Q: How do you get 4 Mod Slots?
A: You can Adept versions of every weapon and outfit in New Game+ which given you an extra slot.
Q: How do you get more Unique mods?
A. You can only get 1 of each per playthrough, so need to do NG+ every time you want more.
Q: How many playthrough did you do to get these mods?
A: 9, since I needed 9 Pristine Coils I needed to play it nine times.
