with all the bosses, as well as the FAQ above. For any other question, don’t hesitate to leave a comment. FAQ/INFO:
    – Bonfire Ascetics were used to revive the Dragonrider and Rotten boss fights multiple times. This allowed us to level up very quickly early on, get useful times and unlock the path to Drangleic Castle prematurely, which gave us access to the Old Knight Hammer and the Hunter's Blackbow, two very important weapons. Althought you wouldn't want to do something like this in a speedrun, those extra levels and gear
    – The Mirror Knight fight was postponed in order to get as many Brightbugs as possible. Brightbugs are scarce consumables that increase our damage output and that they're very helpful for certain fights. At any rate, Aldia cannot be fought as a boss unless you've cleared all four great ones anyway, so we left the second half of the main game for later.
    – The Belfry Gargoyles and the Graverobber Trio are some of the most troublesome and unpredictable fights, so they were done as early as possible. For the gargoyles, we hit all of their weaknesses at once (magic and blunt damage) with the extremely heavy hitting Old Knight Hammer that we had infused with Raw (for even higher attack rating, since it has no scaling). With all of the buffs active (Ring of Blades, Flynn's Ring, Red Tearstone Ring, Brightbug and Aromatic Ooze resin), the gargoyles could be one-shot and dealt with quickly. The trio is a very complex fight, and even some apparent cheese strategies are not 100% consistent. Dark Fog isn't the quickest or easiest method, but if you're confident in your ability to adapt and improvise, it is the one that gives you the most control. Despite my best efforts to manpulate the AI of the NPCs, it was still a very close fight that you should definitely watch.
    – The Skeleton Lords and Rat Bosses were mostly cheesed with a strategic use of spells, which we had carefully been preparing up to that point. The Royal Rat Authority is a simple but terrifying boss, with a charge attack with variable timing that can be extremely difficult to dodge. Being able to consistently kill it with a pyromancy setup was a big relief. If spells were not allowed, this boss would also need to be done as soon as possible.
    – The Smelter Demon is a very unique boss that acquires a damaging aura of fire halfway through the fight. Being damaged by this aura counts as a hit according to my rules, so I avoided getting close and used Dung Pies and arrows to stack toxic and poison damage to lower its health. After the fight, we reset the area to fight the optional Pursuer for the Ring of Blades +1.

  2. New Otz challenge, new game +8, covenant of champions, no damage, full torture run

  3. I still come back to these two videos every 4 months or so and enjoy every moment of them. If you ever read this know that so many people's days have been made and will continue to do so because of you ❤

  4. Orzdarva is the ONLY YouTuber I know who did the all bosses no hit run for DS2. I myself don't know how to execute it because Iron Keep will be a big challenge. Not only that but there are so many ambushes in DS2 that one should really remember every ambush spots by heart as much as possible.

  5. When he sold the Estus Flask Shard I nearly had a heart attack. But then I realized that the plan is to not get hit so it really doesn't matter. lol

  6. The two unexpected invasions you had are more epic than the actual ending of DSII

I would have personally died on the spot of a heart attack

  7. There's so much stupid BS this game can throw at you unexpectedly it's still amazing to me that anybody can actually no-hit DS2.

  8. i started dark souls last week, and i already heard about this legend, you made history of this game

  9. So, i haven't played dark souls yet, but im curious about why does otz keeps poisoning himself before going to fight a boss

  10. What a journey

Must have taken some discipline for this run

  11. Otz's personality only changes between two emotions

"Oh god I fucked up this run is over"

"How are you guys all doing? I hope you're having a good day"

  12. Wonder if my man boots up Ds2 to do hitless for fun like hes terroizing a middle school football team.
