If they do make a game like this for his first time as Spider-Man, a helicopter chase down of Chameleon is a big need to show how it went down in his first ever issue.
As for the game title, I probably go with Peter Parker: Spider-Man, kinda like the comic cover series they have.
I'd say an origin game should happen after Marvel Spider-Man 2.
