Final Fantasy IX Remake has been circulating the rumour web for a good while now and I have mentioned it from time to time. However, for the first time I am now thinking that this is a project that is far more likely than not. The recent surprise announcement of Kingdom Hearts 4 has again demonstrated the validity of a previous GeForce Now leak that contained a number of supposed upcoming titles that many considered unlikely. Well, FF9 Remake is the ONLY one left on the list that has not yet happened!
But, what would a Final Fantasy 9 Remake look like? Would it be similar in style or very different to FF7R? When could we expect it? All questions we will be looking at in today’s update. Please enjoy!
