This Apartment is all about Winterfest. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, room for 2 sims and a small dog and all decorated to celebrate. I used every item from the new Holiday objects for the base game that was for download with the new Sims delivery system.

To Place this room In build mode bulldoze 18 Culpepper, input the cheat bb.moveobjects by bringing up the cheat bar with CTRL+SHIFT+C, line up the apartment and place.
