  1. I think if they manage to make huge content for Legends of the sequel that has the capacity to become huge live service.

  2. I just want the game to change setting, which will change the title to ‘Ghost of somewhere else.’ Sony can’t fall into a pattern of developing iterative sequels. People are becoming uninvested. Surprise them with innovation.

  3. I expect Jin a and Yuna to have a son in the next game, Yuna the only one that knows Jins location depending on your ending now jin embracing his Ghost side but at what cost to himself and his new family yes historically they did invade mainland Japan on there second attempt the Shogun will play a big part also hope the get Benedict Wong to play the Mongol leader in the next game.

  4. I agree with ya man, Ghost of Tsushima 2 should tackles these things and make it better and the first game was better than I thought

  5. I think the sequel should take place far after the second invasion, because that one was failed attempt on the Mongol's part based on what I'v read in my books. If anything, the peace of Tsushima has been achieved, so the conflict between the Hojo and Ashikaga could be the next place to go to tell the story of the events that would lead to the Sengoku-jidai, the time period the is the usual centerpiece for a lot of storytelling in Japan's history. Could give them the chance to flex their creative muscles, and can come up with some interesting set pieces to tell. The inner-conflict happening in the government of the Kamakura could lead to some really interesting stories.

  6. A couple other weapon options would be great, with their own combos. There were enemies in Ghost that used dual swords and spears/halberds. It would be nice to have those options, and perhaps dual wielding daggers. I'd also like there to be enemies that actively hunt you, instead of Jin always doing the pursing.

  7. I hope the next Ghost Of Tsushima game takes place in mainland Japan. One of my complaints about the current game is how it’s mostly desolate but that also fits into the narrative of the story. I want to experience the overall beauty of Japanese cities and I don’t wanna wait for AC Codename Red for it because that game will mainly be an RPG like Valhalla.

  8. – Better Quick Weapon Switch Menu (I found it somewhat cumbersome in Tsushima and Ikishima even after I mastered using it)

    – Newer Character Animations (Sucker Punch reused assets from inFAMOUS 1/2/SS in Ghost)

    – More incredible side missions (I enjoyed them more than the main story of Tsushima)

    – Deeper, and more intricately written main story and side characters (I really liked the side characters)

    – More Stances

Otherwise, I’m excited. I platinumed Tsushima and I’m almost done with platinuming Ikishima. Can’t wait to see what Sucker Punch does with Ghost 2.

  9. Most of what you said was on point. I agree with a lot of this. It's my favorite game I like everything about it. I really want them to go to the mainland eventually like after the first part of the story, letting us know that he finished things up there, and then ventures out to the mainland. For me I definitely want new and better animations for all combat and better facial movements during cut-scenes. I love what they've done so far,I just want them to do it better. Good video "Nixne 🙌

  10. I thought the first game was good BUT I’d definitely think it could be better if … the was more blood and gore , I want to see arms and heads being cut off more , more variety to stealth kills so it makes it more rewarding for doing them . More big battle scenes when you’ve got a team next to you . They were some of my favourite parts of the game . More animated scenes where we might see jin do stuff we can’t make him do … again some nice over the top scenes where maybe he’s killing multiple people chopping them up into pieces in a true samari showdown style

  11. GOT 2 is gonna be amazing since the first one was one of the best PS titles ever made! And yes! Better than GoW. Rise of the Ronin is something I’m looking forward to in 2024 as well. Until then my PS5 will be collecting dust 🥱🥱

  12. 1. Combat

Id say the stances are more than enough but what id like to see is more exclusive combos for each stance. Have different kind of attacks depending on the square/triangle inputs for the different stances, instead of just the triangle strings. Id also like special attacks for each of the stances. Heavenly strike and dance of wrath could be for the wind stance, now add more for the other stances so that every stance has 2 special moves, one that takes one resolve and the other that takes 3. Add different parry/perfect parry animations depending on the stances as well. As it is now it seems like the perfect parry counter move would be for the stone stance. They could also make it so you can't perfect parry unless you are on the right stance. I also really likes the Iki enemies and how dynamic they were. The need more of that especially for the ronin enemies. Have the switch stances on you.

    2. Open world

Id like a more dynamic and lived in open world. I don't really like war settings for open worlds because it kind of excuses them being very empty and most npcs feel samy. Id like more lived in villages and have people moving to and from villages. Id also like a main city. Add more dynamic interactions with the world and npcs like in rdr2 dynamic events. Travelling the open world needs to make us feel like we are wandering and interacting with a living world and can choose to intervene or not. In GOT all you do is ride and fight bandits and mongols who have static and generic actions. If you aren't doing a story or side mission, nothing is dynamic.

    3. Grounding

I liked the idea of the horse satchels, we need more things like this that ground us in the world. Have us need to rest, eat along with taking a bath for rejuvination features. Also have us maintain our katana and care for our horse, which i was quite dissapointed wasn't a feature since caring for your katana at the very least is importanat for a samurai. Ive never liked the idea that your character can just run across the whole map , no rest, eat or sleep and fight all through in open world games. It always takes me out of the immersion. It doesn't need to be heavy survival elements but just features that makes us feel grounded and immersed in the open world like having a place to stay, even if its a little shack or the ability to start a camp whenwe are far from home. Things that will make getting into a new town or wandering around the open world a unique immersive experience in and of itself.

    4. Story

Not a war setting. Id like a more local setting with internal conflicts. The best stories, characters and enemies for me were other ronin and bandits. Id like more of that. More unique masters and samurai/ronin storylines. A heavier shogunate involvement. Here they can take inspiration from Kenshin's story and incorporate the ghost plotline.

  13. Yes I definitely agree with the bandits, it was annoying saving people all the time, we need a longer storyline to follow. I ended the Khan in 2 days disappointed. You find bandits on the road they annoy me sometimes they have dogs. I do hope Tomoe makes a reappearance because I thought she and Jin had excellent banter. More fighting is needed with allies too. I definitely agree with the climbing it feels to rough for the ghost he needs to move sharp and sleek.

  14. In Ghost of Tsushima 2 and in Horizon Forbidden West dlc for 99.9997% of healthy population straight romances in stories are more than welcome we are not 50-50 with 0.0003 % lgbt and in our free time for our money we want to relax and enjoy ih heathy successful happy family not to be brainwashed, don't be shy with straight romances in beautiful stories on family consoles

  15. What if the shogun realize they are losing the second invasion against the mongols so they bring the ghost in as a ally. This could bring a lot of tension with jin and the samurai, Jin and shimura would have to see and plan with each other which can definitely cause conflict. And if the shogun eventually turn on him or a rival clan doesn’t agree with the shogun’s decision, Jin could have hand to hand combat introduced so he doesn’t have to kill the people he’s sacrificing his honor to protect.

  16. Imagine if we would fight the shogun in a 1v1 and he first got a insane samurai armor with a very long katana, and that u fight him in level like first he deals a lot of dmg by is decent fast and takes a only little dmg but the more u progress he loses his armor and gets super fast and he gets more samurais on his side.

  17. Look, as long as they expand on the Iai element of it all I'll be happy. Who wouldn't want to do sheathe their sword, only to quickly draw it, severing someone's head. Not only would it provide for the fear factor that Ghost of Tsushima went for with Jin, but it'd be pretty rad to be the one doing it yourself.

  18. I hope that ghost of tsushima 2 fully scratches my tenchu itch. I am sure I'll like the sequel.

  19. •Side Missions in the open world are more fleshed out with actual cutscenes along with more variety.

•Civilians roaming the open world with random events happening in the open world.

•Armor sets should have some negative consequences in certain situations. For example Samurai Clan Armor would be perfect for actual combat but would be loud and clunky for sneaking around and you can't jump or parkour in it while Ghost Armor is perfect for sneaking around but offers zero resistance when fighting.

•Speaking of Armor sets I would like the ability to carry a limited number of Armor sets on your horse while traveling. It would put more emphasis on the Armor you play with and your playstyle while also prepping for missions based on the Armor.

•We need more Mythic Tales (probably one of my favorite parts of the game).

•Ikki Island touched on this which is great but we could use more side activities in the open world.
