This is the coolest and most difficult experience ive had fighting Slave Knight Gael! His health regens by the second after part 1, he gains a huge amount of attacks and modifies old ones plus the atmosphere is much cooler. This has become my new favorite boss fight with some help from the amazing Hollow Overhaul Mod!
