Race Highlights | 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix
Here come the lights in Vegas and we’re underway and racing down to turn number one. Lando Norris is going to need the job but it’s super aggressive from the pole sitter who’s off who’s wide. The lead for Max Stappen as Lando Norris rejoins. He went bold but Vstappen got by and now moving up around the outside and trying to take P2 away. George Russell climbing up to second position. Crucial couple of meters for the Grand Prix. Philando Norris who wants P2. It’s dirty. Dusty and he can’t go late on the brakes. It’s Max Stappen. George Russell the pole sitter is down to third. Lando Norris has lost places. Oscar Pastry’s P7 right now. He’s lost a couple as well. Hajar up to P5. There’s a move for Charlair. That’s for ninth position late on the brakes into turn 14 as we go over the line. Versappen Russell Norris is the top three in the Grand Prix. Norris who just missed his break point. So busy was he to get to the inside and Vstappen comes through. Sensational move this from Russell as well around the outside. What’s Portletto going to see as he heads down? Oh. Oh. Oh my word. Clobers into the side of the Aston Martin and round went Pierre Gazzley. That’s how he lost seven places. Well, there’s no question who was the cause of that accident. Bortalto completely misjudged his breaking. Now on board Liam Larson and then the McLaren. Oh wow. How lucky was Pastry that that was a wheelto-wheel contact. So, Antonelli’s got a 5-second penalty for a false start. He’s creeping. You can see the wheels moving before the lights went out. Russell will be doing everything he can to stay within a DRS zone of a staff. Oh, damage for Lawson. And Pastri gets by. Lorson with front damage to the car and Pastri is up to P6. Late breaking move for Shaollair and he gets past the H. The Ferrari easing by and up to P7. Crucial move for his Grand Prix. Next car up the road, one of the championship contenders, Oscar Pastri. Here we go for a Ferrari with a pass. It’s turning into pass or B pass for Oscar Pastri. Was trying to line up the move on Isaac Haja. Instead opens the door for Shaolair. And that Ferrari is rapid as we build up to 212 mph. Catalair roar by and get pastri. He can. And Pastry is difficult. Saturday night goes from bad to worse. He’s got grip. He’s got speed. And has he got a chance for another position? Laid on the brakes. Easing to the inside and taking P5. Two passes in two laps for Shalair who’s up to fifth position. Wow, Hamilton very deep there. And uh that’s well the contact was made. So that’s why Alban’s gone into the pits. Alex Alburn has a 5-second penalty for causing a collision. He is staring at six Grand Prix in a row without points. Green flag is flying once again in Las Vegas. We’re racing. Chance for Oscar Pastry. Top of your picture. Papaya car moving by reacting well. Oh, and is this the chance to get past? It is. And now we’ll hug the inside line. Maybe run over some of that debris that wasn’t quite cleared, but Pastri needed to get past and did so. P6 for the Australian driver. Science is trying to cover off Pastry. Then this will be very close. Shorter distance for Science, but he’s got to get the tires fired up. Yeah, that’s going to be key, especially on a long corner here. And you can see the McLaren all over the back of the Williams with the DRS. signs makes the defensive move, but he’s boxed in and Pastry is going to get by. Pastry had one opportunity to make that work. He took it and he clears the Williams. He really needed that one. Got the move done. The problem for Norris is that not putting pressure on Russell means that Russell can have an easier time on his tires as well and look after them. It’s a it’s a difficult balance of trying to attack to make the guy ahead use the tires. Pastry is through. Llair’s going to have the same issue here with Carlos Science on the the hotter hard tires. Yeah, they come out of the blankets at a lower temperature than operating on the racetrack and SCS is unable to make the impression. So, Shlair getting track position over Carlos SCRI ahead of the pair of them. Well, I can’t say I know I do prop you or overtake him. We’re going to go get Max. We’re heading to 200 mph and turn 14. DRS will open Philando Norris and he stays on the outside line. Russell will hug the apex of the corner or try to. He can’t. Norris straight by up to second position. And now he will try and do what his race engineer told him and chase down Max Stappen. Antelli in fourth position. The contact between these three that are running Liner Stern. That’s laid on the brakes for Antonelli. Hanging on to this one. And you can see sliding around and potentially opening the door for another chance for Charlotte is Oscar Pastri. Pastri unable to find a way through. interesting information that Red Bull have heard that we have not heard which is Norris nursing a problem and suddenly he’s 13 seconds away from the race lead. Russell was 3 seconds quicker on the last lap. Norris lost no more time than he did the previous lap, so he may well get there. My information is that Lando Norris has been asked to lift and coast all the way to the flag. So they will be updating him on that gap and it is being managed all the way to the checkered flag. So surely it’s brakes again. Lifting coast is tire saving. It’s brakes or is fuel. There’s been a safety car which will negate any fuel issues for them. So must be brake considerations that McLaren have. Well, this is going to be an eighth consecutive podium finish for Max Estappen who is still a contender for the title. You cannot count him out. Heading to Qatar still with a chance. This is the 17th and final corner of the last lap. The Dutch driver will look up and see the checkered flag first. Max Vstappen wins the Las Vegas Grand Prix. His name up in lights once again. For second position, it await. Red Bull have taken the win with Max Vstappen his sixth of the season and lifting and coasting with a terrific position in the world championship with two Grand Prix to go. Lando Norris hangs on. George Russell completes the podium. Kimmy Antonelli with unbelievable speed but a 5-second penalty. And it means as we go across the line, it’s Pastri in fourth. Antonyelli is listed in P5 ahead of Charllair by 110th of a second. There’s always something different here in Las Vegas, but that’s really different. Looking good in the Lego Cadillac that will take the top three, I imagine, to the Bellagio Fountains. We now have two weeks left to decide the Formula 1 World Championship in 2025. And thanks to his win tonight, still three names in the mix. But advantage Lando Norris heading in to the final three races of the year, one sprint, two Grand Prix, and it’s all coming your way in the next two weeks as we close out this 24 round campaign. But the third Las Vegas Grand Prix has been won by Max Stafen. He’s second at this venue.

UPDATE: Both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri have been disqualified. This is because the thickness of the rearmost skid of both of their cars was less than the required thickness.
Who’s here after max won the last Vegas
Welcome back, King of the bottles
Both McLarens disqualified is A HUUUGE gamechanger now! If Max wins the championship he will be the GOAT for life. Coming from a 104 point deficit and turning it into a WDC will be insane!! This effort will never be replicated again……. Ladies and Gentlemen we are witnessing history! 😎
GO GO Max you can do this Buddy! 💪
I missed the start, started watching later during lap 1 and was surprised but not too surprised to see the polesitter ending up 3rd. Then they showed the replay of the start and I just laughed. Ah, what a guy. Please keep doing that. Stay true to your roots.
Lando disqualified!
Leclerc is him
Bortoleto devolvendo no Stroll kkkkkkk

McLaren completely crashing under pressure 🤣. WTG Max, you freaking LEGEND 🥳!!!!
McLaren DSQ??? DO IT MAX
Tsunoda is an embarassment. He is just sad out there, Max has gotten like 95% of this teams points.
If VER wins this world title he'll be the greatest of all time, if not exactly to he same.
Shocked to see a Ferrari pass a McLaren ON TRACK!!!! I felt like Robin Williams in Jumanji… WHAT YEAR IS THIS??? But they managed to lose the position…positionS .. in the end… What a joke.
Congratulations to Antonelli and FU to FIA for that 5s penalty….others moved a lot more before the start and didn't get penalized
Lando disqualified 😂

Well well both McClarens DQ after the race!!
Max getting closer and closer
Missed the race. Watched the highlights. Saw the first F1 comment and chuckled hard. Max is winning WDC, isn't he? Lol.
Uhhhuuuuu 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏅🎖

AnimaLeclerc
Mclaren has fixed Oscar's car for lando wc.
no wonder so much fireworks under the cars of mclaren… 😁
GAP TO NORRIS: 24
Why max didn't got 25+1 extra point for fastest lap
Wth was this start from Lando 😂
Double DNF for Mclaren
Pay attention to the amount sparks of McLaren vs the car they're battling:
2:16
3:12
3:45
4:43
This isn't even cherry picking, it's like every other time that McLaren was shown battling, especially on the straights.
Masterclass from Hamilton. P20 to P10. Not much but that's a lot considering how difficult it is to make up ten places.
i thought the mclarens looked a bit low, non-stop sparks, shame they got disqualified
Congrats Kimi 2 podiums in a row
all we need now is
1 Max, 2 Oscar, 3 Lando in Qatar
Oscar to take out Lando in Abu Dhabi
to have an Absolute Cinema ending :))
Extended highlights please as this video missed a lot of stuff.
Is there no microphones for the cars? WHY AM I WATCHING A SILENT CAR RACE

Here after the double dsq, this is absolute cinema.
