Open-World (or) Linear Story
Semi open world. Nothin to big. That way there can lots of differant areas etc
I can't believe people are asking for the release date of this game already when we don't even have a release date or even seen real gameplay of Spider-Man 2 yet. 🤷🏼♂ 👀 Another thing is do people not see the GOW situation right now and what the community had to go through to get a release date just for that game and they still don't want to show gameplay for it when were 2 month's away from the game. YEA!… good luck getting something from this game. 👀
I want open world but I don’t want other elements such as traversal to hurt the the story & gameplay
I think linear would be the best route to go with Wolverine. Linear with opened areas that can be explored and have different routes like Dishonored in that aspect. Open world is perfect for Spiderman due to swinging throughout the city, being very agile and mobile being a part of his character that can be weaved into gameplay well. With Wolverine the primary focus should be combat since he doesn't really have that. Sure they could give him a motorcycle or something but that would only be out of combat and nothing more than a means to cover ground faster and not have the player running all over the place. High adrenaline combat like Doom that constantly keeps you on your toes and moving would fit well. I think too much downtime outside of that would get boring quick with him. Not everything benefits from or should be open world.
This game needs to open with a bar fight and I think Roger Clark should voice Wolverine.

I think insomniacs Wolverine game is gonna play very similar to marvel Spider-Man where it’s going to be a story driven single player game. Think X-Men origins Wolverine the game.
I know this may be pitty but after insomniac did that whole character switch to make peter look like a high-school kid, I told myself I wouldn't by another insomniac game. And I'll stick to my word
All they have to do is make it The Wolverine, version of an Arkham like gameplay. It should have a good story and rated Mature. Good graphics and a lot of gore would be a plus too.
They should follow the same format as Spider-Man for wolverines just give bro a bike or parkour
As long as they have excellent characters and villains in the game and it really showcases Logan’s actual skills, abilities, and the obviously the adamantium I’ll be happy. I don’t want him to be a bar fight brute like he was in the X-Men movies. He was cool and I love Hugh Jackman but Logan’s like 5’3” and as skilled as Shang Chi hand to hand… I want to see that + the cowboy + the Samurai + the berserker (like Kratos in Spartan rage mode) to be his Uber level

I don’t think it’ll be an open world. It’ll be like god of war where you can’t go anywhere. I don’t see wolverine jumping (spiderman open world) or driving and using air crafts to travel like in gta open world.

Actions games are always better when open world. We don’t need another boring marvel game that runs out of missions once you complete the story. We also don’t need the same story told again in a different way. We know how he got antimantium.
