    Ok sorry but the way to find a mimic is the chain. I was screaming while he was going through that part.

    Also yes, you can see the Asylum Demon up there on the roof on console, I point it out to people I share this game with all the time

    Interesting differences on the mimic..still, it's easier to tell if it's a mimic by whether the chain is coiled or not

    Small correction, that single 4King outside the map isn't just for the cutscene, he's actually the entity that has the 4King's overall shared health pool. Each 4King you fight has a smaller amount of HP, but damaging them also damages the one under the map, and it's his Boss Bar that we see.

    Excellent video! Regarding mimic chests, you didn't mention what to me has always been the most obvious indicator. Regular chests have the chain on the side of the chest coiled backwards and away from the player when facing the chest, whereas on mimic chests the chain is coiled the opposite way, pointing towards the player.

    If I’m not mistaken the Four King under the map in the fight also acts as the “real” boss by giving the damage from the others to him to calculate the total health bar

    I've never played any of this series, but its so facinating to see how they make things work!

    Also, I hope you add some story of seasons, rune factory, fire emblem, or xenoblade to your list of possible games to cover. In any case, I'm here for any game either way, its still facinating
