OH 5:09 Dorohedoro is an amazing manga/anime, you should tottaly check it out.
The lizardman with the chopsticks is from Dorohedoro. It's a great series that would probably be up your alley.

About the Lizard with the chopsticks, thats Caiman from dorohedoro, you need to watch it its great. Heck maybe you could even do a lets watch its full of insane moments youll definitely get lots of content from it.
