In today’s video, Spy explores more lore of the main plot of The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim – The Dragonborn.
The “Skyrim Movie” that we released was meant to capture the main plot of Skyrim and its main story line. With five mainline games, there are a good amount of topics to discuss. Being at the center of The Elder Scrolls V, The Dragonborn, it’s background role and how it’s presented to the player, is another major plot point that needs to be explored.
Years of storytelling and background has been set up in Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. So, we figured why not dive into the lore and background – the thread running through these titles – and talk about what has changed and evolved. Talk about what is misunderstood and what falls into the unreliable narrator that is often employed.
The plan is to present the stories from an overview perspective, then dig in across several videos and talk more in-depth about major points – and eventually the side stories as well. So much rich lore deserves attention.
