I’ve found all 9 poetry stones in Yakuza 6, some of them haiku, some longer. Onomichi (Hiroshima Prefecture) is one of my favourite places in the series.
The poems are read here by Takaya Kuroda, who plays Kazama Kiryu, and has a wonderful voice for it. Times and full texts are below if you just want to skip to them.

00:41
Amid the gravestones,
And amid the vases,
Skylarks roost.
– Kobayashi Issa

2:02
A labyrinth of houses,
Ubroken on the horizon,
In the hills of Onomichi,
The narrow streets sing.
– Ogata Koan

3:20
As soliders pass,
Resting at their feet,
Lies the noble chrysanthemum.
– Natsume Soseki

4:16
Hunger.
Even an army,
Crumbles before it.
– Basho

5:34
And what of the islands,
Amid the Summer mist?
Their names elude me.
– Emi Suiin

7:55
While rooftops gleam,
Through the temple walls,
A fragrant wind whispers.
– Iwaya Sazanami

9:02
What tranquility.
Beyond the verdant hills,
Two towers lie in wait.
– Masaoka Shiki

10:38
Under the shadow of the sun,
The azure sea comes to life,
As the Onomichi shoreline glistens.
– Jippensha Ikku

11:24
Around a weather-worn boulder, the nimble pine coils.
As light meets the sea, the forest leaves glow.
After six long years, I have returned to Senjoji.
Within arm’s reach, lies the harmony of nature.
Soon night casts its gentle shadow, and distant ships fade.
And yet, the sake we share remains unfinished.
To honor my anguish of youth, I ask a favor.
Enshrine this site, and its poignant display.
– Rai Sanyo
