Lumaconi (snail shell) pasta is so fucking good because of how well they absorb sauces. It's fucking HEAVENLY when you get a spoonful of those and get an absolute flavor EXPLOSION in your mouth.
As an Italian any pasta with grooves carved on it is automatically better because it retains the sauce. Either that or fusilli are best pasta Otherwise pasta all'uovo (pasta made with eggs) is superior, more specifically egg noodles

I'm not 100% sure how long I've been subbed but I think one of the first videos of yours I've seen was beating the entirety of Elden Ring using only frenzied flame and ever since I've been pretty much hooked on your content. I've rewatched almost all of your videos at least 5 times each (not even exaggerating here lol) and every single time there's a tiny little joke you make or just some remark that I forgot about and it brings out that big ugly laugh we all have. Favorite pasta shape? Hands down it was the SpongeBob SquarePants Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Who wouldn't enjoy cheese soaked sponge pasta? Now if they would only make some with Patrick.
Orecchiette is by far both my favorite/hated Pasta PRO: It goes pretty well is most recipes that call for pasta in general and it acts like a tiny sauce holder. CON: Reminds me of what the Mohelet stole from my mini me.
