If you click on your quest it directs you, you often waste time looking when you forget to do that. I thought you liked the challenge lol.😁
That Cenurion Dynamo Core (~4:20) is a rare item that is good to have.

No you can't sell stuff off camera! If you sell something you will need later we won't know who you sold it to and won't be able to tell you where to go to get it back! And you know you probably will do that! Lol. Just how much coin does one actually need? The house in Solitude is very expensive though, not very big or good for storage but very desirable residence, location location location! Lol.
Don't forget to activate your Dwarven Horse.
There's a quest you can get in Whiterun called Beyond the Grave. You can begin this quest by going into the Dragonsreach Dungeon. On a table just within the jail area. Find a journal called Death of a Crimson Dirk.
