2018 games are not old games, i guess you didn't mean that in this way but just to reassure, the best games of all time came in the year 2018.
You might recognize Carl actor because you recently played The Quarry, which he played Jedidiah. I really hope you follow through with this playthrough. This game might cut into your soul deeply, but is equal parts heartfelt.
Fun Fact: Connor's actor has his own online presence alongside his wife, they are known as Dechart Games. Love those two!
OMG I hear Philip Glass inspired music in the beginning credits (19:30)! It really fits the game's theme: minimalistic, repetitive, almost mechanical; but hypnotic, conveying more and more emotions through subtile changes, melancholic … By the way, the title of the closest piece to the introductive credits' one is called " Metamorphosis ", available everywhere… Not a coincidence of course: definitely sets the tone of the game for me.
(I didn't finish the game yet, so sorry if Glass is credited during the ending credits, through my ears it was so obvious i had to react 😅)

Interesting choice of game. I liked all of QD’s PlayStation games but Beyond: Two Souls is probably my favourite. Have you played Heavy Rain too Emma?

Since you asked why the first android Daniel killed people and this is not spoiler since you missed the tablet but if you looked at the tablet the father was holding you would see that they were going to replace him and that why he was mad and did what he did.
Ngl I loathe dave cage games but I was sliiiightly on the fence about this one. but this vid confirmed for me that I definitely don’t want or need this in my life 😂

Just a tip about gameplay. Reading the magazine articles can be dangerous. They are worth reading but many times you are actually being stealth timed and reading a magazine will cause you to run out of time and fail or miss something critical. The best way to handle the magazines is to quickly page through all the articles without reading them and then putting them down. Any magazine that you have paged through, you can go read again from the main menu during breaks without interrupting the game. Just a tip 🙂
Another tip is when you have to make a choice and you only have a few seconds to decide which of the options to select, if you hit the escape button, it causes the game and allows you to think over which option you want to choose rather than making a rash decision

I love it when science fiction is intertwined with dark social commentary. So far, this is my favorite video you’ve released. As always you’re entertaining, but this game makes you reflect on your own beliefs and biases. This let’s play is going to be 🔥, can’t wait to see the rest of it. FYI, I have a roomba. I think I’ll call it Todd now, 🤣

So excited to watch you play; I’ve always wanted to play this but never got the chance. I didn’t realize it was made by Quantic Dream though; David Cage is a huge homophobe.
Being from Metro Detroit and seeing the Joe Louis fist, Renaissance Center, and the Spirit of Detroit statue but in a futuristic Detroit is really cool. GO LIONS!
You're missing some important stuff, like being able to save the wounded cop on the hostage rooftop, or finding Todd's gun while cleaning his room. You should periodically hold R2 to scan a room for interactables before moving onto the next area or it will come back to bite you later.
