T1 vs DK | Lower Round 2 | Woori Bank 2025 LCK Playoffs

destroy you. This time you’re out. You’re breaking. I’m conceive now. Come to me. Let me destroy you. This time you wait. Come find me. Bow. Bow down to me. This is more than pressure. Soul tears. This is more than ever. They tried to tell me I was lesser. If all this makes diamonds, you should get your test. But they’ll be hanging my name in the rafters. They’ll be hanging my name in the don’t want to see me when I’m active. Don’t want to see me when it’s starting to rain. And I still got to go out and practice. Prove them wrong and change my life. Then told the stories and they want to ask me how. If you didn’t know me then. And of course you wouldn’t know that we just go we just go for the hinges for the kitchen for the house. We ain’t messing around. We just go. We just go. We just go. We just go. They try to take me out of my existence. Do you really think I’m giving up? Car broke, wallet full of dust. I’m going to go until I drop. Motivation really ain’t enough. Dedication really ain’t enough. Affirmations really ain’t enough. You better run for your silence cuz the worst part of the war is quiet. We just go Hallelujah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Hello everyone and welcome to the biggest match of the LCK playoffs here in 2025. It is D plus Kia and T1 to continue on their LCK championship journey. Don alongside Chronicler and Wolf to break down this big big matchup. And I promise we’ll try to keep the bias to a minimum. I know that there might be someone here that might feel a certain way. They promised me earlier they will be a complete consumate professional. Some might say biased desk, some might say based desk. That’s what I would say. I would never be biased. I’ve never been accused of bias. I don’t even know how to be biased. What I am though is excited because the fact that it all comes together here today for both a chance at that final spot at Worlds, but also a chance to make that run towards an LCK title. Uh it’s mindboggling truly that it’s T1 and DK and it’s all thanks to the valiant efforts of KT and Hanwa. That’s right. So, if you win today, you go to Worlds and you will face off against Gen on the 21st to see who’s going to go to that lower bracket finals and go to Inspire Arena. So, very big best of five today. I’m hoping that it’s going to be as unhinged as Chronicler’s Twitter is right now. Uh, if you guys have seen posts, uh, it’s been pretty wild over there. I’m thinking this series is probably going to deliver about the same amount of insanity. It’s a best of five between these two teams that we had earlier this year. Obviously, it went the distance. It went to five. It all went down to an aiming getting caught by a Blitzcrank hook game. Um, which was the ultimate decider, but we’ll see if uh history repeats itself or if it’s going to be a more one-sided series tonight. There’s, you know, there’s been a lot of other things that happened other than that Blitzcrank Hook happening to Amy. You know, there there was opportunities, questions about the draft, but what happened at the end of the series? Yeah. Okay. What ended the series? Let’s take a look at the headto-head between these two squads because they have done battle multiple times, but not as many as you think in best of fives over the organization’s history here. And uh because of when DK was promoted, we actually do this is this is every best of five best of five ever played. And as you can see, a lot of them are bangers. Uh more recently, outside of the blip in 2021 and then in 2020, obviously DK was the best team in the world. Uh but it’s been T1 favorite. DK always take a lot of games, but then you’ll look at that world’s qualifier and that was kind of an out of nowhere win for DK as well. So, I’m just hoping that today we go to five again, just like the last two times these teams have faced off. I’m I’m thinking we’re going to feel that sort of tension in this series. Essentially, a World’s qualifier here that we are playing in this best of five. So, I think the series goes the distance for sure. Notice we talk about these teams in the world’s history. D+ has never missed Worlds since their entry to the LCK in 2019. Six consecutive appearances. T1 have four backto back, but have five world titles, whereas D+ only have the one in 2020. And it’s insane to think that the defending world champion of the last two worlds is at the precipice of getting knocked out, right? Due to that win from Humble Life, due to the fact that KT won over Geng and one of these guys is not going Chronicle or what? Caria and Showmaker will miss worlds. That feels very first time. Isn’t that kind of insane? I don’t like that. I don’t like that. Feels bad. Same with Shu. If D plus don’t make it, she would also miss worlds for the first time. Good good good statues there. You talk to Atlas. No, just just throwing those out there. You know, we we we’re just setting the stakes for the heartbreak that is going to uh come here for one of these squads as we take a look at how T1 has fared in the playoffs. This was their second series against Hanual Life esports and we found some difficulty in the drafting in these one damage compositions. This game obviously went kind of down in history because Gumo had to carry the whole thing. He was the only damage dealer in this draft and you know ended up being a bit aggressive and it cost the team big. But I think it’s it’s not just this game in particular or GMA in particular that’s the issue here. T1 are drafting these compositions that have extremely narrow win conditions and it makes playing the game out super hard, especially in a volatile meta like the one we’re playing in right now. It’s basically we’ve already been pretty critical of two carry compositions cuz I think they’re hard to execute. This was a one carry composition and I I think Kai’Sa isn’t a traditional if this was a Jinx, I’d probably feel different about it, but Kai’Sa isn’t a hyper carry in traditional sense, right? She has a very specific subset of skills, has great backline dive, is very self-sufficient. But what we see is that T1 is leaning into these styles of drafts that don’t really work for them. And I think a lot of for me is because of how good Hanwa’s draft plans were coming into that series. Yeah, I mean, you saw in this game, they were able to get a pretty early lead with the Kiana, but they weren’t able to snowball it enough and then Smolder eventually happened. Right. This the break point was reached for Viper who had an amazing series there. T1 again drafting a composition where they have to win constantly. They always have to have control. They can never give up for a second. Han life just played super defensively, super passively. And the game plan for Hanama couldn’t have been simpler in that type of draft. And I think T1 will need to have broader scope with what they’re doing in these best of fives. Yeah, like that was actually one of my favorite games in all of playoffs. It just unfortunately was a game three that didn’t quite go their way for T1 after they had lost two with some weird compositions. Now on the opposite side for D+ also 1 and one in the playoffs only losing to T1 in their very first round. They bounced back well here against BNK FX. Yeah, we also got Barrelbard which is always a roller coaster ride. uh truly never know what you get with that man. And it kind of showcased I think this is kind of the pinnacle of Barl’s journey because he was and I’ve been very critical of him uh to the dismay of Atlas cuz I think that Barl actually had a really tough time throughout most of this year but this play in playoffs I think he has actually leveled up as has Shu. Yeah. And and Shu playing in the match yesterday some tanks playing the scion in particular showing up in a big way. I think this is great stylistically against BNK, but it’s good to know that one of Shu’s biggest weaknesses may have been resolved. At least it was yesterday. So, that could open up some some strong points here in draft. We don’t know how the form of Doran is going to look as well. Had a bit of a rougher time his last series, but some level ups individually here for D plus get them across the line. And we are seeing the coordination, I think, getting better and better bit by bit here for D plus. That was the biggest issue I had with this squad in team fights. It looked much better yesterday. The biggest challenge for DK is obviously going to be that they have faced off against T1. That was close. Uh but BNK is definitely didn’t look nearly as strong. And we saw the struggles for aiming still continue. And that’s something that I’m really going to be looking towards today cuz I would expect Kara and Goomba to really bounce back after the rough first series that they had. Uh and if that comes to fruition, it might be a heavily topside focus for DK versus a heavily bside focus for T1. Well, that’s exactly where we start in this match up between these two world championship winning squads in the bot lane with the champion pool. Obviously, the Kaisa highlighted because that was the gambit that T1 threw out earlier and aiming has found success on Zigs, which is something that Guma hasn’t played. And these two players have opposite issues. I think that Gmba on his champions is absolutely stellar. The problem is that as we have seen when he gets pushed I think he can struggle versus Aiming who plays way more but hasn’t really looked that good in any of it. Yeah, he plays a lot of champions that require a lot of finesse. And even if you look at Aiming’s Jin record, it looks like maybe he’s the better Jin player of these two, but we know that’s not true, right? He played Jin in the Rise group and his Jin performances have left us a little bit worried at times with his individual performances even though his team’s able to drag him across the line. I think this matchup is going to be quite critical. T1, by the way, have not won against Ziggs. They’re 0 and5. And Ziggs right now in round three of playoffs has a really high win rate sitting at nearly 80% here at 11 and three. Really pivotal pick. Really strong at the end of draft to counter teams who have been really greedy with how they’re setting up their bottom 2v2. There’s also the fact that I think DK have been prioritizing this. Plus, if your AD carry is struggling, Zig is a great pick cuz you can play towards it, but you really don’t have to. He’s very self-sufficient. They even won with it uh with Vaggar, which I still don’t think should have worked, but it did. Yeah. And again, if you’re copying Hano Life esports’s homework, that was something that they pulled out later on that T1 didn’t have an answer for. So, Jin Zig’s going to be something we’re looking out for in the bot lane champ pool. Now, at support, the partner for that bot lane. Surprised how many Bard games were played here. So, going back to some of the predictability of T1’s drafting, the bard has been Keria’s most played, right? And he has a lot more games even before round three on this pick. So something that’s definitely targetable in draft. We’ve seen a little bit more tech come out of barrel on the other hand. You can see his Janna pick, right? He’s playing the Tom Kench. We know this guy will pull out the tar. He has a ton of games of Karma as well. So he’s really the only support right now that’s picking this. So there’s a lot of draft depth here for Barrel. It’s also two supports that are trending in different directions right now. We saw in Karia’s last few series a little bit lower impact on that Nico whereas Barrel had some rough times this year but is looking better here in his last few best of fives. Yeah, that to me is kind of the big takeaway. As I mentioned, there’s still the barrel moments, but I think that up until previously until like the last two series, those barrel moments were not offset by him finding amazing engages. But in the last two series, both against T1 the first time and against BNK, I think Barrel has actually stepped it up massively, has been a lot more consistent. And to me, jungle and support, I think, is the most deciding factor currently in the meta because of how team fight heavy and objective heavy it is, which means that if your support is doing well, like it is right now for Barrel, that’s a good sign. I think for Carrier, there was a lot of greed in the series against Hanoa. A lot of overextensions, misreading situations and playing through the the 2v2 they were winning. Way too aggressive getting punished like you see here. See it again when they lane swap to the top side. Just way too far forward here. Gets punished on the Nico. And so they even though Keria is I think historically has been one of the best Nico players in the world hasn’t shown it recently and has been pushing those advantages in lane a little bit too much and a team like D plus may punish you. Yeah. And this highlight here this you kind of wonder it’s like okay what’s supposed to do if he follows you into the pit or is that you know a distraction? We’re not exactly sure. And I don’t I I think these are the types of things that are happening to T1 right now that they have to solve today, especially because that I think has traditionally been T1’s strong suit. And we’ve obviously when we look back historically at the core of this roster, the fourman, which by the way goes back to 2021, cuz don’t forget even before Zas was in, they made a really deep run in world with Kana back then. They have always oscillated, I think, very wildly because they play so aggressive and kind of on the edge. Uh, but as a result, when it doesn’t look cohesive, I do think it backfires as it did against Hanwa. Yeah. Now, let’s move to the jungle role because Owner was absolutely on fire early on in the season. And then since then kind of cooled off a little bit here. On average, I think the best player for 21 throughout the whole year, but unfortunately hasn’t been able to keep up that form in the last couple of series. We’ve seen a drop in performance from Owner and Canyon, right, which is really pivotable pivotal when you look at the performances we’re seeing of really strong junglers right now with Lucid kind of returning to form, but also players like Cuz Raptor who really found a ton of success. And I think right before Play and started, we were like, “Oh, it’s an AD carry meta. AD carry is the most important role.” But jungle has been so pivotal since playin started. We’ve seen the rise of these players like Cuz just taking over series, making upsets happen. If Owner doesn’t perform like he didn’t against Hanwa if Lucid outplays him, that could be the the difference maker. That could be why D plus wins this best of five. Yeah, it’s no surprise, right? We look at all the PS. A lot of PS this uh play of S playans have been going towards the junglers as Wol is highlighting. So I think that that matchup today is something that I’m really going to be looking towards uh because we have seen Lucid kind of go up and down. I think for Owner when the pressure is on historically this player has been able to deliver and he needs to hear today. All right. Well, uh, we’ve broken down a lot of the lanes. Let’s hear from the coaches who are going to be pivotal in the draft preparation. Fore speech. fighting. Oh boy. Someday. The second time hearing bangi in the last two days. and the second time he and his opponent coach predicts a 3-1 uh 3-1 Andes all over the place. So, it’s time for our predictions here on the desk. We’ll save the casters for themelves. But Chronicler, of course, going with the D plus upset at 32. A lot of pressure here for him. Wolfe going with the 3-1. And I’m gahat here. I had to. What do you mean giga chat? I am the only if anything it’s an Andy angle. It might be an Andy. I mean, I I I took the Andy angle like the coaches both did. I think T1 is going to be the stronger team ultimately today, but I do worry about the drafting. All right, Chronicler, give us your oneliner on how this one’s going to go and what’s important to you in this series. For me, uh I’ve already talked about a lot of the other matchups, but Showmaker, my man, uh I think you are kind of the core of DK in so many ways. For me, he is always always happy and always ready to swing for the fences. I think sometimes it really hits the mark. But the difference, even though I think the Trinameir worked in that game between that and his even though they’re both kind of offthe-wall picks, is that I want him to actually be able to have an impact. I don’t want him to have to be reliant on the rest of his team because he is a differencemaker. There’s a reason why he’s gone to worlds every single time. I want to talk more about the draft. Uh so we’ve seen T1 a little bit predictable in draft. A lot of drafts that have narrow win conditions. So, Fearless Draft or Reckless Gamble as kind of how it’s been going here for T1. Does T1 have a plan for this best of five. We just talked about a few of the drafts, but I want to zoom in on two of the ones that we did see here in BO5s. This one in particular, the famous game from that D+ series where the Blitzcrank pick ultimately was able to grab that smolder and win the game. Otherwise, they didn’t have really great tools to lock this dragon down. They got caught off guard there. Here, similar story. go for the Zia and then leave themselves wide open to the Zigs pick that they don’t really draft. If you look at the T1 draft as a whole, it’s got some angles, has the the range support there, and the Ranata has a strong lane there, but the Zigs just outranges them and they just had no answer for it. And T1 keep leaving themselves open to these scaling R5 picks that come into the bottom lane that just cannot answer, can’t engage on or can’t reach. And T1 need to fix this problem. Now, D+ have had a great story of raising young talent over the last 2 years with Lucid winning rookie of the year. Shu being a fantastic candidate. But my goodness, Doran, you have to remember you are still in Soul Korea. You are still in Lark. You are still domestic Doran. And that guy you’re going against is a rookie. You are part of T1 and the T1 legacy. And that means you’ve got to continue on today. Again, an easy 304 T1 is my prediction. But it’s not about predictions anymore. It’s about one legacy here in the LCK. And these two storied squads will do battle one more time. One team will go home. One team a step closer to Inspire Arena. It’s T1. It’s D plus Kia for a spot in Worlds. Starting with a whisper. I know I find it hard to lose. Counting down hours, but I’ll take way this time and night. I want to fight a million times cutting between the truth and the lies. Can’t hold me down for a minute and doesn’t kill me. Makes me stronger. Heat. Heat. makes me stronger. Heat. Heat up here. You want pizza? You want Congratulations. Fighting DK fighting. Fighting. Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the Urbank 2025 LCK playoffs. It is the lower bracket. It is do or die. And there are records that will be broken here today. And by that I mean streaks that will be broken. DK has never missed a world championship since qualifying to the LCK in 2019. T1 have been every year since 2021 as well. Uh that’s four in a row so far with would be their fifth consecutive worlds and they have also won a whole bunch of them in that time. Back to back winners. So if they want to be back to back to back they kind of need to attend. That is getting there is important. Yes, that is the generally seen as the first step. However, I have a counterargument. If they don’t go, they also cannot lose. He’s not wrong. Yeah. Uh so there’s that. But there is so much on the line and this matchup is blowing my mind entirely. Let’s get into some of our points of the match and try to understand what we think is going to happen here today. It is of course do or die high stakes lower bracket match. And if you just make it through this series, we have all four of our world’s teams already locked in. And we thought it was going to be so incredibly cut and dry. It was going to be so easy. And then KT happened. Yeah. Our defending MSI champions, they’re through, right? And our defending LCK champions, they’re through. The defending world champions now have to try to battle against DK to make sure that they’re going to be there. And KT are already there. And it’s also made this gauntlet look crazy. the fact that are waiting the next step to even make it to our uh to the Inspire Arena for that that spot to make take the LCK title. So, a lot on the line. Absolutely is. Ona against Lucid. We’ve seen both of them picking some flashier picks. Both of them having some some good some maybe not some so good at times, but both of them definitely capable of putting some banger performances out uh when it comes to their best. Yeah. And I’m very very interested in what the Kiana is going to do and also what this guy is going to do. Uh Doran approaching 400. LCK wins just needs one of them here. He was also this close last time we saw him play. Just wasn’t quite able to get over the line. Unfortunately, that matchup against HL is something that I imagine T1 and T1 fans would prefer to uh forget about um to be perfectly honest. Yeah. And now this is an important stage. Let’s have a look at what the predictions are going to be. As we see, we didn’t in Chronicler are both 32ers in favor of D+ and a few more over this. Oh no, the Jonah Strong prediction. Oh. Oh, T1 fans, I am so sorry. I know you saw that and your heart just sunk, didn’t it? I can feel it. I can feel the sinking of hearts in this stadium right now. Do you want a strong and pony? They’re like this the sance, you know, and they they’ve gone for D+. That’s dangerous. That is very dangerous. I don’t know what to think about that to be perfectly honest. As you could see, I was a T1 predictor, but I am starting to doubt my decision. As Onyx, uh, you guys certainly have been voting in favor of T1. And I think logically if you just like watched a smattering of games throughout the LCK, you’d be like, “Yeah, T1 should definitely be getting there.” Transitive properties, I actually think DK should be the favorites. Hear me out. Okay, hear me out. Oh god. So 32 last time these two teams met. Okay, we’re going to let the players walk out while I uh while I I throw the DK cope at everyone. Okay. Um, we’re going to start with T1 and maybe I’ll talk about T1 while they’re walking out. Then I’ll talk about the DK cop after that because this guy going to be absolutely pivotal to what uh T1 need to achieve here today. And I think he was pretty stable the last time they met as well. I think Zas kind of popped off in that series, but I don’t think it was necessarily Doran underperforming that much. Would that be an assessment? That’s right. I think that’s fair. I mean, I think Doran, I think there were moments in in the most recent series where Doran wasn’t necessarily at his best, but I think generally he’s been such a rock for this team. Uh, and I think she has also uh been really solid. You know, got my vote, got the global sides vote in their most recent series for play of the match, was really popping off, having some great performances on the Scion, and we’ve been critical of his tank play. uh has finally sort of come into his zone and is obviously phenomenal on carries like didn’t die on Scion and he was so good at dying on tanks. It didn’t make use of the passive which you know Yeah, that’s actually a really good point. It’s like when you play Cog’more and you don’t die. Yeah, it’s an absolute waste. Minimizing DPM. Yeah. No, it’s uh it’s really not quite working out. Um as she also making his way out there and so I’m I’m hoping that we don’t see very much tank play out of it. I know had that Scion game, it was fine. Uh I think I was mainly drawn to the viger that was happening in the mid lane in that particular game. I think Ona has generally this year been pretty phenomenal 41 but in that series against HL Pina had his number. So really needs a bounce back today. We know he’s capable of so much. We know he has extremely high highs. Needs to show that level today uh and bring uh strong performance up against his counterpart. and his counterpart has been having a bit of a resurgence and thankfully I have you with me here or um take it away leader of the Lucid fan club. Yes. Uh so obviously as as president of the Lucid fan club I have so many things so many positive things I can say about this player uh someone like Chronicler may admonish him but uh fortunately he’s not here to to say such things. Uh, I think Lucid obviously has had so many strengths since he’s joined uh the LCK and I think you you have moments like the 47,000 Zenzou uh 47,000 damage in Zo game which just show what he can do when he pops off. An absolute monster uh when he has games that go his way. Certainly does. And that has actually been building in form at exactly the right time. And speaking of a man who is pretty good at building form at exactly the right time, it is the goat. And Faker going to make his way into Lark here. And honestly, I feel like T1 when backs are against the wall, which they are just to be clear, incredibly against the wall. Now, this is when this team comes alive. And you cannot actually adjudicate them when Faker is on this roster until they’ve lost. I mean, at the end of the day, right, everyone on T1 contributes, but when you think back to the the two world titles they just won. You think back to Faker’s clutch plays, he always brings that clutch factor. And this guy always brings the weird picks. We mentioned the Viger already. He also dabbled in the Zoey. Him and BDD both looking absolutely fantastic on that pick that they have uh been known for in the past many, many times. But this guy played Trindir on purpose, debut, the Viego, all sorts of stuff. the only player in this series to only have played unique picks in playoffs so far. Everyone else has had a little overlap, but he has doesn’t play unique ones. And sure, some of them haven’t worked. Some of them have had some great success to the Vega, which we weren’t initially convinced by with his place in the draft, but worked extremely well. And we have to go to the other side of the champion pool situation. This guy an absolute specialist. Kumushi making his way down. And we know if he gets his hands on on the Jin, even the Varys with some nerfs is still something deadly in his hands, but we have been critical about the breadth of champions that he can employ. But even we’ve seen him bring things out like the Kaiser. I feel like the game wasn’t set up for him to be successful, but his performance individually was pretty good. Yep. And I think he’s been widening that champion pool. We’ve seen him pick up things like the Unara. So excited to see what he can bring out today and demonstrate what he can do up against aiming. And aiming someone that uh especially Chronicler has been very critical of over their last few series. I feel like aiming has gotten feedback from like uh Bangi or from CVMax saying you need to be more aggressive. You need to position in a way to do damage all the time. And I think he may have taken it to heart a little much. Um, and has been finding himself caught out of position quite often as I like that. You know, taking a selfie with yourself while you’re on the on the TV. That’s it’s a pretty cool move. I don’t know whether he was actually on the TV at the time though. Um, very confusing cuz when you saw it in Never mind. Let’s introduce Carrier here. uh who is I think going to be make or break uh for this series because he’s up against Barrel and he and I it really hurts me to say this but that could be the biggest mismatch of this series. Wa! Oh, I hated it. Walking down Carrier like that. What? Oh, no. No. I I was No, I was I was trying to do it the other way around. Yes. Normally, if I was to be myself, I would be saying it the other way, but no, I’m I’m saying that unfortunately, um, Barl may not be the best support on the rift today. Wow. I’m shocked at you, Max. This is a shocking thing. I look, if if I was at home on my couch, I’d be screaming at myself saying this, but I’m not. I’m here trying to be a professional as best I can. I will say, you know, Kerry has had some phenomenal form this summer. Uh, obviously great performance on things like the Bard. Uh but Barl has really started to step up as we’ve gotten into planes into playoffs. We’ve started to see him be more proactive uh and waking up a bit and and I think that has been a big difference maker for the team. Him pairing up with Lucid Well. Y so at the end of the day, you know, Frell has won two world championships on different teams. At his best, he is an enigma, but he is hard to understand. We just have to we just have to see him bring that level today. Yeah, and speaking of understanding things, I can now go back to that thing that I was trying to talk about before and the wars did come back come out. Uh, and okay, so transitive properties of this match up between these two teams cuz we’ve seen this before. It was a 3-2 in favor of T1 on the day, but honestly, it was a messy series. Felt like it could have gone either way to be perfectly honest. But afterwards, that’s the biggest deal. as we do have a look at the key player match up. I think the jungle matchup is going to be absolutely pivotal. Um, but I am not going to be distracted this time around. We have to talk about the fact that T1 then went up against HLE who T1 were able to take down in the legend group many many times but were unable to do so in the playoffs and thus dropping to the lower bracket. on DK’s side as they were already in the lower bracket. They managed to take down BNK that they lost to previously in the playins and they did so in quite easy fashion to be perfectly honest in comparison to what happened in the slugfest 32 that they managed to pull out last time. So what it means is theoretically the performance of DK has improved while perhaps the T1 performance has not improved and therefore I predicted T1 to win today because none of it matters. Yeah, I I I like the conclusion. I thank you. I feel like Do you like that I like made sure that I brought that out and then it had zero actual actionable information in it? Yes, I appreciate that because I feel like that’s been honestly I feel like especially after the KT Geng series, I feel like applying logic to your predictions isn’t always too forthcoming. I feel like you just have to you have to go with your gut. Um, and even then, I don’t think that necessarily works too well either. I think go with your gut is kind of like when I talk about my waters way too much and people get annoyed. Um, it’s the same sort of thing. Uh, it often doesn’t actually hold any water. Yeah. Um, well, what? Yeah. Okay, you you got what I was saying. Let’s uh let’s just the draft here. Flip a coin. You could never flip out about because at the end of the day, let’s take the KT logic into every series. That’s what we need to do. Uh, unless you actually have access to the script, which my um my license was revoked, unfortunately. I was a little bit too brazen with it uh the last time out. So, that was taken away from me. T1 will be taking away some things themselves in the Yunara and the Javan as DK going to have to ban away the Azir. We’ll see whether they can sneak in a Nico band that a lot of teams have been taking away from Carrier even though his win rate isn’t necessarily massive. Uh his impact is gigantic on the champion. Yeah. So Javan getting banned out and still things like Wukong open and available. Do see the bard getting away from carrier. Obviously something that barrel can play as well but not want to give that over when carrier had so much success on it. It will be Wukong banned by T1 as well. So, hammering away at the jungle pool. Pantheon is still open and available, but it’s been definitely lower priority significantly uh when it has come to uh playoffs. It has been often picked into Javans though and so I do think the Javan ban is a bit of a master stroke here by T1. I do really like that. And now there are a lot of things cuz it feels like now the Pantheon is worth a look in as far as bans are concerned with that Javan removed. But the Oriana was still there. A champion that almost always gets played in game one. And now there’s a lot left up. Rumble standing out. There’s a lot of things. It’s uh Faker’s most played in round three to five as Oriana. And also we did definitely going to appreciate this getting taken away, but it’ll be the rise pick up for Faker. Tier is open and available as an option. But uh Faker definitely happy to get his hands on this. His second most played in rounds 3 to five in the legend group was the rise. So given some strong mid lane pressure, it does mean that the Rumble could go over to Shu if he does want to lock that one in. Uh Rumble plus uh jungler is something that we’ve seen picked up fairly often. Oh, the good old blind Trundle. Uh blind Trundle. Uh someone send someone uh to help Chronicler. He already had a monstrous crash out on Twitter earlier today and this is not going to help. Yeah, we haven’t been super keen on the blind Trundle. No, being picked up obviously does make it awkward to pick tanks in the top lane, but I feel like there’s a lot of picks open where you don’t really need to pick a tank in the top lane. I think if you pick the Rumble as I like Rumble Trundle together, so that might salvage it a little bit, but that’s not what they’re going to do. Locking off the Corki coming in. So Corki obviously has been super high prio. Um a lot of safety with the pick, pretty good lane, skills pretty well, but just very early to have taken that not give any looking really to mid and top side of D plus and then the Noctturn going to come through. So not want to opt for something like the Zenzho um with the fact that you’re playing against the Trundle will go for the Noctturn that can kind of circumvent the pillar really. Doesn’t need to interact that much with the Trundle in the early game. And Bessa going to come through with Darren. not only a great pick but also denying it from Shiu for the whole series. Yeah, it’s absolutely fantastic. And Doran, I think has been our best Ambessa player, especially over the last couple of rounds of the regular season. Uh he is he was just so so good at this champion. And the backline access here from T1 is revolting. Um basically everyone can just go where they want uh and really try and target uh aiming here on the Corki if he is indeed going to be playing it. could of course be showmaker and aiming could lock away something like a zigz towards that bottom side which we know is T1 kryptonite might be an option here. We’ll see whether that does get banned away as the Renekton is going to be locked in as the answer to Ambessa. It’s so interesting because even in the Kasper cup at the very beginning of the year when Ambessa was first released Renekton was considered the option into her. Didn’t often work. Uh I don’t think it’s a hard counter or anything like that but has had a better time in the matchup. Yeah, I do feel like Ambessa did get toned down a good amount since then. So, uh definitely a lot more ability to shut uh the Ambessa down now. But, uh Deepos now in a position where they have this red uh obviously strong early pressure into the Ambessa and they also have the Trundle. So, a lot of power around that top side in the early levels. It’ll be interesting the fact that they just that they haven’t prioritized mid lane. So, if you were set on getting like that Tia pickup, um it could end up getting banned out here. Will be the Nikon Nico taken first and foremost though. uh away from barrel. Corki Nico obviously will be a pretty strong bot lane. You get your hands on a Lucian taken away by D+ here. I wonder if they do just ban away something like the Jin from Guma. I was thinking Jin could be the option with the amount of dive that they have already. You need someone that wants to follow up, but it will be the civer taken away instead. Uh so obviously thinking about a different angle here. And now T1 one final ban. Will it be the Zigs? Will it be a different support? Alistar is something very popular to be banning banned away from barrel. And there it is. That one is going to hit the deck. So now aiming. Let us know. Are we putting the Corki in the mid lane or are we going to be picking an AD carry or are we going to be saving the whole thing until much later as that is a Lux? So that is likely um I look I want to say likely a support option. Um but you don’t really know and uh this would be a mid lane choice. Um not sure about that. Just doesn’t make me feel all that much joy as instead be the Cassiopia the classic into the rise. Does mean that we’re not going to be doing any shenanigans by putting a Zix towards the bottom side. It would mean that it’s a lot of AD on the top side of the map of course as Gumosi is going to lock away the Zigs himself. All right, Carrie going to be taking the Poppy here at the same time as Barl looking to see what he can do to respond to this one. And I love it because we had the whole pre-show segment set up to talk about T1 and the fact that they haven’t been able to beat a Ziggs. If you can’t beat him, join him. It’s such a good pick actually because I feel like the composition from D+ was kind of gearing up to like, okay, you run into us. We have Trundle, we have Casio Pier, we have Renekton. you’re going to kind of get melted by this. And the Zigs is like, “Well, fine. We just won’t run into you. We’ll just throw bombs at you endlessly.” Casio, the way she functions as a champion is horrific to play into Ziggs cuz you want them to come into you. He’s never going to do that. You know, they pick the Poppy. The Nautilus makes sense as a response in terms of the engage supports. He’s one of the ones who fares better into Poppy. But still, now you have this Ziggs Poppy who are just going to maintain distance, hold you away, and you know, now T1 don’t have to play into Ziggs. Yeah, we talked about how it was their 05 against the pick. It’s now blocked for the rest of the series as is the Ambessa. So, they’ve denied some big picks from D plus with this. Even if they end up losing this game, they’ve denied some massive tools from D+. And honestly, looking at how the draft is shaked out, I think they’ve given themselves pretty strong tools. I think they’ve put themselves in with a good spot. I think the the Zigs Poppy really make it difficult for D+ to find footing. I also feel like the Casio Pier Trundle isn’t too inspiring. It’s like a mid jungle. No. Um it’s it’s a sort of composition where you just wait until you get to a point where like okay, the enemy team has to run at us and hopefully we put the slows down. We control the game. But they never have to run it. They never have to do it. They never have to. And you have solo laners with point andclick CC who can kind of set up the Zigs. And you you’ve got non-committal options as well like the public execution. It’s uh it’s kind of a masterclass here from T1. Draft looking good, but let’s get onto the rift and see what happens. Okay, I don’t know whether my uh headphones are just not working as well at canceling the noise from outside or whether it’s just way louder in here on both sides. Um, Low Park kind of just erupted, but you love to see it. And this is, of course, a pivotal match. This is either worlds or go home. Stay in the running for the LCK trophy or just go home as Yeah, that was me. Uh, that was the live reaction to what had happened. And then I made sure that I hydrated. Uh, you guys should at a time. Stay hydrated. Yeah. Got to make sure you do that. This is a sort of game where if you don’t remind yourself to drink, you will just be staring at the screen with your mouth open, captivated. Exactly. And then it goes dry and then you won’t be able to commentate. Okay. And you want to be able to commentate. Yeah. Or at least we do. Speaking from experience. Yeah. Yeah. Um can only speak for myself, but you guys might also be commentating at home. I don’t know. That’s a great way to practice. If you do want to be a commentator, it’s totally a good idea. Uh you don’t need to be recording everything you do. Sometimes it is just about getting the reps in. Um, but that’s not what today is about. Today is about T1 or DK. Which one of these teams is going to Worlds? Will it be seven in a row for DK or will it be five in a row for T1? And can they defend their world championship? We mentioned already the MSI champions, they’re already there. LCK champions, they’re already there. Defending world champions still yet to make it. Oh, KT is also there for some reason. They just are. They’re just there. They’re just there. Um, just KTing their way there off the back of an incredible performance and one of the greatest series that we’ve ever had the pleasure of witnessing to really add some turmoil here to the LCK for 2025 as we’ve got a lot of action happening here as Showmaker gets Faker down below 100 health. is looking for a bit of an angle as Faker sticking around. A little dangerous. Does have some potions to get through, but uh Showmaker does get the poison down and Faker really does need to be careful. Couple of twin fangs and he could be dead as we do see there’s a knockturn lurking, but yeah, level three noturn ganks not a thing. And you know, we have seen this match up a good amount, the Casio Pier into Rise, but we haven’t really seen it be this favorable. It’s kind of been the match up where, you know, you pick it because it it does well later in the game. The lane can be successful, but it’s been a lot more even than we’ve seen this. This is really Showmaker putting the herd onto Faker, which is great for D+ for that odds uh in this game. Barrel a bit of a wander as Carrier had left the lane for a few moments. Aiming and Barrel actually playing pretty far up here as the hook is going to connect. Fair bit of damage onto Carrier, but he dodges the fast bomb pretty nicely. As here towards the top side, we have a lot of damage um being done by both of these top laners. Cannon is going to be secured and I assume secured. Oh no, Doran not going to be able to get it and Shu is going to be winning that lane for now as the pillar comes down in this mid lane. Owner turns up. Flash out from Faker as Ona wants to be able to do battle with Lucid here. But there are a lot of minions and there’s an angry snake. So get out of there as an Australian. I know snakes that’s it’s that’s it’s serious business. just do not just don’t risk it. And this is the fact that Faker has already tpd back to lane and he’s in this bad a spot. I mean, it’s a great gang from Lucid forcing Oda to show up to try and help. But is having a horrible time in this lane match up. Showmaker really putting the pressure on, and considering top lane’s going so well, mid lane’s going so well, this is exactly the start D plus need. They’re going to find favor in this game. Yep. And I’m really glad that you brought that up because I think that as this game goes on, T1 have a lot of different avenues. They gave themselves out in the draft. And I want to go back to what Wolfe had already highlighted, right? He set this up and T1 have been picking drafts with narrow win conditions. This is not one of those drafts. I feel like you have ways back into the game with a comp like this. You can mess with vision. You can side lane if you’d like to. You can control midwave pretty comfortably with the Zigs. I think they have a lot of flexibility as Doran maybe doesn’t as much here towards this bottom side and DK I think will need to have a pretty good early game to feel comfortable in this one. Yeah, I definitely agree and I think it’s important that Wolf important like the Renekton is having this lead uh and obviously did start off with a bit of an early advantage but now the swap has come through from T1 and Doran doing a decent job of picking up the farm there. obviously get chunked out a bit but has a lot of sustain with the biscuits with the potions he has so she’ll be able to farm up under tower and Shu right now being zoned out pretty heavily the wave is going to crash into him. Yeah, that’s a that’s a lot of minions they’re going to be making their way over to him as owner is going to be collecting his raptors. We’ll see whether he does try to contest this dragon as Lucid is on full vision as now Showmaker is doing once again a lot of damage to Faker this time. Flash advantage for the Cassiopia as Owner is going to move over vision. Dust Springer comes down. Spell shields the noxious blast and the flash has to be employed as carrier was making his way over. Barrel finding out exactly where Owner is. I think his position is also known. Another Dustbrer comes down as now Barl does get spotted on that ward. Does need to use that dredge line to get himself out of there. And the dragon will be given up and will reset as the flash away as Doran was making his way over. Barrel now in trouble. Does manage to buffer the hook pretty nicely as Ona flashes towards him. Aiming trying to get this Nocturn out of there as a public execution. Max range from Doran and they’re able to take down Barrel for first blood. Honestly, the buffer from Barrel was kind of insane and it it looked like that could have potentially saved him, but D just catches him with that max range public execution. It looked out of range. I thought it wasn’t going to land right on the cusp. You know that honestly that’s karma for absolutely is you know the amount of times you’ve been caught by a dredg line that looks like it shouldn’t have hit. So he’s on the receiving end of that. Speaking of which though, Barrel is going to be able to make his way to lane extraordinarily quickly and does manage to find a cute little hook onto Doran there. But it’s big because not only did they manage to pick up a kill for the Noctturn, which is an ultimate hunter stack. That was, by the way, a P6 knocked in as well, which is massive. But they stall out this dragon um and stopped D plus me to pick it up. And this is a situation where they’d gone and sort of lent towards the top side, put their bot lane there, and they were they were sort of losing in the mid lane, and yet they managed to find this favorable play. Barrel, the dredge line buffer was great, but just catches him. Doran moving over perfectly. And the big difference for being Doran level six compared to a level four aiming, so much more power there. Uh and obviously that Renekton not part of that equation and also Showmaker just losing his flash uh in the preceding play, right? So it’s T1 making a play and then being able to move onto another one very very quickly without investing extra resources. Right. Carrier was already in the area. Yeah, Carrier’s move down to punish Showmaker into uh forcing Barrel into the uncomfortable position was just a great sort of translation of pressure down the map. Yep, very nicely done here by T1 to get themselves some control back in this game. The gold lead not really anything to speak of just yet and we still just have one kill so far as the grubs are going to spawn here towards this top side. Owner level six is going to wander over some vision. Faker does actually manage to get himself a CS advantage as well in this lane as Lucy’s going to come on over and try and punish him for it. Honestly, this is one of the frustrating things about playing Trundle into Rise is when he just phase rushes and just sprints out of the the pillar. is about to have TP. Yeah, but he is right now locked in the bottom lane and these grubs are going down. Bouncing bomb not going to be enough to steal this one away as two grubs will be taken. It looks like a third is going to go over to DK here as well. So, a little bit of extra side laning power as mega infernals it away. Never you mind. And yep, Kumushi is pretty good at doing that. How does he just every time it’s just such a consistent factor and you know even is probably how but even so I mean it’s just always him. He’s always the one stealing objectives. Why doesn’t every Zixs do that? Because they’re not Gushi. It’s not him. They’re not that guy. But uh yeah, able to steal away with the alt. Able to get that one grub which in the grand scheme of things isn’t massive but does make a difference. obviously stops DPS plus from getting the the whole three in a situation where T1 just weren’t really able to contest. We saw the move up from Shiu kind of securing control over the area and denying it from T1. So nice little sneak away from Goomba just to grab that means down that ultimate and teams are posturing towards this dragon. Yeah, owner is looking to try and put some pressure on this crab as Lucy’s going to get slammed into the wall. There’s a paranoia as well and subjugate not going to be enough to save him. I’m not entirely sure what the plan was there as the realm warp comes out. Faker is going to make his way over. Slows down Shu here, but he is going to be okay. But it should mean that dragon control is well and truly there for T1. Just a bit disrespectful I feel like from Lucid. Uh it was a great stun coming out from Carrier and then Ona like pre-ulted and they got the vision over the wall. So as soon as Lucid flashed, he just ulted straight after and was there to follow. It just felt like they completely read Lucid there and there was really nothing he could do. So, not only do they manage to get the kill there, they get the scuttle, they also get the dragon. It’s a big influx of gold and uh the objective as well for T1. Yeah, we have to go back to what we were talking about earlier on, right? Uh T1, this draft very flexible, has a lot of options as Hook is going to catch Doran once again and even the Valkyrie damage is going to be enough. That was an overstep and that is one on the board here for DK. Yeah, a little bit disrespectful. I think another factor is that barrel having the spell book ignite, the extra damage. I think Dor not fully respecting that. He’s so mobile. I think he could maybe get away. And there just nicely timed as well. Yep. You said got one and here. Yeah. I don’t wanted a crab. Yeah. Guess if it’s too close to the wall. And then you see the wards come over the wall before he flashes. They know where he’s going to go. Um, and Oda pre-ults, so he has it immediately ready just to to fly over after him. And then here, Darren, bit of an overstep for the wave, and it’s just read by Barrel extremely well. Like he he pre-fires the Q for when he’s going to come in. So, um, obviously bit of a misplay from Doran, but also a great read from Barrel there to punish. Yeah, was also the second time Barl did that. uh did that also towards the bottom side of the map. So has his eye in. Did also die for first blood. So you know we’re not going to give him an entire pass for how he’s feeling on the day. I think we’re going to have to have a full game’s worth of barrel antics to really make an assessment as aiming looking for some extra plates. Does manage to get another one here as the Corki is very strong. Meanwhile, here towards the bottom side, this Renekton in a bit of trouble dealing doing a decent job to try and keep himself alive, but it doesn’t quite work as Faker just barely survives with like what double digit health, single digit health. He was very close to dead. And you saw the potions ticking. That made difference, but now Darn in trouble. In trouble yet again as a depth charge going to come down this time around. Will be absorbed there by the ulti and I don’t think he’s going to be getting out. That’s another kill going over to aiming and both of them go into his hands as mega inferno bomb not going to be enough to save that turret and it looks like DK will be able to get first brick in this game. It is already feats of warfare over the T1. So we are one a piece as far as feats of strength are concerned. Still just battling over these objectives. Yeah and it does mean a massive gold lead for aiming because he was just picking up plates in the top side while G1 were making plays on the rest of the map. It was just aiming just whittling away at that tower consistently. Also means barrels picked up that redemption already. So the bot lane pretty strong for D+. Yeah, Imprison here on Shu is being held at arms length by Faker for now. Trinity Force and the Rod of Ages now complete though. Big item spikes to come in. But let’s have a look at this from Faker’s perspective as he’s tanking up this turret. Went to 9 HP. So the potion’s definitely saving him there. They have reaction. Stone cold. Yeah. And here buffers the ult with his, but then the problem is he ends up in a position where he’s like, “Okay, I need to flash away from the damage.” He pulls away from the tower. I think he was just kind of doomed regardless there. Um did his best to try and outplay, but a difficult situation. Aiming is he’s just he’s storming the IKEA, man. Like he’s just got plates all over the place. Yeah. And you know, feels bad for the Zigs when he’s not the one getting the play. Oh, Faker. Yeah, Barrel making his way in. Faker going to flash. And that was a good one because there are a lot of DK members down here. Carrier could be in trouble though. Steadfast presence comes down. She catches him with the stun. And there is nowhere for this Poppy to go. More plates going over to DK. It’s like a It’s a Greek wedding. And if there’s anything that’s going to get D plus ahead in this game, it is just picking up these gold advantages, getting all these plates. Although I mean it’s not going to be played but T1 will be able to pick up this top tower with the power of the Zigs. Oh well, we’re getting a bit paranoid here towards the bottom side of the map as owner does go in then immediately goes out. Yeah, ends up regretting that decision when he sees the Renekton there and the redemption comes through to dissuade the Zigs instantly explode the tower. But look at the difference. 500 gold is that difference in how much was achieved from the plates there. Yeah, so much of it going over to aiming like you were saying. And it’s almost just a 500 gold lead for the Corki uh in comparison to the Zigs. Of course, Ziggs would have liked to be collecting those plates himself, but it just hasn’t been how this early game has been played out here by T1. So, we’re going to check this one out one more time. Faker flashes away, but unfortunately, Carrier is sort of left to his lonesome. I think that was maybe the thought process that, hey, we can walk in. We can knock al in. We can maybe defend this tower 3v4, but I think the call was made. Sorry Carrier, you’re on your own. going to let you go. Um I think that was kind of the thought process of why he stayed under the tower and they quickly just made the call that no, no, no, we’re not going to commit to that and lose more members. It’s still very close in terms of gold, right? And T1 have the advantage in terms of first dragon. Uh no one has feats of strength yet fully. It’s still even in that regard. So, and we still need like what two more objectives to be taken by either team. So, Rift Herald is getting taken down very low. barrel in position as he just gets evicted. All right, goodbye. Lucid comes over and steals it away though. Never mind. There was a troll just waiting in there. It’s like it’s under a bridge as we have a redemption coming down. Lucid gets all of his health bar back as the teleport comes in from Doran and immediately he is blown up and there is nothing that they can do about it. Highway robbery here by DK. Lucy just able to get into the pit I imagine from a blasco cone. able to slide in, take the Herald, and then Dorne as well caught out him having an uncomfortable game playing into the Casio Pierre, playing into the Trundle as well. Now Deep’s going to be able to get a ton of value off the back of this Herald. Yeah, and takes down the outer turret in the mid lane. They’re also taking the dragon at the same time as T1 not quite finding it as petrifying engage connects onto the Poppy, but Car is going to survive. We get a bit of a zoom in here from Jonah Strong, but not any joy going to come of that. But Lucid is going to be taking this drake. And so that will be feats of strength over to DK in what feels like the blink of an eye. We were just talking about the fact that oh, we’re really far away from from feats of strength. Well, never mind. It’s actually happening right now. It’s also a cloud soul, which is fantastic. Yep. Fast going over the wall and they just don’t have vision of him. Just slides in. Ends up being a mismite from Mona there. Yep. He also knew that Ona had the 1200 smite there as well. Really interesting stuff. Lucid playing it out very very nicely. And then they just set up. They see the teleport coming in. And unfortunately just an optimistic teleport angle there from Doran. And T1 just weren’t allowed to do that, right? Because it was five members of DK. So it’s not like T1 can go in early cuz they were at a man disadvantage. They probably would have lost the fight anyway. So just a little bit of a misread there unfortunately for Doran. Well, they set up a trap here. Yeah, I think they may have found Shiru. Yeah, the crocodile has certainly been sorted out as the heroic charge does come in. Public execution comes down as well. The redemption this time from barrel is going to work, but the paranoia comes in. The flash out. He manages to get the sun. His owner overcommits for it. And now we get some knockups to come through. Barrel, but the realm warp and that gets them to safety. And Aiming is taking an inner turret in the mid lane. This is what Ziggs is supposed to do. You know, just a tower killer, but Aiming has just been playing tower destruction duty this whole game. Getting plays for days, getting towers for days. Now Dor in trouble. Oh, another hook going to connect. Barrels like anchor is magnetized to Doran today. Doran is not having a good time. 04 and two on this Ambessa. He’s just being bullied out since the early game. The only Fed member on the side of T1 is owner. And he’s just struggling to make any headway. Diving in to get blown up. And another turret going over the side of D plus. That’s the fourth of the game control heavily in their favor. And we’ve been talking about pendulums and things going back and forth. This has been some massive swings in both directions over the last few minutes. But let’s check this out one more time as they did manage to get Shu. That’s true. But the amount of time it took and the investment was just too large. Yeah, the fact owner has to flash at the end to finish him because Shiru flashed out of the Oh. Uh. Oh, Shiru once again in trouble here. doesn’t have the dominus and is going to have to try and get himself over this wall. Yeah, not going to happen and mega inferno bomb was going to be there to confirm the kill. Unfortunately, Gushi was unable to get that because he was dead too fast. Yeah. Well, I will say T1 are trying to make use of these proactive sort of global jewels. Um I mean didn’t have to use them there, but trying to find these picks onto Shu. They have the the Noctturn ultimate. They can just keep finding picks. It is definitely a way back into this game for the depths that they have. Certainly is. I’m just looking at the Oh, barrel. Not going to quite find the cannon there, but uh showmaker is 4 on this cap. He’s a very large snake. Um I don’t know which what are the one like anacondas get quite large. Yeah. Um a lot of pythons get quite big. Yeah, maybe he’s one of those. Um as Yeah, this Cassopia is very very scary. Um owner is also pretty scary and that is why the crocodile got feared. Yeah, the point click CC hard to deal with, especially if you’re in a a 1v2 situation. Now, Deepo’s playing aggressively in the enemy jungle here. Not afraid. Yes, very not afraid uh on this Trundle. And all in all, we have got some big spikes. So, Aiming has the two item spike for Corki, which is pretty massive. Showmaker approaching that Rod of Ages being fully stacked. Uh, I mean, Fake is pretty on par in terms of items there, but Gmba a decent amount behind, you know, going for that. Serif second. Still a while away from that. Faker does have the boots advantage, though. Had to do it. You know, you have to. Every time there’s a Cassopia in the game, you have to do it. Going for the Horizon Focus second. So, just sitting on the tier. H actually feel like the Sarah second with the Blackfire Torch is pretty okay. you get a lot of AP from it um with like the double mana item. I I I really do like Blackfire torch. So I’m I’m already okay with it for that reason. As now Faker is looking to get himself out with the realm war and he does chomp not going to be enough. Yeah. Flashes away from the pal knockup cuz that would have stopped him to realm warp. So just survive. But it’s still a big win for D plus getting the flash. Flash and big deal. But the other I don’t think they’re going to attempt it without getting a little bit more than that as Shmaker is going back home. We’ll see whether that’s three items done for the Cassopia. That would be a huge deal. Uh not quite there yet, but getting pretty close. Looks like cosmic drive going to be coming in pretty soon. He’s going to have a massive amount of AP as DK will be able to take their red buff. Lucid aiming going to have that aiming is just he’s been gold kinging. He really has like I feel like he he felt like his title was going to get taken away and he’s like I need all of the money all of the time stat I think is what he said. It’s kind of it’s fantastic when you’re on a corki and a corki is so strong but it also has the the sort of caveat that he really needs to play with a lot of responsibility and we think back to that smaller game. Obviously Corki you have the Valkyrie you should be able to play and operate at a decent range. If you misplay and you get caught it’s so much gold lost for the team. Oh that flap. Oh, it was not. I didn’t need reminding. Didn’t need reminding. I think aiming needs to to have that in mind and think, he needs to be reminded of that. Don’t do that. But no one else needs to be reminded of that. Uh, second dragon comes through here for DK as Artan has been started. Some vision is still here though for T1. They’re teleporting in and the Zigs already here. Doran going back first before he decides to teleport over as DK just back away. They get the teleport and they wait. DK just making a measured decision. Yeah, this is a good play as well. I mean, they really would have loved to get Doran’s TP. I think expending Goomba’s TP isn’t that big of a deal in comparison um to to bin the top laners TP, but DPS just pull away. They’re like, cool, we got what we wanted out of the play. Uh and it also pulls T1 heavily over to this side of the map. So, we’ll steal away some camps, push a wave in mid. It does mean this full wave is crashing on this inner turret on the top side of the map. So, that is money sort of going to the wayside. Thanks, Jonas. strong for hopping on over there and no cannon up there. So, all of these minions are just going to go away. Yeah. So, some pros and cons definitely on the situation. I think losing could have been a big deal though. So, understandable they are going to be playing for that one and also they managed to get the drake at the same time. So, understandable trade-offs. You can see the gold didn’t actually move towards T1 after said play. I think as well the movement speed from cloud soul so massive uh in a game like this where you are worried about the range of the zigs in and sort of get on top of him. It’s pretty good for aiming as well if they manage to get the soul because you get to activate a lot of movement speed um all the time. Yeah, your ultimate doesn’t quite have a cool down. Just going to start it again. Okay, see how it does work out as Gishi throws a big old book at the but at the moment it looks like it’s just kind of helping. Redemption comes down. Showmaker comes in. It’s a lot of DPS represented here for DK, but he’s not hitting the Ottakan right now. They’re looking for a turn. Myasma comes in. Another hook comes down as Doran has to flash away. He’s been subjugated as well. And they look for the crocodile. He slices, dices, and gets himself out of there as she still looking a little worse for Web, but not quite as bad as Barrel, who is basically out of this fight completely. T1 take control of the Lucid trying to get over there as Barrel finds another hook on the door and the petrifying gaze as well onto Faker. They’ve taken two kills, but it is the secured by T1. Now, can they get out of there? That’s the big question as DK, it’s a bit of a sacrifice to give it away if they’re not able to get a little bit more as the pillar will come through pretty soon here from Lucid and Ona is not getting out of this one. Aiming even able to come over and pick up the kill with the Gatling gun. And DK, that is a big lead now as far as money. Lot of gold picked up from those three kills. We do have Baron spawning in 20, but the death timers, I mean, they got owner latest. That’s the big take. They have so much defense in the baron, they could just probably do it on spawn and a lot of TPS have been used, right? So, Faker is going to be respawning. Doran’s going to be respawning. No teleport. These TP spots from Darren have just not been working out. I think needs to take a safe angle with these. We see it’s a fight on two fronts. Um, they are just going to do Baron spawn and I think likely we we’ll see if actually Q1 can contest it. I mean there is a cloud rift as we’re checking out this replay in the meantime. Battle on two fronts. DK decided that they’re not going to be taking the as this baron will just go to DK. There is nothing T1 can do about it. Mega Inferno bomb not stealing it this time because Lucid does have smite purple monster. The amount of DPS uh on that neutral really making Oh, Shiu flash going to get real done and will get interrupted there by the steadfast presence. still has a fair bit of health bar to get through, but the satchel will hold him in place and takes down the crocodile. A cheeky one back and that will actually deter DK and put a little bit of a stopper in this Baron push. Won’t be able to get a tower mid though. You can see Goomba very low with no flash. Didn’t want to hang around uh and potentially get punished for staying there too long. So, it’s a nice pick from T1, but it’s a a very small win on the back of some huge hits that D plus applied to them. Yep. Still the Rebel Baron power play sitting at only 1,000 gold or something like that right now. So T1 have done a decent job making sure that they don’t get too far ahead. Remember you get about 1,500 just by taking the thing. And so being able to get that kill on Shu really helping them out there as we’re going to check it out in the replay. Yeah, I love that we get a steadfast presence before the realm warp. So he’s obviously going to dash immediately. It’s already up to block it when he arrives. He’s also waiting for that one to work as Owner is going to get a nice spell shield here as Barrel is throwing out anchors all over the place as Carrier very annoyed by that big old trophy in his way. Yeah, a little spooky but able to He is He’s pretty used to trophies at this point. Um so he’s not too worried about it, I don’t think. Still that one was very annoyingly placed. and aiming just so strong now approaching that Infinity Edge forth the item. He’s almost he’s almost there gold lead. Yeah, like alone as now Carrier is in a lot of trouble. That trophy is just pesky. Not sure the angle he was really going for there. Just super overextended. Uh potentially looking for a flank and just gets instantly exploded. Darren doing pretty good into Shu specifically, but uh he’s got friends. Yeah, he’s got a lot of buddies and the public execution is going to miss. There are so many things on the ground and the turret just evaporates. Aiming looked at it and it just exploded. Barrel going to make his way over and I think it’s the base that’s going to get broken here on this push. That rebel baron power play that I was telling you was quite low is now obscenely large. 4,000 is the note of that one. And that means that they have a 7.5k gold lead. T1 kind of just crumbling. You know, this could have been a baron. He could have stalled out, right? You have the Zigs. A great champion for mitigating the pressure. And uh okay well that is a bit of a oh they’re running to look for they desperately want this mid tower to go down but there’s members of defos there to defend it. So not really going to be able to achieve too much. And now um does have the satchel again. Yeah, another trophy does go down here from Lucid. Yeah, I think T1 just kind of dropping the ball a bit and giving D+ way more than I think they otherwise could have gotten on the back of that baron push. Now a 7,000 gold lead and soul point now to be picked up from uh for DK as well. Aiming level 16 going to be able to recall and pick up Infinity Edge. Oh god, he is just going to be doing so much damage. That is uh kind of obscene. Four item spike here for the Corki when he does manage to lock that one down. And Gushi does have three items complete, but none of them are really those those items that make you go, “Oh, now I’m doing the damage.” It’s not a death cap or things like that. Yeah. uh does have the void stuff so can get through some of the magic resist but there’s not a whole lot of that that has been built up and he really wants to be hitting squishies as there’s that IE that we were talking about aiming really has just been farming all game and he is just so strong also you have like the I forgotten the name of it but is it the verd barrier y yeah you have that on showmaker you have the upgraded merk treads on aiming so it feels like it’s going to be even harder for like Faker and GMA to get the damage off of those members like there’s a lot of merk treads across the board. Defos the only person make treads is showmaker and he can’t he can’t build them. Yeah, very unfortunate. Um but a lot of them upgraded as well and the AD damage, you know, Ona’s not doing that much AD damage. I mean, he’s he’s quite fed, but it’s hard to spread it as Noctturn and Darren is is Yeah, he’s just eating anchors. Yeah. Oh, as Paranoia comes down, we’ve got a real warp to join him in here as they look for aiming, but he just gets himself out and Barrel is going to vacate as well as Showmaker flashes for it. Lucid dives in on top and the nocturn and six immediately go down. Carrie gets caught out and this game ladies and gentlemen is over. Faker is the last man standing. Teleports come in as DK it’s their turn for the jump scare and now they will take down another init. They’re going to take down some nexus turrets as well. And DK in a classic DK game one are going to be one zero in this series. T1 trying to find a way back in. They look for aiming, but this time he holds strong. Zero deaths in this game. 903. That early Corki pick coming up huge. And G plus will go 10 up in this series. Oh man, that was I mean I was going to say dominance. It was back and forth at the beginning, but as soon as that articon play happened, DK just took control and never let go. And it was controlled. Like that’s the thing that blows my mind. This is not a team known for cerebral play and measured play, but it was it was better map play, you know, and it felt like Aiming was leaning into the Gold King style. And you know what? He was very responsible with his gold lead. He was very very responsible with his gold lead. So he he took that bag of cash and he Valkyrie with it. Got out of there. So all credit to him cuz obviously there was a lot of criticisms from that Smolder moment, but this this was a big point of redemption coming in clutch. Speaking of redemptions as well, which I think is a huge improvement as well. Um so obviously it’s only game one, but uh it was T1 having side selection in this game one as well. So uh a pretty big first game to take for D+. I will say though the other side of it is obviously the Ziggs denial, the Ambessa denial. These are some picks that T1 did take away from D+. So there is that element to it which is not really making them work because obviously Ambessa Dor had a very rough time in this game and the Zigs just fell really far behind. The other thing as well is that now DK can’t blind pick Trundle because they can’t pick that again either. So there are positives on both sides, but this is a best of five. There are a lot of opportunities to come back. We’ll see whether T1 can do just that as we go to a short break. When we get back, it’s going to be the space breaking that one down. Then we’ll have game number two. We’ll see you soon. Heat. Heat. Okay, okay, okay. How much? Beat. Then told the story and they want to ask me how. If you didn’t know me then. Of course you wouldn’t know that we just go for the hinges for the house. We ain’t messing around. We just go. We just go. We just go. Let me just go. They try to take me out of my existence. Do you really think I’m giving up? Broke wallet full of dust. I’m going to go until I drop ain’t enough. Dedication really ain’t enough. information really enough. You better run for your silence. Cuz the worst part of the war is quiet. We just go. We just go. We just go. We just Hey, hey, hey. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. N. Heat. Heat. N. See you later. Heat. Heat. After a very exciting early game if you’re a Nocturn jungle and a very difficult game to play if you are a top laner for both sides. It’s D plus Kia striking first in our playoff match here over T1 1 to zero. Dgon alongside Chronicler and Wolf. And if you’re a KT fan, you might know what word not to use. We’re definitely not going to use that one on this desk either. If you Why am I getting to zoom in? If you I’m not showing any emotion. You might want a D+. There are these are calm waters. It’s game one for DK. This is what they do. No, no, not the not the two shot either. No, no, no, no, no. Deon face. Clean game one. I was a little bit worried after the draft, but I think that DK have shown that they can look very different in the first game in the series, particularly their composure, I think really uh blew me away. I was not a fan of the Trundle Bayern pick as the casters were highlighting. I was in fact losing my mind when I got locked in. But they didn’t actually get punished for it at all. Like I think Trundle was very happy playing into anyone on that team except I guess the Zigs. Uh but the fact that the Trundle didn’t get punished and Barrel had a crazy game on the Nautilus for me were the main takeaways from this drop. I mean the performance we saw on the Nautilus where he was able to even threaten Doran in sides was actually pretty huge. But on top of that it’s great for turn and the Cassiopia really ended up being a slam dunk in this draft. Sure outranged by the Zigs in a big way but this comp has to go in because it’s Ambessa Noctturn. So even though it has a lot of scaling and ranged elements, but like part of this draft started off really well for T1 because the side lane pressure it employs, it’s a little bit tougher to actually have full cohesion with the Zigs later on, especially with Gooi who’s not really well known to be playing Zigs, especially in a big best of five like this. But for me, a bigger issue is that I think T1 again, and this is what has allowed him to win towards have a very specific style and Zixs warps a game. If he’s in your game, you play against him, you need to play differently, but if you play with him, ideally, you play differently as well. And I feel like it needs it means that you get value from that passive that you rotate him in a way and dive for him in a way that he has allowed to get played because Doran also made a lot of mistakes. But if Doran is going like 0 and five and they’re perma diving him, how is Zigs not further ahead, right? And I think that is comes down to the fact that Faker had a really rough lane and T1 as a whole look kind of disjointed. Yeah. Two series in a row here where game one they pick a champion for Goomba that they don’t normally play and the team doesn’t play around him. They fall behind. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights here. Starting off over at the Herald and we first view this one from Lucid’s point of view. Yeah, Lucid able to get the steal on this one. Actually has this blast cone he can employ and does have his flash as well. So, it’s a relatively low risk play for him. Just watch him walk up, take it away, say thank you very much. And then they’re not in a advantageous position. T1 like overcommit here. And when you see how this plays out for T1, they overcommit to try to make something happen then back away. But guess who isn’t able to back away? It’s the teleporting top laner who does end up getting left behind here and so D plus just get a free kill. What baffles me though is that like I think that TP is fine. Like if you pause at the start of that, but they completely seed all positioning and it just means that Doran like TPS in to die, but either he needs to not TP, which would have been a fine call, or the team just says, “Okay, we commit.” And that’s what T1 does. Exactly. This is the kind of call that that Chronicle was talking about where T1 just look a little bit uncoordinated, a little out of sorts. And it’s calls like this where you have to be super decisive. Either all in on backing out or all in on being aggressive in that moment. Yeah, exactly. Cuz while watching the replay, you see Doran pushing like one more wave. That that extra 5 seconds was the difference between the TPS there. Uh also to note, it was a 1,200 smite damage there for Owner and only 900 for Lucid. So again, just not only uh not being cohesive in terms of team plays, but individual plays as well. Crime, that one I think is a bit more excusable cuz they didn’t know the Trundle was there, right? So like he appears I think that in that context as a jungler trying to go for the early smite makes sense. Was I think 111 off, but it’s really everyone on T1 seems to really be struggling I think in this first game. Well, you know who it’s not struggling? Disciplined by the side of D plus Kia Atlas called it out on the broadcast. We were freaking out back here. Look at them start up the Oticon and then peel off realizing this isn’t a really good opportunity for it. This is unironically rise rise group practice cuz they they threw a million of these. I mean this is a really good call. They end up getting the TP. They back away and then are able to then start it up after T1 decide to back. So they have full full control here on this one. The TP comes through from Showmaker who at this point is extremely large on this Cassiopia. It’s really difficult for T1 here to actually wrestle that control away. and barrel just having such a phenomenal game of this Nollas and Doran just isolated forced the flash gets away but the ensuing fight is so difficult to play out into this choke point this Cassiopia as you guys will see one not quite able to to close that gap and I mean even with the low health barrel he’s like healing he’s zoning he’s getting on top of this uh ambessa and then followup here from showmaker phenomena as well onto Faker and sure you get the oicon but you lose two members on the bottom side and there’s just no winning here for 2-1 also leads into the Baron immediately afterwards and barrel my PLM in this first game absolutely impeccable nless game even the first death like he gave up first blood was more of a team thing wasn’t really him being where he wasn’t supposed to be that just got out rotated by T1 now again uh we should highlight that DK have done this a lot I was told I think this was on uh on Twitter by by someone that it’s a 44% win rate for DK game number two so DK fans know to chill Final thoughts, Wolf, I I thought it was a great game from Aiming as well. I just want to mention he was the gold king. Like, he just spent so much time in the mid lane pushing, getting turret plates in the top lane. They played through him. His Corki was huge. And this is the D+. I think that’s at its highest level. Well, the D+ system continues on. Win game one, give hope. How will it play out for the rest of this best of five? Let’s find out with game number two. Thank you so much, Don and the gang. There is Yeah, it’s so hard. I imagine it must have been very difficult for the spaces as well. I like the zoomins onto Chronicle early on because how are you supposed to react after they just win game one because we know that that’s what they do. Like that’s just that’s just how it goes. Yeah. So I just I just don’t really even understand. Um but Koreanization’s YouTube team is here uh here in the audience. It’s kind of cool. Visiting to capture and share excitement of the LCK and L Park with viewers across the Arab speaking audience. Oh, very cool. That is what I’m getting on the uh the cast prompter here. So, uh there they are on your screen. Arabic on the signs. Very cool. Pretty cute. First time I’ve seen that. Yep. Um thankfully, we have Jeso. I can’t actually tell who’s typing. Um but I know that there are people in the control room taking care of us. And hopefully there are some people taking care of the T1 fans and the DK fans because this is the like the the weirdest part, right? Because T1, they lost that first game. You can imagine their fans are feeling worried. DK won the first game, but it’s the first game for DK and so they’re also worried. Yeah. Yeah. So, everyone’s worried. It’s just anxiety um across the world for both of the fandoms of both of these teams. I think it’s only KT fans that are feeling fine. Um I don’t know. KT fans, they had a lot of recently that their feelings have not changed. No, there I mean I guess they’re they’re not fine. They’re just they’re just still anxious. Yes. Um but not more or less. Uh that was a bad example. Yeah. You could have picked any Yeah. Several of the teams. Yeah. Um that was Bro fans are fine. Bro fans are rejoicing. They’re chilling cuz they’re not going to lose ever again. All of 2025 is zero defeats. So that’s that’s pretty incredible. Oh yeah. Are you assuming they’re going to go undefeated at the Casper Cup? I mean they are we’re talking about the defending Kasper Cup champions here. Orcs. Okay. Fair fair. I think I think we know that they’re going to be fine. All right. Um we do have the Aurora and the Yara both banned away here as T1 remain on the blue side. Oriana and Azia still continue to be banned. Okay. So J4 was banned by T1 last time. Bard was banned by D+ last time. And he going to be banned. So, jungler’s being left open by T1. It was the J4 and Wukong ban last time. They’re both being left up. But the fact that the Aurora is being banned makes me think maybe they want to look for a top laner. So, Wukong gets taken away by D+. I feel like that kind of ups the pryo on, but also Zin with Trundle being gone is pretty good. I feel like it could just be a top laner here if you want to get pry on that with that Aurora ban. I wouldn’t mind a rumble, but uh the J4, I actually think that this is it’s a great pick for owner, don’t get me wrong, but I think it’s a phenomenal pick away from Lucid because Lucid has been just putting wins together on this champion. I think it was like 7-0 or something like that. Uh something ludicrous. I don’t know what the score line is right now, but it’s good. Um I’m I’m willing to bet that as let’s see what D+ do want to go with here as their next decision. Looks like Damasia in the jungle. Yeah, Zenz makes a lot of sense. Luc has been having some fantastic games on it. Um, so no real surprise that gets secured by him and then you have the opportunity to take top lane here if you do want to take the Rumble yourself. And if there’s a priority mid laner that Showmaker wants to go with, he could also collect that one. You could also take away like I mean you can’t pick a civer to get a look surprisingly enough. Um, I guess there’s a rise first pick in the Casio Pia match. So that that makes sense to to an extent, but it will just be that Rumble. I guess Rumble Jarvin not a combo you want to give to the other side. Makes a lot of sense to deny that away. Oh, instead going for the Lucian. So aiming had a fantastic game. Want to skip priority for that. I will say we have pretty exclusively seen Lucian Brawn. So this does kind of telegraph what is coming on that third pick and our team would have a choice. They can go for like a strong one two into that specifically or they can go for different lanes knowing that like the bum’s going to come in and not going to respond. I personally wouldn’t have gone with the Alistister. H I was thinking you could maybe go something like the Nico. Um and this is bold from D plus to forgo the bum and instead say hey you’re picking Alistister we’re taking Silus. Yeah, you can understand that because Alistister is kind of the enabler of the Silus in the enemy team. I mean, this is also so they’re forgoing the braw, which is definitely going to get banned expectation cuz we’ve just seen Lucian Braum in in almost every time we’ve seen Lucian uh that I remember. So, they’re they’re kind of forgoing the fact that uh they’ve cooked. They’ve I assume they’ve cooked, right? There’s there’s another plan. There’s something that they want to they want to use. They’ve been brewing it up. it. I mean, it can’t be Nami into like into Javin. Surely that’s just a bad time. That does not seem very good. Also, if you ult you can put the equalizer out. So, you know, um, right? Yeah. No, that’s the thing. That’s exactly how that works. Uh, if you put an Nami wave over the top of of the barbecue, the barbecue goes out. Yeah. Um, we have we like I mean that’s rune terran physics. That’s just how it goes. Yeah. So, or comes out as a ban to uh limit a pick that we typically see into the rumble. can obviously weather the storm early and then fill Kanuk in and just never take damage again. It is going to be that silus ban denying that pick into the alistister to get that high value alt. Um and also the bum getting denied as well. So Lucian brawl not going to come through. A lot of priority put onto ah this Rumble and it is looking like it might just be the Nico. So not a traditional pairing that we see with Lucian. Nope. Nor is this really if he decides to go with this one but Rumble Rakan is very powerful. That’s Janet and that will be locked in. Oh, okay. That was the plan. And Barrel has already played this. I think he’s 1 and0 so far this year on the Janna. And with the eye of the storm, the Lucian could actually find some pretty good value. Yeah. So, you have the shielding to obviously empower his autos into Javin into Alistister, Jan gets so much value. You also have that enchanter plus Zenzho pairing. Yeah. that we often see uh come to great effect playing into the TIA though. Um this is a pretty solid comp from T1, but I’m interested to see how the Jana can perform into this cuz again the engage from T1 is nullified heavily by it, but you don’t exactly outrange T1’s composition. If you had a longer range carry, it could be, you know, a situation where it’s like, oh, they can’t reach you. You can just hammer down on them. But that’s not really a thing right now. Wait. Okay. Um I’m not sure whether this is going to be the thing. We’re looking for what Doran’s going to play. And it looks like it’s going to be a Scion there towards the top side of the map just going to uh absorb the pressure as Ari going to be the consideration here for Showmaker. He has really loved this pick. Ari has been a fair bit of power in the duo as far as mid jungle is concerned, but Ari just kind of doesn’t make us feel good. Yeah. the LC. Obviously, the mobility pretty good into T1’s composition. A lot of uh outplay potential, good into the TIA generally, but not a pick. It inspires a lot of joy. I think T1’s composition is robust and what you typically kind of expect, right? You have two pretty high tier carry picks and you have a lot of front line, a lot of engage potential. And I feel like for for D+ you have more threats on the composition and it’s like multiple threats into the you know if you can make Gumma’s life difficult if you make Faker’s life difficult. Sure. I think it really just comes down to Barl’s Jan and what he can do on this uh pick. Yeah. And we know that I think he woke up on the right side of the bed. The Nautilus game was was fantastic and we’ll see whether that trust is going to remain in barrel moving into the second game. As you know the space already pointed it out. the win rate not great uh as far as game twos are concerned. If they can get to match point here without s side selection two games in a row that would be insanity. I’m just a little concerned about T1’s laning power into what D+ have and if D plus get an early lead if they start to get some momentum in this game can you claw your way back into this against a Jana well are you going to get shut out and be facing a 02 and that would be well and truly backs against the wall. Well, I want to go back to what we were talking about prior to game one. We were saying that T1 are a team that are very, very good at being there in the clutch. Well, they don’t have too many extra lives as we jump onto the rift here for game number two. All right, here we are, ladies and gentlemen, onto the rift for the second game of this series. It is a best of five. No one’s going home just yet, but match point with three games to play would be a pretty huge advantage here for DK and T1 have the opportunity to move this over to just a best of three. Yeah, that’s the thing that with it being fearless now, it’s like a spicy best of three, you know. Um the added element of those removed picks definitely makes it uh a lot more interesting when you come down to the point where it’s 1-1. Yep. And also DK don’t have that free Zigs game um that they’ve been relying on quite a bit over the last couple of series. So not to be the case. Of course, you know, already picking up a win with the Zigs game. Uh it just wasn’t their Zigs. So maybe we can include it as Aiming is just going to get a ward down and then his ward goes down. You know, we had a scenario where Aiming obviously got a massive lead last game. Uh I feel like D plus allowing him just to hit plays constantly good but not really given much of an opportunity to do the same in return with T1 having you know two carries and obviously Javan can do a good amount if he’s ahead but he’s not like a a carry in the way that a civer is. I really feel like Guma needs to be strong and when you’re sharing a lane with Alisters, you’re obviously going to be on the back foot early. But T1 need to set him up a success. Yeah, because if he ends up in a scenario where he’s 2 3,000 gold behind again, if aiming starts doing the golden things, this might just be a blowout. It really could be. And I want to go back to what I believe it was talking about this a couple of series ago, and that’s the fact that T1 doesn’t really play around Gumushi all that much. and it has been to their detriment in a few of their games thus far. He’s been sort of left out to dry in a fair bit of decision-m but also even in sort of like the microcasm of a team fighters. We are going to see a good little headbutt back onto Barrel. Doesn’t find all that much value with that tornado as the flash forward from Owner as well. Barrel holds the flash for a very long time and then stays alive as Ona almost not so lucky. Down to 100 health as he backs away, but double summoners now removed from Barl is going to be a big deal for pressure in the bottom lane for T1. Yeah, I will say Barl played that about as well as you can because they really wanted to get that final knockout, but because he gained so much distance on the back end, ONA couldn’t follow him with the flash. Um, Huh. is on a five win streak. And do you want to know all of those five games we’re actually in playoffs? It’s 5 and0 in playoffs. That’s crazy. Yeah. Uh on the counterpoint, Pantheon 05 playoffs. So uh if you’re wondering why we’re seeing no Pantheon, a lot of Zo at the moment, that that’s that’s uh that’s why. Yep. We’ve had enough nerfs. Uh as it turns out, uh Sper is going to be going back home, but uh as you can see in the farm numbers, just doing okay. We’ll be teleporting back in with a tier in hand. No building towards that seraps as Lucid will be taking down this rift. Scutler and now looking for a little bit of an invade as carrier. That was a hex flash just playing around as he wants to hold on to this wave will be sent skyward as peril is just whailing on the cow. Um the headbutt does come on through here but carrier looking a little worse for wear as I mean he’s holding the wave for a teleport I guess when that eventually comes in from Doran because there is a lane swap in effect. Yeah it is just going to bounce back anyway though so hasn’t really achieved too much. Sometimes you just you just want to take a few jenner auto attacks. Yeah. Well either way we get a sw coming through. So GMA avoiding uh the match up that was a little bit tricky with him being on the bot side into the ranged double range match up as range melee. Yep. Uh Dar now though that’s the thing you know typically Scion in the lane swap match up obviously very happy but Rumble also pretty okay with it but needs level six really. Yeah, he will be getting there relatively soon. As you can see, Shu already level five, but in the very early stages of it, so needs maybe a wave or two uh before he will be at that level six. That Ardent Blaze was very satisfying there from aiming as they will be able to crash this wave in as you mentioned. I mean, Doran should be fine. He’s Scion. He’s kind of built for lane swaps. It’s kind of how it works as we’ll see whether Shu can actually collect this uh this minion. It was almost the uh the comet that was enough there as Doran taking a bit of damage towards bottom side. Thank you Jonah strong as the cannon will be denied here on the bottom side of the map. I assume the same thing happened in the top lane as showmaker does get shoved back. Dreaded volley also doing a fair bit of work as Lucid speaking of work getting to it here on this dragon towards the bottom side. And already about a 400 gold lead has been acrewed by DK just in the laning phase alone. largely to do with this Rumble and the Lucian that are having a pretty good time. Owner are not going to be able to steal away this dragon and I don’t think T1 needs to be too worried about it for now. Yeah, that’s a big move from D plus bringing both bot laners up to ensure they get the dragon and it means Doran got to grab that entire huge wave under tower. Uh so he’s very comfortable now. Hit level six. Yeah, he’s back in it and uh really just able to farm comfortably there. So Thor in a pretty chill spot right now. I mean I say chill spot. He is under the tower right now. Yeah. And they are trying to make the wave push out a wave for him. Putting him in an uncomfortable position going forwards. And the tornado is very annoying um when it comes to uh interrupting backs. Yeah. Also just not really fun to play Scion into Jana who can just from a distance stop you charging up your decimating smash. Very easy to do. Yeah. Yeah, it’s been a like was so incredibly strong at the very beginning of League of Legends and so I think a lot of the players of old know just how frustrating this champion is. Yeah. Um and Doran is remembering as we speak. Yeah. Was just so hard to kill. Just ran so floated so fast when she gave movement speed to everyone on the map. Oh, showaker. Yeah, that’s the flash. Has to come out there. Good seismic shove placement from Faker to make sure that that one did come on through. And I think he was dead if Ono was able to get that knock up on him as well. I think honestly he could have just ulted through the rocks and got stunned under tower and he could have been okay. Ah, true. But uh went for the flash instead. Didn’t want to lose too much HP. Didn’t want to get chunked out and potentially um get bursted maybe. Yep. Also might have wanted to hold on to some of the combat power of having the ulti. I’m not Yeah, that’s also valid. I think it’s little hindsighty but but I think that would have allowed him to save the longer cool down. Yep. Um but we do have grubs in 42nd and I think the ult as you said the combo power more important to have the ult for that as barrel will actually tank the queue. Uh so Doran is able to at least get some value there as we see because of those grubs coming up. Aiming now moving towards the top side. Faker does get control of this mid lane. Will be shoving this one out as Faker actually in pretty good standing at the moment in mid as Lucid comes over. Spotted on this ward and Faker throws some rocks at him. Charm is going to connect though as in goes Lucid skirting the rocks as Faker has to flash to get himself out. Barrel was making his way over but um Janags aren’t necessarily um the most impactful things. Still getting the flash. A big deal especially with Grubs just coming up now. Yeah, the flash and the trunk on a Faker whose TP isn’t quite available yet. Also, the Weaver’s Wool not quite there, too. So, now D+, they can immediately grab a grub. Yeah, they will be able to take one of them, but Carrier is going to be able to sweep out this pit. It looks like T1 have retaken position. Yeah, the big thing was because Barrel was assisting with that mid play, he wasn’t helping aiming in the top lane. Aiming is grabbing that wave, so they’ll take the one grub. They won’t stay around for more. Shu is underneath a turret here. Uh, as the equalizer spot to be in. Yeah, equalizer placement was a thing as they’re setting up for a potential dive here onto Faker. When becomes lightning and Lucid going to flash out of the way. Gets a nice knockoff and Faker, remember, no flash and will be taken down by the horde of minions that had been prepared earlier. The flash has to come out here from Shu though as Doran makes his way down. Still first blood going over to DK. A good start once again. Yeah, double sums has to be committed by D+, but they managed to get the kill. They managed to get out and T1 moving down to respond to try and get the exit kill just ends up committing a lot of time, a lot of members to no real benefit for them. So, nice pick up there, Lucid. Good execution, dodging the seismic shove. That was nicely played and man, the aggression from this guy. It reminds me of, you know, challenger Lucid from back in the day, you know, the guy that would just make any play and make it work. as president of the Lucid fan club. I obviously remember No, of course. Um, challenges Lucid. Yeah. Uh, uh, Chronicler was I mean, he was there, but he wasn’t Was he truly there, you know? Yeah, he I remember him telling me a lot about Dundon and the Nongshin players, so he knows I know he knows a lot about them. Yeah, he did this thing where he was kind of starting he was just like, “Oh, yeah, I’ll start a fan club for every player.” And he waits for them. He waits to see which one shows up and then he’ll just be like, “Oh, I was always a fan.” Mhm. Yeah. No, I’m not really a fan of that sort of thing. But you’re a fan of Lucid specifically. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We uh we we figured that one out. Yeah. As Faker will be clearing out this wave in mid and we do have the game slowing down somewhat. 26 seconds though until the second dragon here. And it will be a mountain soul this game. Um T1 very very good at getting Earth, Wind, and Fire dragons. Okay, I’m going to hold you to this. Um it’s it’s likely to happen. Oh, as barrel flying around a little bit here as Carrier is ghosting for him. Let’s see whether the barrel is going to be able to make it as the monsoon is going to be waited for and they pile on top and take out the Jana. Wow, that was immediate punishment as soon as the monsoon came in. Yeah, you saw Dor’s was like a couple of seconds away when he got that decimating smash and as soon as that max charge smash came in, Barl was just not in a good position. Oh, teleport actually going to be employed by Doran to get towards the top side of the map though. So, they’re not going to be able to necessarily turn this into a dragon, especially with Showmaker holding on to mid control for now. I think the thing is even though they got that kill, they burn, they burn Jarvin, they burn Civer, and Jana gets back so quickly. Yeah. Um, so I think they just they’re like, “Cool, we got the kill. We’re not going to overcommit for the fight.” Especially cuz you look at the inventory of the junglers. That is the one thing you look at and you say, “We’re not our fighting.” Yeah. Um, if one jungler has Thunder Sky and the other doesn’t, no, we’re not interested. We don’t Sky rule. Yeah. And honestly, you look across the board, mid laners, AD carries, it completions heavily in favor of D plus. And even though you can see, you know, owners just finished this now. I’m sure Faker and Goomba are quickly going to follow that little window where D plus had the advantage. I think T1 making the right call of just not flipping the game on a dragon. And uh it is going to be a KEX soul which T1 pretty happy it’s it’s not going to be one of the strongest souls. I will say though that Jana going to get some some nice extra healing and shielding value out of that. That’s true. But it’s supposed to be a mountain. That was what was written down in the script. But I think I’ve been given a fake script now because I couldn’t be trusted with the last one. Makes a fair bit of sense as carrier is going to get a dangerous back massage from aiming and will be told to leave. A lot of vision here. DK was invested towards that bottom side to guarantee the double dragon. And now Shu is going to get left out to dry. Equalizer doing a fair bit of damage, but uh that’s a lot of CC and he will just be taken down. Scrap shield will allow him to at least get this wave or the majority of it as now a counter dive towards the bottom side as aiming is flashing away. Had turret aggro and didn’t need to be a little bit worried about that one. There is the unbreakable will from Carrier and that will keep him alive and so no kills on the cross map here for DK. Yeah, Carrier finding a great angle there to punish Aiming who was under the tower. So good gang for T1 on the top side. No major punishment here. We will get aiming. Picking up some plates again though. Oh dear, that is a little bit worrying. And it feels like if he starts to amass a big uh lead over Guma once more, that could be definitely the windcon for D plus. Oh, the odds up to 600 gold as we can see as the tornadoes are just streaming their way over the top of these minions. In comes Scion. Hey buddy. It’s going to be a bit of damage on Barrel as the Zepha comes out and Doran remembers that his life is probably not going to be very fun hanging out underneath his turret, but he’s doing a decent job. I mean, he’s already very tanky all things considered. You know, we’ve sometimes seen Scions fall behind a good amount um and be like low econ. Oh, I’m saying that he’s getting bullied out a good amount now. Exactly. Essence Reaver now done for aiming, so he’s feeling a little bit better, but still it’s only 50% uh of Doran’s health bar. and he should be able to get a fair bit of that back. Okay, Lucid’s coming down. If they force him off the tower, they could probably just pick this up on this wave with a cannon. They’re doing their very best to punish Doran this whole series. I mean, game one was another example of it, but in the last passage of play, DK have given up a fair bit of ground. You know, the gold leaders basically disappeared. Yeah. So, certainly some good moves here from T1 to stabilize in this mid game. The plates do fall down. They have those two dragons, but it’s not the most meaningful soul. Oh, she he has sorry, Dar, he has flash. Well, he might have to use it here as Lucid will be able to find the knockup or the deception comes down and oh, he’s just dead and he knows it. Not going to be able to flash out of this one. And he will get some use out of the passive as he runs towards the turret and towards Showmaker by the looks of things. Yeah, I think it was the right call just to save the summoner. I think as soon as you see the Ari specifically, you’re like, well, I’m not going to wait. You know, he didn’t have ult. Um the flash is only going to be an extra ult charge from Showmaker. Uh it does unfortunately mean that Showmaker doesn’t even have to commit the alult, but the 5minute cool down obviously a lot longer. And now Showmaker going to be able to pick up this tower. Doesn’t get the extra plates that were there just a moment ago. But will get that first tower and it’s going to mean Deep Bus objective or one kill away from Fats of Strength. Very very close. Fats of Warfare are available for both teams with one kill. See whether T1 can get one here as they’re posturing in the mid lane. Teleport in from Doran to get him towards this bottom side of the map as another time. It is going to be a fairly aggressive one. Looking to try and punish Showmaker, but not going to be able to do so. And of course with Spirit Rush, he is going to be fine. He doesn’t have TP yet, but uh Oh yeah, Weaver’s all coming on down. Shu does have flash and uses it to get out of that seismic shove is now aiming once again throwing the culling into the cow as Gushi with on the hunt already procked. Fair bit of damage onto Lucid here as we’ve got the unstoppable onslaught interrupted there by Showmaker and the charm is going to come down as well. That’s going to take the scion out of the fight as Redemption getting Lucid healthy once more but Showmaker isn’t quite that. Yeah, his TP is up soon. So, I think he’s going to try and recall. Actually, doesn’t have time to. We’ll just stay around on low HP. Okay, he’s going for it now. They stole out the Herald. He’s going to recall TP back in um or just walk back in unless they start it. So, he doesn’t even need to commit that just yet. He is tping. Yeah, they’re trying to stall it out. He got chunked out pretty heavily. It is though aiming picks up Nav’ori and that’s a huge spike for the Lucian. Basically sitting on a chunk of gold. Yeah, it means you can basically just play Earth on Lucian and have no cool down. So Deep should be confident with that spike that they can really go for this set up for aiming whose flash is nearly available. That’s the only thing. His flash is down for a little bit longer. Oh, she in a little bit of trouble here as Seismic Shove is going to pick up the Rumble. Do we have to recall Chiu now having TP back in maybe make it a second ago. Now a Chiu. Yeah, double teleports would then be invested to make this play happen. But instead, it’s looking like soul point on the cards here for DK. And not a lot of vision available for T1 in the area. It looks like they are opting in for a trade, but this will be feats of strength going over to DK um no matter whether they won the race or not uh for the objective. So some upgraded shoes as well as having that soul point which is so important. Yeah, I think it’s telling that it’s a chem soul. I think if this was a hex tech soul, a mountain soul, I don’t think T1 would be as willing just to give up the third dragon in that situation. So, the RNG of the soul spawn doing a lot of favors for T1, but D4 still one away from that. It’s still a spike, still obviously going to help them out if they can secure it. Yeah, Zin, Ari, and the the Jana all kind of like it um the the Kech drake. So, we’ll see. Uh, I think that it isn’t necessarily the most pivotal dragon as we all know. Yeah, but all dragons are good. Um, I guess as Doran going to be unstoppably unslaughting towards the bottom side of the map. Doesn’t work as a verb. Um, but it’s always good to try asale is going to sail by. Looked great. Didn’t do much. And T1 just trying to set up some defensive vision now towards this bottom side or at least Doran is. And looking to try and catch some waves. So, we have the Javan and the Scion with some slight advantages, but it’s the uh bottom side of the map for DK that really are in good standing. And Showmaker once again having a pretty great performance here today. I liked the uh interruption of Doran making his way towards the potential Herald fight. Yeah, normally a tankier member is the one you want to tank that, but uh you know, show will do it. We do now have Adakan spawning at the bottom side of the map with that soul in 3 and 1 half minutes and then Adakan a bit earlier. So the focus is very much going to be on the bot side. I feel like this game we’ve had a lot of trading between the teams. A lot of cross mapping. We’re going to get this sort of straight on headbutting coming soon around that bot side. For now though, we are getting the Herald coming mid and all of T1 are kind of moving in. The walls coming through. Yeah, that’s going to be a nice knock up onto Carrier there as Doran off to the side. Teleport on the flank angle though as Shu looking to make his way in. Doran not going to find any joy with that queue as another culling comes down. carrier almost just out of the fight before it’s even started and in fact that is the case. They don’t invest anything either. It wasn’t an early equalizer or anything like that to start that fight off. So just the culling employed and they get them away from the outer. Yeah, the threat of the TP was enough to force them to back away and that will save the tower. It’s very low though as a result of the herald charge but it will just buy D plus a little bit more time with that mid tier one up and available. Should just get a recall. He’s gone the blackfire torch cosmic drive sort of build. So you just have permanent movement speed cuz the dots keep refreshing uh the movement speed. So a lot of haste and a lot of speed. Not the highest damage build available to the Ari, but obviously able to skid around the fights quite effectively. Now Shu flash is almost up. Yeah, just barely does use it right when it comes back off. But there is a cataclysm down. Still going to be able to make his way out of there. And respecting the damage of this Rumble and Faker even teleporting in on top of it. I feel like that’s one of those situations where they had the flash down timed and margin of literally seconds. Yep. And even the cataclysm still managed to catch him, but unfortunately he managed to create enough distance to get himself out of the way. And now Showmaker in this side lane with teleport available unanswerable. I mean Doran is making his way up but doesn’t even have the ability to drive up there and so he’s going to be catching that one. The other spawning now and DK with a lot of tempo, a lot of control around this map right now, especially with the looming threat of the dragon soul they have a monopoly on right now. Just feels like DK making some good choices so far this series. Just don’t know what that means and I don’t want to infer anything because people will say cast a curse stuff if I do. They definitely will. Not Chronicler though. He won’t. He doesn’t believe in those. Yeah. Uh, that’s all right. Calling once again, aiming is just Yeah, specifically Carrier. Specifically Carrier. Exactly. And I feel like to be fair, Carrier is slower and also bigger and and tankier than a lot of his teammates, so it makes sense that it’s Carrier. Um, but not a fun time for It does feel rude regardless. It does feel rude. It does feel personal. Yeah. Not very nice. How much of that damage dealt is specifically to carrier? Well, I I want to see that number. That’s I think that’s the important number. Maybe someone can go off and and get that stat. We should we should develop like grudge stats, you know, how much damage you and then you could set up like revenge numbers to see whether they can get that damage back. And in Carrier’s case, it’s impossible because he’s an Alistister, which is a bit of a shame. But if it was like AD carry versus AD carry, they could like and top laner versus top laner, those stats would be really fun. Yeah, we should talk to I mean top laners always do so much damage to each other. It’s just like Yeah. Yeah. like who got the most grasp stacks against each other specifically like those sort of stats. That would be very fun. That’s what we need to know. Mhm. That’s the important information. They grab it. We’ll have a chat back in a minute. Just always available on screen. Yeah. Oh man, that was so good. All right. Well, DK without too much control of this area. Banana Brush trying to get picked up here by T1, but they are going to have their control ward removed, especially with Showmaker moving up from the south. And now it is soul time for DK. T1 looking to deny it if they can. But if they do manage to take this drake, it is just one chem. Doesn’t mean a massive amount as aiming looking for carrier here with that culling as the equalizer goes down. Redemption comes on in. The charm goes wide. Fair bit of damage coming on through, but no commitment here as DK will back away. A fair few buttons now on cool down on the hunt as well as the equalizer being the big ones. pulling down as well. True. Redemption used to heal up a little bit here. And the Rumble’s I mean he’s on a flank angle but a bit distance from the rest of the team without the equalizer. That can be risky. Yep. Seismic shove is Shu move now towards Faker. Carrier 50% health as Showmaker looking for an angle. That’s a mega cone remember as a flash forward from Doran. Monsoon from Barrel here trying to come on through as in fact it was the crescent guard as Lucid flashes his way out but the cataclysm will be able to take him down. Still the charm connects and the Javin falls down as well. Doran trying to be a monster in the front line, but Fumucci is skirted on top of here by Showmaker. They take down the Scion, but they do not get the soul. That is a big deal. It’s still a big win though for DK. Huge win in the fight. Ends up being Doran who secures the dragon there to deny the soul. But so much was burned onto Lucid, I feel. And Barrel able to keep him alive for a good amount longer that Janipal coming in clutch. And we see with open D attempts his play on aiming the ult but doesn’t get the decimating smash in time the flash dash to keep him alive and then Lucid ult so so much they try and focus him the barrel monsoons Lucid flashes out yes he dies but so much was committed charm comes round to take owner down in return even the how and gale was massive in that fight as well getting the double knock up on both of the front lers allowing maker to then get the angle onto Gumushi to get him out of the fight. Yeah, and the damage has just been shredded. And you see all three of the front line front liners on T1 going down in return for just Lucid. Uh the momentum that’s obviously given over when the Ari starts to get those resetses resets is massive. So we don’t see Aakhan going down as a result with no jungler available and some low health bars. D plus don’t overcommit to it. It’s a 2,000 gold lead. So an advantage still in favor of them, but not securing the soul. Definitely big one to deny that one. I’ll teleport in from Showmaker here. Gets him back over towards this Artakan. Still having that one on their minds for the moment, but was also able to take that top outer turret. It is a black fever for aiming. We have seen this build. So, not as much. Oh, carrier finding a pulverize, but it’s only onto barrel for now. Crescent out here as well from Lucid, who finds himself in a very awkward spot. Cataclysm as there’s a possible overextension here for owner but he bounc finds a phenomenal flag and drag on top of barrel and then the pulverize comes on in but still the damage is massive. It’s just not enough for T1. They manage the aggro perfectly and wipe out four members of DK. What a team fight from T1. The low health bar so close to going down but just enough to survive. Showmaker doesn’t get the reset. Isn’t able to translate. Feral goes down aiming to follow and we see it ends up starting off and it’s a little bit half passive. They get the engage initially on the barrel. The monu’s burn early and then this re-engage comes out from owner. He gets bounced up but goes back in. Look at his health. He re-engages sets up for Joran sets up for carrier gets focused here but flashes out. The stun comes in a showmaker and it’s just T1 team fighting at its best. This was it looked suicidal. It was He died. Yeah. Well, but like look at how much he achieved. It was so good. It was so well played. My god, he is just actually he’s something else. He didn’t even die. No, he didn’t. I thought he did. I just assumed when he was on that low. He should have. He should have died. You’re exactly right. But uh he didn’t even die. He didn’t even die. That’s even more insane. I I I honestly thought I watched that and I watched the replay and I thought he died after watching it two times. That’s crazy. Um, but as it turns out, he did die, but it was a different time of the game. He didn’t die cuz he thundered the sky. There you go. Oh, that’s poetry. That’s beautiful. Put that in your palm comment or something like that later on as DK now looking to try and defend as the Articon still up and available. Pulverize coming on through here as Lucid finds himself cornered off, but Shmaker has a good angle. The equalizers down in a great position is now aiming, working like a typewriter as he looks to soften up T1. The health bars are getting low, but they do make their way out. We’ll just see whether this is actually going to be enough for DK to lock down this Articon cuz that looks like the prize that they’re looking for. But you can see not actually going to commit for it and T1 are going to start it off themselves now as teleport to come in. DK still in the area, but they have no vision of this. Yeah, DPS feel hesitant because they’ve lost showmaker’s ultimate. Now they have to approach. They don’t have control of the area against Tia Scion. Oh, Faker goes golden. Seeing that charm coming over the wall as now aiming gets flashed into pulverizing everything, but he still managed to flash away. The monsoon’s down as well as Faker was taken out. Lucid gets into the back line, but Gushi Oh no, he’s taken down. And now Aiming is front lining into Doran and that is exactly what he was looking for. DK strike back and find themselves a great team fight. And it’s barrel flashing in to help take down Goomba Yushi. The DPS Janna to finish it off. It looked like T1 maybe found the angle onto aiming for the peel for the Janna coming in clutch to keep him alive and D plus answer back. They’ll be able to cash in on the Anak and it’s 15 seconds on that dragon. Yeah, they are going to look for back first I think because the health bars are very very low. But let’s have a look at this one once again. Yeah. So, Faker has to stasis because the charm came in. Then they the flash from Doran. Aiming looks like he’s going to die, but the monsoon the flash comes in. Lucid finds Faker. Looks for Goomba. And then look, Barrel at the end actually flashes to W to kill Zoom. That’s my goat right there. I knew you’d love that one. Absolutely insane as Ona now with positional control. And the best thing about this is yeah DK they managed to get they’ve still got soul point things like this the rebel baron power play not massive but T1 still managed to get that baron and so the gold is still in their favor this game is anyone’s it’s a chem soul as well and so I don’t think either team is too worried there are a lot of pedals in advantage for DK so the other does feel fantastic this is still anyone’s game asmaker has to use the ulti to get out of the way of Faker but my god the damage from this Ahri the hunting through going to heal him back up and that’s Ari down. It is a low cool down at this point with the amount of haste he has and with the fact that he’s level 16 but the dragon’s getting shredded down quickly. Yeah, we’ll see who’s going to be able to get this smite as it’s another one that T1 desperately want to be able to find for themselves. The howling gale not quite finding the avenue in as Lucid is in position. Faker looking for the wall angle and he will be able to get that one down. Whim becomes lightning but there’s the headbutt to get the jungler out of there. Carrier might sacrifice himself though. There’s the seismic shot and down goes Lucid. Now Doran trying to get it done as Ona finds aiming but the relentless pursuit’s going to get him out of there. It’s a good charm as well but Ona just flashes on top of him and Stonemaker has to flash away. It’s a triple for Gumushi and T1 this time find the team fight. Almost 8,000 damage from Goomba. The ricochet shredding D+ there. The Anakin buff not doing enough. And now T1 will look to do a lot of damage to the base. Can they end here is the question. I mean, that would be ridiculous. Surely at it’s 30 minutes, though. They’re going to do a lot of damage to the base at minimum. Showmaker, I think, should be enough to dissuade them from ending, but a lot of damage is going to be done. It should at least be an inhibitor, and they might even be able to get an avenue towards this top lane one as well. And if anything, it’s going to be a gigantic swinging gold. About 4,000 is what they were able to put together here to extend that lead. and Ona comes alongside Doran to be able to take down this inner turret as well. So that is going to make it a 5,000 gold lead and DK are well and truly on the back foot now. Yeah. So we see how the fight plays out and ultimately Lucid doesn’t get his ult off cuz he tries to make it in gets knocked up. The chain CC ends up coming through from the seismic shove. No alult dies so quickly. Barrel without flash just gets chased down and Guma the ricochets are coming through ends up doing so much the bounces and honestly didn’t feel like he actually got that many autos off but how much damage he did because that’s how strong the civ is right now just items a few a few autos and the right targets and the right positioning and GMA massacred D plus it’s a squishy composition from D+ there’s not that much armor between them and he just melted them oh my goodness That’s okay. So DK now finding themselves 4.5k gold behind. Still with soul point, but it’s starting to mean less and less as T1 if they can get another one, we could be talking about quad chemol, which is a lot of chem soul um is is my prediction this guy go crazy. It would. It also makes the unending despair and the scion shield go crazy and the more of meous lifeline go crazy. Um outside of that, not a whole lot more I guess. Life steal on the civer here. Doesn’t actually work on life steal. Okay, never mind. Uh triumph from raw. Yeah, works on that. Works on the uh shieldbo shield. There you go. Redemption. They Oh, the redemption obviously is the biggest deal as now Lucid might find himself in an awkward position once again. This time has the whole crew with him, but the seismic shot comes down yet again. This time he got the alt off, but it doesn’t actually matter as now aiming finds himself in amongst two front liners. Showmaker looking to make his way in. And aiming is just dead. Out of position entirely. Carrier finds the headbutt back. And you thought you were chasing the cow. He was just getting you in position to be butchered yourself. And T1, I don’t think they’re losing another fight in this game. Yep, they’ve got control of this one now. T1 6,000 gold ahead. Going to pick up another Baron here. And Goomba just melting. Everyone in T plus he sees play T plus really lost control of this game. It doesn’t look like they’re going to be able to close out and get soul on this one. The Janet, there was a lot of positives earlier in the game, but it hasn’t just really come together. And it feels like this team fight structure from from T1 going such a long way. The front line hard to break through. And even though this time Luc gets his off, he kind of just gets shredded. Just stands inside uh the ultimate and just melts him. Yeah. And then aiming finds himself in a very uncomfortable position. And the fact that Onera can just flag and drag over that wall meant that there was nothing he could really do. And even though Carrier goes down, it is well and truly worth it with three lying on the floor. So that does guarantee the Baron. And now with Baron number two, T1 should be able to take yet another inhibitor if they would like to, but also guarantee position around this dragon to even up the soul points. And I just don’t think that soul is going to be something worth talking about in this game. uh especially after talking about it so much for the majority. Just hasn’t seemed to matter. Yeah, I just finally come in for aiming, but feels a little bit too little too late. Try and defend the base here, but the Wolves going to come in and apply a lot of pressure. Yep, this is the sieging potential of a composition. So incredibly powerful as they will be able to wipe out the turret. Still an opportunity for a team fight perhaps here for DK, but it’s just not feeling very good and they’re going to have to really get their ducks in a It’s going to have to be one of those miracle fights if they are going to make that one happen as another culling comes through of course carrier his favorite target but aiming not really able to do too much of anything at all as now Doran just making his way over with a nice spell shield there avoids getting knocked up could have been a dangerous one as now in goes Lucid finds the angle as Doran’s going to get pushed back that’s kind of where he wants to be pulverized and they take down both of the solo laners in an instant does go golden though as Amy picks up a double but then he’s lying on the floor and Lucid the last man standing. It’s a quadrakill for the Jav as they’re looking to set it up. And there’s the pent for owner if there’s ever anyone who is deserving in this game. It is owner. He has been so good and gets to celebrate with a jungle pentill at the end. A crazy performance from Ona delivering the bounce house onto D plus this J4 performance. An absolute masterclass and T1 answer back 1-1 in the series. Oh man. And owner score line at the end there was 911 one. And that’s like the ext like you call the police and then you call the extra police cuz he’s got like the extra panicking. Yeah. Yeah. You’re really panicking again. He’s the guy that you’d call if you’ve got a problem. If there’s an emergency, it’s owner. He’s right there. He’ll have your back. And man, what an incredible performance. And that is going to even out this series as well, which is the best part because we’re guaranteed four games at least. Absolutely. And I mean for D+, I think there were definitely a lot of moments in that game where they had success, where they were doing well. I think the Janet pick from Barrel was pretty interesting. Seted them up for some early success and in team fights a lot of value, but the team fight execution, especially around a comp like this which has such a strong robust front line. But uh just some amazing play setting up the carries, diving onto the enemy backline and delivering a bounce house and you had goomba just shredding everyone from this backline on this civer. Just excellent T1 team fighting in this one. It was beautiful. Not to mention the fact that they did it with Lucid’s best champion in the J4 as well. So Ona being able to take that off the cards and also have such an incredible performance on it. But now it is time for us to take a short break. When we get back the space going to break it down then we’ll have game number three. We’ll see you soon. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. When they speak of Viscro, unbroken, undefeated, of a warrior who repaid mercy with allegiance. When they speak of the king’s chosen protector, the prince’s beloved mentor, Deamaria’s honored senial, when they speak of the foundations of our kingdom. of what makes a true Damarian. They speak of you. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah, heat. Heat. Heat. Just following the script, everyone. Just following the script. Game one, win, give hope. Game two be very close, fall behind, get some team fights, and then give over a history-making pentacill to the Jarvin owner getting a pentacill. The first ever pentacill in top tier pro play by a Jarvin jungle and T1 to tie things up one to one after two. And it was a bumpy ride, but we knew we knew this was enough. We knew this was going to at least go to either team getting a win here. Uh, and I do think that there were a lot of moments of doubt here. I think T1 still don’t look like the T1 that we have witnessed over the last couple of years, particularly in how they set up their aggression, but they have been able in this one to fall back on their team fighting, particularly thanks to the efforts of Guma and obviously the main character for this one, owner. Well, let’s talk about the draft a little bit. The Jarvin was picked here first, which allows them to pick the civer quite comfortably. And even though the Lucian came through, they prioritized the Rumble over the Braum. So laning phase got a little bit weird. They picked Janna, which was fine in lane, but wasn’t as easy to make, I think, get value in team fights. But my biggest uh problem here with the draft for D pluses is the Ahri pick that they had at the end because this isn’t going to cut through a Scion very well. There’sn’t great setup for it in this draft. And it means that you’re never going to be able to compete with the civer damage if you go late. And the Scion is always going to be a threat. It’s always going to be an insane front line. So it becomes a lot easier for GMA to play the game. When you have a performance like what we saw from Owner as well getting into the backline allowing Goomba to be safe no matter what. The Civer is just untouched. And I think for both for fans of both teams there’s a lot to take away here. I think DK given the game state actually had a great performance. Showmaker is also still very clearly online and they did take away a couple of key picks for T1. But for T1 this was obviously a must win. I think particularly in fearless if you do go down it is really really hard even for a team as decorators to want to climb your way back up and yeah that bouncy house with the CC on everyone besides the civer ended up being a big difference maker before we get to the highlights I just want to paint the picture for those of you at home uh T1 got the second kill uh and I don’t think anyone here in Law Park cheered because of how tense it feels right now for T1 and T1 fans and they were on their edge finally finally going after all these team fights that happened, which happen to be our highlights here. Let’s start there over at the Drake. A lot of fighting on the bottom side of the map. And what I want to highlight as well, I want to how close these fights are cuz a lot of them actually do come down to the wire. Like a single hit skill shot could have been the difference maker. Uh but this fight was really where I think the tide turned. This owner locks up the backline and somehow survives sundering the sky uh multiple times there. And look at how tough it is for Showmaker to make a play here onto Gmba cuz if he goes forward here the like he misses the charm but spell shield’s at the ready for Gmba. He can’t really take this civer out and even if you go goes down here you make the play the fight is already over because of the heavy lifting that the Jarvin did in the initial part of the fight. So the pick just really not working out here for D plus. Also on a highlight, I think that aiming today has actually been playing well. Even though I think this is a really hard Lucian game and once you get behind, you do kind of just have to go in as aggressively as possible and try. But this fight, not specifically, because a fight later I think if he has IE instead of cleaver, I actually think they might win that fight. That came down to such minute uh levels of damage wasn’t end up didn’t end up being enough. And from this point on, T1 got into a position where they were actually leading the tempo. That’s obviously where they excel. Yeah, and I like that you bring that up cuz T1 were on the back foot most of the time. The drakes had already been stacked for D+, but here’s a great Weaver’s wall to block off the fight here by D or for D+ as Faker comes on in. And it’s the followup here that I think from Carry at first looks like he is kind of caught, but then with the Alistister sets up the pick onto Lucid here and Lucid really is the only front line that this comp has. the fact that he doesn’t get his ultimate off, I don’t know how much it really would have helped them because if you look everyone’s melee, but at least Faker’s damage wouldn’t have been that big a deal, but because everyone else is so short range, they just don’t really get to make a play here. Yeah, she also doesn’t have any zonas arm guard. If he can live for just a little bit longer there and get a little bit more flame spitter damage, maybe that’s a difference maker. The other thing uh in that fight is his equalizer was placed kind of as like a peeling tool, but didn’t really do the damage required because T1 were just constantly going in. and they kind of just moved past it and continued to do damage. So, I think that catch there on the Luca throwing everybody on D+ off. They reacted a little bit poorly and T1 just out clutch. Yeah. And I I think those are the types of fights that T1 thrive in. It’s okay, hey, we’re going to fight for Drake. They’re going to step in for us. The Weaver’s Wall goes in. It stops the plan and then T1 doesn’t hesitate to take that fight, which seemed a little risky at first. It’s like, okay, you got the Drake, you have more time to scale. But they did not hesitate. And it’s those moments that we miss seeing that T1 being so dominant. And it’s mainly been D+ even throughout that game that were the ones leading the fights here, Connie. Yeah, and D+ I think still would feel better in this series given that they were able to win on enemy side selection. They will now be going over the blue side, which I think does make sense. I imagine if they end up losing this game, they would swap to red. We’ve seen them prioritize red as they get deeper into a series. Uh but it really paints an interesting picture where I’m not 100% certain because if you look at the draft as well in fearless that Zix pick uh pick to me was we’re picking that away from aiming or from showmaker but from DK and then here the Zenzo pick as well as I think the Lucian pick also kind of felt like they were were targeted towards T1 uh then towards what makes sense for our comp. And now I’m curious like is this where T1 pull out the Jinbard? Do they run a composition that has a strong front line? the Jinbard. They they they can block it up on red side really easily and and set up that bottom lane before it gets to the second phase. Maybe this is what they’ve why we haven’t seen the bar just yet for T1. They’ve been saving it for a draft like this as we get deeper into the pool. Are we going to see some of those scaling picks, the Smolder, aiming Zary when there’s no Nautilus available? These are the questions that’ll be answered I think in this third game draft. There’s also the Kaiser for aiming which used to be one of his best picks. Maybe that’s something they can go towards. But based on these first two games, I think we’re in for a treat. Also, Braum now not going to be Lucian Braum. It’ll be Braum something maybe something into an engage composition to provide some disengage. But a lot of unique questions already asked in the draft. That was going to be a lot of the focus of this series. It was by our analyst and the teams know it as well. It’s all tied up one to one. Basically a best of three here on out. The stress is on the players on everyone watching except our fantastic casters who have the call for game number three. Speak for yourself. I am stressed out of my mind, but Doran not so much. 400 wins secured. Um, took the second one of this series. Been waiting patiently, but does manage to get there. Just one behind Keen, our two veterans here in the LCK 1 and two. Very exciting stuff. We’ll see whether Doran can join Keen at Worlds, or whether that is not in the cards today. We’ll just have to find out. Uh, a lot of questions posed and answered by the space. I have a question though for Deon. And I was want I love the bleached hair look, but I kind of want him to bleach the beard as well. Oh, thanks. Would that be weird? That would kind of get vibes. I mean, we’ve already said this to him so much, you know, Hunger Games host vibes. But that would be awesome. Yeah. I mean, you know what? I’m down for it. I consent. Do you consent? Cuz if you 100%. We’re down for it. I don’t think it We’re the only It’s our opinion that matters. I think that’s the most important thing. I think Well, I mean, I think that he can make the final call. I just hope he makes the right one. Yeah. As All right, we’re into the draft here as Abard has been taken away. Maybe listening to what was happening on the space as the Azir also going to be banned. We’re going to see Kiana taken away at the same time. A pick that hasn’t found a lot of success here. Um, over in China, it’s doing very, very well. The LPL seem to be able to make it work, but we can’t. The Scrim Bucks must be absurd on this pick. They must They must be absolutely off the chain cuz uh yeah, I think it’s 04 in playoffs so far. Yep. Um not seeing the stage success, but clearly still respecting the potential of the pick if it does pop off. Um, in terms of junglers that are left available, Wukong is not being banned yet. So, I imagine that might well be this third ban that comes through from T1 unless they have a plan into it, but I don’t know whether there necessarily is one. Yeah, losing is a typical plan. Yeah, that’s that’s normally what it is. Then we don’t have to play against it in the next game. Yeah, Oriana is also open and available. So they banned the Annie which says they don’t want to play against Anni Wukong and they’re willing to trade Wukong and Oriana in my mind. That’s what it says to me. So I imagine D plus are going to take Wukong, T1 are going to take Oriana and then what do they pair it with? Because the favorites alongside the Oriana have been taken away in the Javin and the Noctturn. I guess maybe and the Trundle we saw the you know the flash shockwave Trundle situation. Vine is available. True. Um, I mean, Pantheon’s available, but it’s the priorities dropped a good amount. I think it still has to be Oriana, but we’ll just have to see what Owner is going to be playing. It’s definitely Oriana. You know, it’s been Faker’s most played in Legend group. So, no brainer there. Feel like they might You don’t have to pick your jungler now because obviously if the priorities dropped off on a lot of those big ones, you could just leave it and and look to secure something else maybe in the top lane. I wonder if this Rengar is a shout out to the guy that’s been terrorizing Korean solo Q with uh with Rengar. I don’t remember his name, but uh it Yeah. Yeah, that’s the guy. Anyway, Pantheon is going to be locked in to be paired alongside it. Not necessarily like an incredibly synergistic pick. Hasn’t found a lot of victories, but we know that it’s still strong. It’s been 05 in playoffs. It’s a small sample size. Um the pick obviously strong, just hasn’t been working out super well. Uh now the question is what do D+ want to bring in here? Looking at the Kaiser aiming and the Nico. Oh man, this is a strong team composition already from D plus. What a threat onto this Oriana immediately. And this is Kaiser which is one of the best picks for aiming specifically. You think of some of his career best performances, Kaiser at the forefront. So just don’t think too hard um because there are some moments that we also want to forget. Uh T1 looking at potentially secure the Ziah as a response to all this dive threat. Yep. the classic into the Kaiser, but not going to be the lovers duo because that will be denied, I believe, immediately. So, one of the dangers of picking it on three and then having a an extra ban phase. Let’s see what is going to be taken away here by T1 though. Looking for solo laners most likely. Maybe protecting Faker’s matchup. Maybe an Akali to be taken away, although Showmaker hasn’t been pulling it out very much recently. We’ll see what does happen. I’m trying to think what else specifically we could see Showmaker bring out. Um, Trindir, Viego, probably not Trindir. Silus. I feel like you want to have an AP pick ultimately. Well, not Landre. Yeah, I think Landre kind of serves as that replacement for Annie when paired with Wukong. So, I feel like it makes actually a lot of sense to ban that away. We saw obviously KT using great effect, the Wukong Lassandra in unison. Yeah, could be the Synra as well. the other thing that KD used um to pretty great effect. I think on re to me would be good bands from D plus unless you want to throw something towards top lane, but I think Re has kind of been pretty high tier in terms of uh support picks and then movement speed. I think it works really well with Pantheon. You just speed him up. He goes in, gets one stun, you get another stun, you get a knockup. Um so I could see D plus banning that out as their last ban. See where they do decide to go. There’s one final ban to come through here from T1. Do they protect that mid lane ever further or are they going to look elsewhere? Could be a top lane ban type situation, but it will be the Akali taken away largely just looking out for the matchup here because we have seen Akali picked into the Oriana many many times. Yeah, in theory I feel like earlier in playoffs, this is where we might have seen a Gallo, but I feel like Gallo’s kind of fallen out of favor especially into Oriana. Yeah, I do feel like Gallio suits the DK comp incredibly well though if they can actually uh it’s just kind of you have to weather the storm in the in the early matchups. It’s teams have kind of a little bit lost interest, but if you if you play the Gallo into the Oriana, you weather the storm a bit and then you set up a gank. It’s very punishing, you know, and once someone goes in, you obviously ult on top. So, we’ll see if they opt to go for that. That being said, it’ be a lot of it’d be really committing to the dive specifically into the Zia, uh, which gives a lot of blade caller value. So yeah. Um does DK want to play Jax? What do you think? Going for the Lulu. So not going for something like the Re. Um instead going for a more defensive pick. Gives that Wild Growth, gives those defensive tools. Um and also gives a range matchup into the Nico. So not willing to give up the bot lane 2v2, which picking like a melee support would ensure you kind of lose in terms of pryo. And now you can actually kind of bully Nico out a decent amount as long as you can dodge away from the the route. This is interesting. Let’s see what DK decide to go with as that Jax is pretty obvious with the Gragas being banned away. That is Doran’s favorite pick into this champion and instead it’s going to be Victor last second locked in for the mid lane. One of Showmaker’s less interesting mid lane picks you could say, but the Jax is still going to be a consideration. We’ll see whether it does get locked in. I think it’s a it’s a fine Jax game if you’re confident that uh Don Stuck to pick anything good. I actually like the Yuro here cuz a lot of the picks you would typically see into the Euro I feel like been taken off the cards. Um you know I haven’t seen Renekton do good into the Yuro early on in fight momentum and that’s gone. I think it adds to the wombo combo as well. Well, I feel like Ghoulie Wall can get a bit of value, but instead it will be the Atrox locked in and Atrox can also find a lot of value in the brawl as now Doran is thinking about becoming a Viking. Okay, that would be interesting. Lulu Olaf together is a lot of power. Yeah, you can just kind of ignore a lot of the CC that D plus have and when they come into you, you kind of just thrive in the chaos. Um, oh man, that is a cannon. Which T1 are we watching? All right. Hey, even Sun, I heard him. The the Korean cast a little bit baffled about what’s going on here. Doran not necessarily known for the cannon, but T1 are a team that are very good at playing around it as we know. And we’ll see whether this is actually going to be able to find the angle, especially like if Doran and Faker can coordinate with one another. You get a slicey mastrom as as well as a shock wave. You can do devastating damage alongside Kumiushi. This is a very sort of feast of famine composition. So game I mean sorry because you have a lot of squishy champions on the side of T1 and a lot of potential to blow them up from the side of D+ but if they get ahead and you get like zas on the Oriana zas on the Kenan those will just explode you as you’re diving in the Lulu and the Zia will be able to survive the initial burst and you’ll be able to turn the fights around. So I think momentum is going to be super important in this game and I think because you have that Kennan into Hatox as you have that range match up. If Dor plays a lane match up well, if Goomba carrier plays a lane match up well, I think T1 could have an edge here. But really comes down to them performing well and setting up for success and I think importantly making sure they get gold in the right places cuz we we have seen a getting a lead in both games so far. Yeah. Um which obviously wouldn’t be ideal in this one. Just have to see how it does go. Some interesting drafts on both sides as we get onto the rift here for game number three. Man, the fan chance have been so incredibly impressive here in L Park today as we are on the rift for the third game. Winner of this one will get match point. That’s what’s going to happen as we are tied up one to one and DK lot of wombo. T1 a lot of wombo. I love it. I I feel like there’s going to be a lot of team fighting in this game or it’s just going to be an absolute stomp. Um it just like you like you said feast or famine and it means that we might like it will need to be a tightroppe walked by both teams if it’s going to be close is what it kind of feels like to me. That’s the I see piece of but I can also just see it being an absolute slugfest going back and forth because you know it could just come down to execution but I think if one team gets ahead it’s going to be really hard to find your way back in uh unless the other team really makes a blunder. Item spike is going to be pretty vital in this one and it is going to be the electrocute on Shu as well going for those short trades into the cannon trying not to get bullied out. We’ve seen this a fair bit from Atrox’s interrange matchups. As far as melee champs into range champions, Atrox does better than most. You know, if piloted well, we’ve seen him played into things like Nar. We’ve seen him if you can connect on your skill shots on the sweet spots, it can actually do okay and have a good amount of threat. But it it obviously is a lot about how well you play that Aatrox and how well your opponent plays a Kenan. And Kenan’s obviously an annoying range champion to play into specifically because you have that ability to stun and that movement speed boost on your E. So it is awkward for the Atrox to to find an advantage. I feel like the cannon does have to mess up to a degree to allow you to get a good favorable trade. We’ll see how Doran is going to play it out. I think had a few warps in the first couple of games but ultimately did well in the later stages. his tank play fantastic on the scion in the late game and often just is right. This guy is known for being a team fighter as T1 don’t have too much control here in this bottom lane but everything is pretty even and Zia Kaiser man dates back to 2017 as we know this is a tale as old as time as coming down to the bottom side is owner and is going to be unseen as he walks his way in. This is dangerous as Aiming going to have to flash to get himself out of the way as the feathers not going to be enough to take him down, but still he is going to have to go home. No flash in hand anymore. Yep. So, Aiming able to get out of that one without dying, but it’s such a heavy blow to lose that summoner to get chunked out of lane, especially as the wave is going to crash into tower in a second. So, it’s just a a nice investment from Ona. Didn’t cost very much. Wait a second. He’s doing like the Pantheon last season move, you know, where you just gank. That’s all you do. Uh, very raptor-esque. I like it a lot. But did need to make his way towards his top side anyway. And so just going to be annoying. Takes a bunch of health here from Showmaker. Doesn’t get a flash, but is going to allow that lane to feel a whole lot better as already Shu is here towards the bottom side as DK wanting wanting to get him out of his difficult matchup. I feel like a lot of the times lane swaps are done because the bottom lane is feeling a certain way. This is not that. Uh, this is the top lane. Yeah. Not having a fun time. Um, but yeah, I think this is, you know, if you want to have success on the Pantheon, the early pressure from level three onwards, so much uh base potential, the CC be able to walk up and stun. Pantheon has, I think he’s tied for highest base movement speed in the game, or at least very high up there. So, you can just walk in and stun and it is so effective. Has fallen a bit behind in terms of farm compared to Lucid, but he’s put pressure down on both mid and bot um for his laners. You can obviously see aiming on the scoreboard is a little bit ahead and farm, but there’s a big wave going to shove in. Oh man, Doran did not want to do that as the infernal chains are going to ruin his day. Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. If you misplay in the matchup, you can be very swiftly punished. And this is a Doran shield ruby crystal Atrox and that’s what he can do um with with a full combo. So, it just kind of shows the threat level that this champion has. If you eat those sweet spots, if you eat a full combo and why, especially when you get some items behind him, you really have to be respectful. Oh, Showmaker pretty far up in this lane and does have flash is going to use it. Still does get stunned momentarily as just going to push him away. So, just stealing flashes from everyone. Yeah, just getting so much value here and just again he is a little bit behind compared to Lucid, but the pressure he’s achieving for his lanes in return definitely feels worth it. And Wukong just can’t do this. You you know Wukong is incredibly strong. Oh god, she looking for an angle here once again. Flashed for it, but now Barl is looking for a bit of an angle and Faker is in trouble. Lucid turns up as well and this will be first blood being delivered to the Monkey King. I say Wukong can’t do this. That wasn’t Wukong. That was Nico. You know, a little bit of uh tricky behavior there. Great from Bar. Nico was dressed as Wukong. Yes, that was why it was a little technically Wukong did it twice, but a great gank there from uh Barrel. And actually, the first kill of the game comes down to him and it’s rewarded to Lucid. So, a bit different advantage given over to the Wukong. And you know, as I was saying is that Wukong doesn’t have as much power on those early ganks, but if you get a lead on this pick, it’s just so impactful. Barrel coming down. And the thing is, you know, you come out of stealth as a Wukong. Yeah, you still don’t know if it’s Wukong. You don’t expect to be rooted by a Wukong. Why would you? Um, such a great play there from Barrel and Faker doesn’t end up flashing. Even gets stunned by the gravity field. Yeah, wasn’t actually able to get out of that and I believe needed to get closer to the wall otherwise he would have just flashed into the wall or had to flash in an awkward spot, right? So, honestly, wasn’t really an angle for it. Probably better just to save the flash cuz I think you would have just died anyway. And then you would have been really vulnerable uh especially after six without flash but obviously does not feel ideal. Does get stunned by the gravity field as well and takes a bit of a hit on that trade. You can see now she moving on over does spot out owner. Just looks at him and forces a smite. Yeah, that’s a bit cute but is still going to be able to get the crab. So the pantheon feeling all right here and has actually caught up as far as uh the farm number is concerned. taking a bit of damage here, but aiming as well looking worse for where as Lucid finding himself on the bad end of that trade as Ona is putting the pressure down once again. Feels like that pentacill may have made him feel a little bit confident here in this match up. I mean, you you just don’t want to tango with the Pantheon as long early on. Um Oh, flash in from Doran looking for the angle. Owner is here as Shu tries to make the world end, but it’s his world that is going down. The T1 are going to even the score line. Such an easy play there. Such good setup from Doran flashing in to commit to play or owners had a follow. Remember she flashed on the bot side to try and find a kill on Darren and will pay for it with his life. So an answer back in terms of kills and owner just the amount of ganks he’s actually pulled off. We’re 7 and 1/2 minutes into the game. Yeah. And how many is it like four now so far in total? Yep. As Yeah, it was two mid, one bot, and one top. Yeah. Um, and this is obviously the first one getting a kill, but I feel like everyone has got at least some value uh so far. And that one was just an easy one to pick up. The execute damage on the Pantheon very severe. And I feel like, you know, we’ve seen Pantheon struggle. We’ve seen earlier in the season it be extremely strong, but if you want it to work uh compared to like such a strong team fighter like Wukong, this is the sort of thing you want to be doing. Yep. Getting all that early momentum, getting all that pressure. All right, we’ve just got a killer instinct as aiming goes in. Level five for Gumushi. So he can’t use the feather storm. Still Owner is going to turn up. It will be Goomba going down and Onera not going to be able to do this one by himself. And so DK finding one back themselves. This couldn’t have gone better for D+ cuz not only do you manage to catch Goomba without his level six available, you get both his sums and you get the ult coming in from Ona. So you just burn so much from T1. You commit that jungler to the top side of the map and his ultimate gets burnt and your play is still successful. Goomba a decent amount behind in terms of XP and it’s also going to be some grubs going on over to DK here at the same time. So first objective will be taken from the map as Barrel gets himself over the wall because of course it was about to get sandwiched by Alulu and a Pantheon and all of the grubs will be here picked up by DK. T1 in position. Chief spplitter not going to be the option here as Ona walking so quickly as Lucid will get himself out of there and Barrel will not. He is extraordinarily dead. Barrel for Grubs. Barrel a little bit overextended when he had to burn that initial flash and then hung around a bit too long in the offset. So T1 end up just taking him out. So a nice pick up for T1 considering how the situation started but still favorable for D plus and just the fact that the Wukong’s able to make the way in here. The void seeker connection from aiming. So much burn by GMA trying to get the route with the flash there doesn’t unfortunately manage to connect it. And you can tell T1 wanted to make more of it here though. Barrel cut off by Carrier. It’s a good flash. Yeah. But then moves in very aggressively to kind of zone them away. Carrier gets the E onto Barrel and then lands that slow. And even with the heal and the Nimbus Cloak, the movement speed from Carrie again sets up owner just to charge in and take a barrel. I was talking about in draft the real Pantheon being really strong. You speed up the Pantheon runs in stuns. Lulu Pantheon doing the same thing. Yep. Works uh just the same. And as the game goes on, there are a lot of great wild growth targets as well to use offensively uh in a lot of these fights and keeping Gumushi alive is going to be also a big task for the Lulu as well. I think that T1’s composition does definitely team fight very well. But you look over the other side, same thing can be said and I think it all comes down to execution as we’re going to have a look at Lucid versus Owner here. Both of them sitting at two and zero, but a whole bunch more damage done from Ona who’s been turning up at every single lane. Um, but the gold is going to be an advantage of this Wukong and as the game goes on, I believe we will see a bunch more monkey value. I will say the first time spike, you know, the sun sky comes in for owner, you’re going to feel fantastic. But when you get like second item for Lucid, that’s when he gets his Sun Sky. That’s when he really feels fantastic in those team fights. It still feels like the Pantheon is definitely one of those picks where old Pantheon you really thought of how he fell off a cliff. But I feel like he holds so much better now, especially they gave him so much armor penetration just for pointing his ultimate. So his damage really feels significant even later in the game, but definitely not comparable to just the Wukong’s team fighting power is kind of obscene as we have seen in many games this year. Indeed. Uh this pick has been very very strong. But there is the Sun Sky, the item that like the entire postmatch thread was just talking about how broken this item is. Man, it’s so it’s so crazy. It is very silly. As now Doran is in a lot of trouble. Does have slicing mastrom, but there is the cyclone to come down. Lucid will die as Doran even lives. Aiming comes in and finishes him off. But now Shu is the one in trouble. P Blossom here and it’s not going to be enough to save anything. And in fact, I think Barrel is just going to die. And Carrier is going to come on over and make sure that that happens. That was not the dive that DK was looking for. Huge turnaround play for T1. The Pantheon coming in clutch there with the alult to find favor in the play. And you know, we just said he just picked up Sundered Sky. Hey, I don’t think he really needed it to make that play work, but Dor getting massive value out of the slicing maelstrom to stay alive for just long enough. And diving a cannon is always a difficult task. And we’re going to have a look at this one once again. Yeah, she was a little bit low already. The ult stunned all three and then Lucid has to commit heavily with the alult. Amy has to ult in to find it. She was low enough that it’s just easy for Oda to finish off. And then we even see Barrel goes in to try and just save his AD carry to get out. And that just means he’s dead, too. It’s a massive play for T1 owner getting a ton of value and considering he was already in a great spot prior to this play. He’s now 4 and0 on the back of this and uh yeah, he is thriving. Yeah. Uh and he’s also the one with all the mojo. So this is uh definitely pretty devastating as Barrel will be able to find the snare onto Doran. But you can see Doran actually wanting to go in there. Does have his dash cannon now completed and aiming still looking for some more plates. And the gold lead is not exactly end of the world levels or anything like that, but it’s the tempo vibes that we’re really feeling. Uh stacking up for T1. That is a bit of a worry here for DK. Some of those old mistakes coming back overextensions trying to get more impatience is kind of the feeling that we’re getting. We’ll see whether they can pull it back just a little bit here and retake some control. Yeah, I think they’re taking that play slower trying to bait out the alt and just disengage. It could have been okay. You got a lot of tools from T1 for nothing. But they just heavy committed for the kill and it really uh sort of bit them in the backside. Did indeed. Been a very slow game when it comes to dragons. 13 minutes in and no dragon taken yet. It’s an 8 minute old dragon. That’s uh it’s very old. Pretty lengthy. Um not the longest we’ve seen. Not by a a long way. Yeah. What was that? The dragon lasted like 20 minutes or something like that. We definitely Yeah, you saw something like that. It was crazy. Yeah, it was like this year. It’s very We do see, you know, I mentioned it. I spoke in existence. The pings are coming through. T1 heard me. Ah, there we go. And oh yeah, dragon exists. So, it will be a 9minute old dragon that will be taken down here by T1 as DK looking for a bit of an angle towards this uh turret, but Doran says no. And a massive pop blossom to come through, but it’s only onto the cannon and carrier comes on over. Barrel is going to be dead yet again. That’s 03 for this Nico. And another kill going over to the cannon. They might be able to get aiming as well. And there it is. And in comes Owner once again. See who’s going to get taken down now. Lucid’s by himself. And DK are just falling apart. Unless it is. No, it’s not. And Owner is going to pick up a double. That’s a 6 and0 Pantheon. I thought he was supposed to be 06. I think that Pantheon lost Juke’s going to end. Looking pretty good for Owner on this one. 6 and0. So much impact made. And here we see Doran going in with the rocket belt. Finds a stun. And even though he doesn’t initially have the burst to blow them up, so much damage is done. And with the wild growth as well and the health and the rocket bell, he’s just too tanky for them to cut through. Aiming’s running away, but he just gets chased down. The flash slow from Carrier. It two kills for this cannon. And on the bot side, Pantheon flies in and is just so strong. Immediate shock wave as well on top of the Pantheon. He also gets the orb for the extra tankiness. And it’s just beautifully played. And T1 now 9 to3 is the kill score. That snowball that you were talking about at the beginning of the game that is starting to roll down the hill for T1. Owner just based as this graphic came up. He had a fage. Just picked up a black lever. He is uh that’s a big boy. He is strong. He is very I mean Lucid does have a long sword, right? True. Yeah. That’s not a that’s not a Black Cleave is better than that. Just a little bit. Mhm. Just a little bit. So, I was saying this game if one team gets sizably ahead is going to feel really bad. I feel like we’re heading in that direction. Also, the fact that both the solo laners are kind of bulky, right? We have a lot of health in the rocket bell, a lot of health on the rod of ages. If you’re not exploding during a fake, you’re going to feel bad. And has the feather storm. So, if this engage from D plus doesn’t work, your your team comp kind of falls apart. Well, shower looking for a bit of an angle here. Gravity Field is down in a decent position as Owner Adoran going to get flashed on here. Shu finds his way over and there is the shut down. It’s Showmaker that actually collects the kill. T1 still in position though. A lot of resources were used to take down the cannon. Shockwave connects onto a couple as now Barrel trying to keep himself alive. Lucid takes down the Rift Herald. They collect the T1. They’re just looking to get out of there. Man disadvantage coming on in. But still Faker doing so much work on this Oriana. There’s a reason why it gets denied from T1 so so often and still DK actually making a good play against the tempo. Yeah, I think a good job from them splitting apart Darren from the rest of the team. Barrel finds a nice pick. They managed to get the Herald on the back of that and they don’t go for more. I think they obviously had some tools left. They still had the Arcane Storm. They still had the Cyclone, the Killer of Instinct. They could have definitely made a play happen, but I think they go, “Look, we’re still very far behind. That Pantheon still very scary.” And we see happen here. Dar gets split from the team and immediately with T1 the flank. They commit. T1 aren’t in position to respond quick enough. It’s a quick kill. I’m like, cool, we now get the Herald. T1 aren’t really in a position to do anything. And even though they get a shock wave that does a lot, the gravity field kind of slows down Ona from really doing anything. And D plus are like, okay, great. We don’t need to do anymore. They were kind of fishing a little bit, but they don’t over Oh no. Well, um, Shu is likely to die. Unfortunately, his sun skies not quite enough. a lot of damage. Yeah, certainly is. That is going to be first turret going over to T1 as well. And the onslaught continues here as that gold lead heading back towards that 4,000 mark that it was looking towards last time around. Lucid gets himself over the wall as aiming, sorry, Doran does try to find a bit of extra damage on was aiming for him. He was aiming for him and aiming was there as well. So, it was a bit confusing. Yeah. Still Choica has not really done all that much uh so far this game, but we saw in that last Herald fight, he does do a lot of damage. He’s actually there and also the gravity field if used well can really warp these fights. He has farmed up a good amount. So he he is going to be strong and obviously Victor can have a lot of impact in these in these uh team fights if he can survive. A lot of burst threat on the enemy team and this pantheon is threatening here. Shua just sticks around too long. Realizes his error a little bit too late. I think you just have to let the tower go. Yeah. Um at least you got Pantheon flash. True. Um but he didn’t manage to keep his turret alive. And that is more money over to Doran as well who is about 2,000 gold in the lead. Similar story there for Ona on this Pantheon. 7 and zero. Now team are just picking up more and more. They’re going to get this bot power as well. And at this point DK are just getting pulled around the map. Gumushi might be in trouble this time. He has feathers though and a whole bunch of friends. And T1 are going to flash towards them. There’s Faker picking up the twoman shock wave. Now Lucid’s in trouble. Cyclone has to be used very defensively, but I just don’t think it’s defensive enough. And in goes to lock down the kill. That is a legendary Pantheon. And DK circling the drain already here pre20 minutes. Feather storm, flash, barrier, wild growth. None of them even used. I think that shows the confidence T1 have right now. The Wukong starts to walk towards you. Goombas just completely unfazed starts walking towards you and you go, “Oh no, we’re in trouble and D plus uh oh dear.” Um yeah, I don’t think Shiru is going to be surviving this one as Ona does leap on top of him. Um dash to get him over that wall and okay, he can actually he’s going to flap his way. Oh, the TP the TP. Can he actually get himself out? And yeah, the the teleport will be able to get him out of there. You know what is a little a little bit of good. He take the small victories in this situation because there aren’t many for DPS right now. Yeah. Um didn’t die did have to use TP and that is not so good. And the shadow flame just got completed there for Dor. Yeah. So this is the play where you expect. Okay. He’s going to have to here and he just goes no actually you guys are the ones in trouble. The shock wave connecting on a boat. Basically a threeman cuz it got the flash from aiming as well. Yeah. Barrel immediately just gets deleted. Lucid’s trying to kite away and his Phantom is just walking at him menacingly. Yeah, and you can understand why. Uh he is a very very large Pantheon. That long sword’s still there for Lucid, though. We’re we’re still waiting for that to turn into a sun sky. Oh, he has the tunneler now at least. Yeah, there you go. That’s a pretty good item in this game. If you just want to tunnel underground and hide, which feels like he just wants to wants to pause the game and be Rexi. That that would be even better. as aiming does have two items now completed as the ragelade is finally done, but he is pretty far behind himself. I think as well in a game like this, you really need to be burning summoners from the the critical members. So like the fact they didn’t get anything from Goomba. There’s there’s nothing to play around. There’s no Okay, well we lost that fight, but we got the AD carries flash. The next fight we got know his flash is still up. Everything is still up. So you know this fight they’re starting up Adakan right now. They’re calling you to contest. They have all their tools available. The only thing they don’t have is a flash on Faker. So maybe Faker needs to be the target. We’ll see if they can pull that off. They do throw the Herald down mid though as T1 move up towards Adakan. So they at least find a window to throw that down in the mid tier one. Obviously opens up some better angles to approach from when they are looking for those flanks. And still it is not going to be a commitment onto the Articon either. So that is certainly good news. Doran does upgrade some shoes though. So he’s got two items and is feeling absolutely fantastic on this cannon. Canon with a tempo advantage in a game is so deadly. Yeah. And Owner is going to start off this dragon and I just don’t think that there is going to be any contest. Hopefully, it’s Cloud Soul. So, we finally do get our Earthwinded Fire reference that I’ve been looking for. I think that’s a one positive for D+ is that the Fierce Dragon was very late. So, a potential soul is very late in this game and it’s going to be There it is. I knew there was going to be one this. It’s pretty high value cloud game. You know, the movement speed goes a long way. Kenan gets a ton of value when he he pops the ultimate, even Z as well. But uh it’s a long time before T1 get the soul even if they stack up the next two dragons. So I think D plus have more time on their hands. But I think things are going to be tricky soon because Adakan’s off available bars in two and a half minutes. And you look at the items for Dor and Faker. I imagine they’re probably just both going to buy a seeker’s arm guard next. And as soon as they have those, good luck. you know that that Wukong engage, the Nico engage becomes infinitely harder when all the carries on the enemy team have some form of unargetability. Um the only person you can actually hit who can’t make themselves unargetable is Carrier. Yeah. And he is not a target that you want to be focusing cuz the rest of the team will kill you. That is kind of how that one’s going to go. Um the one positive that I have here guys is for DK is that they have more pedals. Yeah. So they that’s that’s something I guess owner isn’t unargetable but you can’t damage him so it might as well be the same thing. Um you don’t want to target him. Yeah. You just don’t want to be on the same as him. Exactly. As aiming is now going to speaking of which just get flashed on. There’s the shock wave. And where did he go? He’s just gone. Yeah. I didn’t see much outplay potential in that situation. You know I’m trying to trying to analyze trying to figure out what the uh what the play what the strategy was. Uh, I think you just die when that happens. So now T1 heading over towards the Adak and I think it’s just a a give up and let them have it. I’m going to go with a foregone complete that one. 9 and0 now on the Pantheon. See, I thought after the previous game I was like, okay, owner really wants PO, you know, he really wants P. And also I think he wants to go further in playoffs and also I think he wants to go to worlds. That’s the vibe I’m getting from owner right now. Do you do you I’m pretty sure he doesn’t want his year to end. I think I I think that that that might be something that you have hit the That’s what I’m picking up. Yeah, that’s what I’m I’m getting from his play. Yeah, we really we don’t want to like jump to conclusions. I don’t want to speak for him, but I feel like his play is speaking for him just a little bit at least. Wanting to win is something I’ve picked up. Yes. From what he’s putting down. Yes. Just a a touch a hint of wanting to to win. This has been a great understatement that you’ve just thrown out there multiple times as Aiming does make his way back onto the rift, but I think that he is going to be very very scared of doing anything at all. Just going to be stealing away a blue buff, but I don’t know whether that is going to be something he’s going to commit to as Ona does turn up, but there are some DK members in the area. Looking to move his way over. Lucid is in here though, so it should be that their blue will go over their way and it will be secured. There we go. Blue buff secured. Good work. There you go. There’s something. You got to take the the good with the the bad. There was a lot of bad so yeah aiming now looking to try and defend this inner turret. It is going down pretty quickly though as Faker possibly going to get flanked here as Shu gets on top of him but the chains are going to get broken and now shock wave connects onto this Atrox and he has to flash away. He thought that he was starting the fight but no that’s uh that’s not how it’s going to work in this game. Yeah and Faker does have that seekers arm god now so uh good luck not dying so much. Dorne went for the oblivion orb, so he’s he’s just I mean it’s a good buy. There’s a lot of healing on D+ with the double sundered sky, but uh he’s he’s fine dying once he’s pressed his ultimate. Pop Blossom is going to find one here, but Ona says goodbye. Barrel and down he will go now. Lucid finding himself in an awkward spot as the angle from Doran is glorious. Just executes aiming and looks to make his way out. The man drop comes in and Doran goes down, but it does not matter. It’s only Sheer left alive. He’s going to try and umbrelly dash away. He’s a very cute snowman, but uh this game is still looking 100% T1’s. Beautiful there from Darren just decimating the backline of D plus. But I feel like this game was looking pretty over long before that. 1103 now for owner on this Pantheon. Baron about to come through as well. T1 look to take this one to match point. Oh, okay. Another shock wave to come through here as Faker was pushing out this mid wave and the Baron still hasn’t gone down yet and they still manage to get that inner. So Owner and Gushi going to be able to finish this one off and there it goes as it’s all over. But the Cryan ladies and gentlemen there’s there’s there’s just not much you can do. Nope. They’re just so far. I mean the thing is as well it’s another scenario where they go on Faker has flash has seekers on guard does not care. Looks like a tank like his his health bar is just massive. And look aiming just gets base. He gets one shot through everything. Everything, dies, gets the killer instinct shield. Doesn’t matter. Uh, yes. Storm goes down. His job is done. Uh, and Faker, well, he lost a little bit of HP. That massive See how he’s like the three big quadrants of health. He lost one of them. Yeah. So, you know, and now it’s soul point here for T1 on top of everything else. I don’t know whether we’re going to see a soul this game. Now, Doran has a seeker’s arm guard. Okay. Okay. Now, it’s really Now you’re really in trouble. Now he doesn’t even trade his life for five people. He just kills five people. Yeah, that doesn’t seem very fair. Uh but now they’re looking to catch Faker out of position. Nice twoman shock wave does come in as Pop Blossom will pick him up. But the Wild Growth is there and Ona gets on top of Amy. They’re like, that’s cute. But now Oriana is a tank. Shu trying to get in there, but Carrier just walks him around like he’s taking the dog for a walk. And now Lucid, he’s going to try and get out of there. and the monkey not going to be able to affect the ending of this game in a positive way for DK. I think uh they’re going to have to look for the next one if they want to make a victory because T1 are moving towards match point and they’re doing so in style as 1304 for this Pantheon. And if there’s ever a way to break a losing streak, this is a pretty good way to do it. Honestly, this has been the best owner performance we’ve had since last game. Yeah, he’s been on a tear. Absolute tear. Yeah, absolute tear. D plus getting forced back onto that fountain trying to look for return. One able to find it. And T1 will take us to match point in this series. One win away from World. One win away from keeping their hopes alive to be the LCK champions. It’s been a long time since T1’s been able to hoist that trophy. They’ve been getting tired hoisting World’s trophies. They want to be able to pick up the domestic one as well. And they are one step closer. One step away from locking in that spot at the World Championship to defend that title. And we’ll see whether they can do it as of course DK, I mean, they do like to go the distance in their series, but I’m a little bit worried if this is what the series has settled into. It feels like the momentum’s been building, right? you know, we had the convincing D+ game one, but then game two, you know, there was some back and forth, but it started to fall towards T1. And this one, uh, it really just felt all T1. On was having such a massive impact of the on the map, reminding us why Pantheon was just perma banned during the regular season. And sure, there was some hits to the champion, but showing what you can do if you have that early pressure and the rest of the team just coming in strong behind him. And now for D+, you know, you have to win two in a row. If you don’t, you’re out of playoffs, you’re out of worlds, your year ends here. Yeah, I also think that it’s probably time to move back towards the red side. I think Chronicle had a really good point. I think counterpick is going to be very important here as we get deeper into Fearless, but that is getting towards the analysis. I’m a playbyplay. I’ll try and stay in my lane. We’ve got some gentlemen to talk that analysis as we get to the space after this short break. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Hello. Okay. Okay. Go. That’s uncomfortable. You can try to run, but me, I run this place. Bad girl with a gun coming through. Let’s play ammo. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Hey. Hey. Hey. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. The script was followed between three games here. And if this was a best of three, this would have been exactly it. But this is more like a TV movie special. It has to be three wins. It’s only two for T1 as they are able to get the job done with the cheeky little cannon pick and some early game heroics by Owner, but we’re not done yet. They’ve still got one more game to go. Dgon alongside Chronicler and Wolf. And this means that D+ still have an opportunity here to make the comeback. I think this is going to be such an insane test for D+’s resilience. right in that last game they while behind continued to double down on plays on the top side kept forcing fights with barrel that didn’t go well and it felt like they just were ready to move to the next game as a way you could kind of cope and look at it like ready to move to move on this game is not playable it’s not winnable but you really need to keep your mental straight coming into this next game because that last game was a stomp everything you tried failed and at the very end they just sent it and it didn’t work I think it’s also a game where a lot kind of fell apart for DK what had been going well I think Barl had a really rough game we saw Shield really struggle and I think that he’s been struggling to not get focused in side lane as has Doran in this series but the difference in this one was there was no counterplay and the attempted counter plays were answered very very well so definitely uh I think T1 showcasing the continued form of owner in particular uh and uh yeah DK not looking so on that one but it’s fine they’ll bounce back and instead they’ll you know they’ll they’ll bring us to game five surely so there were a lot of plays by owner in the top side of the map to set up uh Doran right and or to protect him right there was this one and then up here looking for the dive onto the cannon Doran actually strikes first sets up an insane slicing maelstrom and I don’t think they expect the Pantheon to be on top side here and this dive completely loose but it’s not the last one either and this to me is the play that kind of turns the game for firmly in T1’s favor cuz I think before this they were doing well but here so much free gold is given over there’s nothing on the cross map that is gotten and if that dive doesn’t have owner there that just works. And obviously diving cannon is always risky, but it’s a crucial mismanagement and and misreading of where owner is on the map. And this is when we kind of knew the game was this was when I was saying they kind of just sent it like you know they they continue to try to make these plays like this is a Kaiser dive into a level 10 cannon who had turret and if anyone is there it’s a disaster. If no one is there it probably still doesn’t work out that well. I I think they were just trying to push as hard as they can, but even that like you need to still respect the cannon’s damage and then this is their attempt at the cross map, but because Lucid uh and she were so far behind and Faker has gone for a tanky build, Owner shows up again in perfect timing. And this is why the Pantheon has been so prior. We hadn’t seen it in a lot of games, but in this one, it really showcased again. If you do have a tempo lead, any crossmap play will just get blown up. And I think it was an exceptional game. And if you have the game sense that owner has and your team is ahead, you know where D+ is looking. You know the angles they’re trying to push. This is like quintessential. Faker is caught, but uh-oh, jungler shows up, right? And you play through those pressure points incredibly well. You turn the attempts for D+ into mistakes, into failures, into furthering your own lead. Yeah. Uh but the game wasn’t done yet. Victor was on D+’s side, so the scaling could have came through, but the door gets shut here at Baron at 25 minutes. It’s pretty telling. DK also knows how bad the game state is that they full send it here cuz the angle ontomba just isn’t great. And uh Barrel just sends it solo onto a tank Oriana. So, he doesn’t really do a whole lot of damage. Uh she wasn’t even here in the fight, but even if he would have, I think at this point, they just run out of damage. The reason why we have this highlight is cuz the game was just kind of done. Yeah, Owner is so incredibly huge. He is so tanky. He also has his uh upgraded merk treads from feats of strength that you just cannot hurt him. He is He’s just not afraid of any of the damage coming through from the Victor that was kind of scaly. You know, Shmaker spent some time in the side lane was trying to get online, but ultimately the game was just so cooked by that point that the fight was a wash. Yeah. And it goes back to me for that the the first pick, right? We’re thinking, okay, maybe Oriana just will be the first pick. They decide to go with the Wukong and it was a nice little response there. Oriana in the side and the Pantheon a really good answer here in this specific draft as we take a look at the fearless bands because D plus Kia has selected red side. We’ve seen this a lot after four after three games in the fourth game. Usually the team with side select goes to redside. They really like having the counter picks in the end of the draft. Yeah, we’re really getting towards like the Lee and type junglers here when it comes to AD. So, we need to see what’s going to happen there. Kiana was banned last game. Maybe they’ll continue doing so. Uh for DK though, I want to look back to the game number one. I think that we need to see both Lucid and Barrel have a good early game cuz that’s what made that game feel the way that they did. If Onera gets to play this game, I think we see that there is just not a lot that can be done. I like the red side cuz I feel like there might be a lot of value for Shu in particular to get a counter pick. I wonder what sort of like one two punch they’re going to be looking for. Something mid jungle has been more successful for them today than anything else. But trying to draft for and aiming bottom lane without the Lucian there I think is probably not the way to go. But there’s no Ari, for example, that’s one of those picks I think Annie’s going to be banned on blue side again. T1’s not going to let them have it. I wonder what sort of strategy D plus has prepared cuz I think this is not going to be a standard setup here in the first phase if they’re picking red side. Yeah, a second round Landre band was something that T1 pulled out to prevent Showmaker from having playmaking ability. Uh, what else? I think Jin Bard. Jim Bard’s still something that is still up going to be prioritized by both squads. So, big questions here. Chronicler, you are a D+ man. I’m a believer in game. You are out of games in game five. Out of games to give. Game five exclusively. I I’m not going to make any statements as to whether I believe in anything beyond the game five, but I think that thus far we’re kind of getting a retread of the first series we had between these two teams as well that also went to five. I expect DK to have a great plan here in the fourth game on red side to be able to use that to kind of get T1 off their tempo, but T1 will have side selection going into that game five if it does come to fruition. My last thing is the thing I said at the very beginning of this desk, got to keep your mental straight. Do not get boomed after a tough loss. Rookie players like Shu a big test for them right now going into their final game potentially if they lose here they don’t go to worlds. Yeah, we’ve talked about the stakes before in terms of consistency in terms of streaks heading to Worlds for both of these organizations specifically for some of the players haven’t missed out on Worlds. Well, one of these teams won’t be continuing on and D plus Kia have their backs against the wall. No more losses to give. T1 trying to make that step closer towards the LCK championship. Let’s see how things unfold in game number four. Thank you very much, Dion, for that one. And gentlemen, on the space as yes, we’ll see whether the bounce back can come on through. I think a lot of us were expecting this, the DK redside choice, but I wonder what it means for the draft or yeah, I think, you know, we’ve seen a lot of roles get really thinned out. One role that I feel like is actually interestingly not being thinned out that much is support because typically we see engage supports get like pummeled as we go through the draft. But considering we’ve had like Poppy, Jana, uh Lulu, and interestingly Nico, even though Nico is an engaged support, she’s often banned. Yeah. So, the fact that she’s come through and being picked, it means we still have like Re, we still have Leona available, we still have Rakan. So, it’s actually a lot more of those engage supports at this stage. We sometimes we get to game four and we’re like, “Okay, you know, we’re grasper straws.” We get to game five, it’s like, you know, is it is it a Shen and Maokai angle? So, it’s interesting uh how this series specifically has developed. As we get underway, though, we do see uh the Yara being banned again on blue side and the Kiana coming through. Aurora also going to be taken away as the double A bands come through here for D+. Yeah, that Azir staying constant. I feel like the Bard and the Annie are the big ones really. If you look at the the bands from the last game, those are the two big ones that open. So maybe T1 banned something else completely and they kind of forced D+ to choose Bard Annie. Which you banning? We might take the other. So they banned Tristana. So now T1 is Bard first pickable. Maybe Annie definitely is. Yeah, I assume the Annie is probably what has never mind. the bard will be banned away. So T1 can have the Annie if they would like to and then the question mark becomes do you then have to pick away Rakan because Annie Rakan has been so powerful often times paired with the Wukong as well but uh you can’t have that because that was played in the last game. So that will be the first pick here for T1 and Annie is a big ticket one as well now they can utilize it. We’ll see whether it is going to work out as DK what is the plan? What are you going to reveal to us? As they did choose this red side and this timer is going down. No hovers just yet as the Jin that the space has been talking about. Yep, I think pretty big to deny from GMA. Not a pick we see as being one of aiming’s best, but something he has played a good amount, but definitely denying from Guma huge. I wonder also if they take the VI. A big pick for Lucid, but also Vani uh can be pretty scary to play into. So maybe worried about that. Could look to to take that away especially cuz the jungle pool has been thinned so heavily in terms of picks that do uh thrive on Suned Sky which is kind of in the meta at the moment. Vi is one of the higher prior ones that is left available and the Jax also going to be left available. I don’t know whether that is necessarily the highest of priority but they will be taking that one away. Gragas up and possible to be picked into it here for Doran if he would like to. Yeah and that’s a question. Do you want to specifically respond to the top lane pick or do you want to pick in different areas? You know, obviously the Rakan was something you mentioned, but I think there are a lot of engage supports. That being said, with it being D+, they can obviously ban away engage supports and pick one themselves. Um, when we go to the second rotation if you leave it, looks like it is going to be the MF. So, going for a bit of a wombo combo here for T1. MF Re could be pretty good. MFI could also work. I feel like both of those make sense in my mind. You could just go for the Gragas if you wanted to to secure something for Darren into the Jax, but I do think that Gragas MF doesn’t have the best synergy. Yeah, it’s a little bit anti- synergy there. Yeah, and instead they’re looking at the Leona. Of course, Leona actually a great pick into the uh the MF. So, denying that. Also, uh Barl having a bit of a turnaround performance with the Leona against BNK FX as Showmaker is hovering Malahar. Yeah, it feels more denial with the Leona cuz I will say Leona not fantastic into Jax with the fact that you can obviously counter strike the stun. Uh can be a bit annoying but otherwise Leona definitely fine for setting up some uh big ultimates definitely means that aiming will be running cleanse as well in this game and the Mana comes through. So we’ve seen the Moana specifically in the Annie and if you think about the value this game will into Annie into Leona is pretty absurdly high value here. Yeah, that’s actually kind of ridiculous. It’s also still theoretically a flex pick at the same time. So if you find like an angle where you just want to put the Morana on the bottom side, there is like something that you can do um as far as even in the jungle. Yeah. Oh, that’s actually a very good point. It’s been a while. A little triple flex in theory. I think mid likely, but we could see it make things a little difficult. They will now ban the Gragas away. I also think it makes Vi a bit uncomfortable because if you’re going in for a vial and they black shield Yeah. Uh not a not a fun time. So, we’ll see what ends up coming out here. The real makes sense to ban in this situation. Maybe the Raan, if you want to do your due diligence and just ban away all these engage supports. Um, I feel like Raan’s like kind of awkward as well, just because if the bullet time is going off, it’s not like you can really do Rakan things unless you can really get on top of the misfortune. Yeah, it’s a bit tricky. um le in as from I think with the amount of CC available it gives so much setup for le in so I think it makes sense they will still go for the raan so I feel like all of the the meta engage supports have kind of been cold now there obviously are other alternative options um you can go for the classic Jin Braum let’s go as it will mean the fury locked in here for Lucid and he was on the receiving end of this champion uh when Raptor played it and so has now picked it up himself. This is like the least playable VI game ever. Um I think T1 happy they didn’t pick the VI earlier because if you were playing VI into this, it’d be absolute nightmare fuel. I honestly feel like the angle could be even like an AP jungler, especially if they go for something like a Gang here. If you go something like a more AP focused jungle here, you could get a lot of value in this situation. Well, GP comes out. something with like high pace, you know, maybe like a Lilia or a Zyra, I think, could make a lot of sense here. I think Lilia is certainly going to be a powerful option if he does want to go that way. And he isn’t high damage as well. So, I think AP is going to be a good uh shout if Ona does want to go that direction with the GP and the MF. You have more than enough AD in your composition. Silus is another one of those choices and that will be locked in as Barrel hovering a tree. But I don’t think you can. I mean the Maokai it it seems like it’s the choice they wanted to go for but you can’t give the Maokai alt for the Silus. I think that’s just not not what you want to do. So you can see he’s kind of like oh I don’t want to go what goes for the Ramas. Hang on. Where is everything going? Orcs help me. Okay it’s mid Morana Ramis support and I and Defury jungle. I think it’s pretty straightforward right. Okay never mind. So Merl is just picking his champion. Um, what does Ramis support do? Uh, taunts people. Has a lot of armor. I guess the thing into the Leona specifically is when she goes to stun, you taunt her, so she stuns you instead, I guess, is maybe the theory. Some ways, similar to Shen, a little bit less swift. A lot of ganking power, you know. I mean, Ramis has a lot of ganking power in general as a jungler. So, the theory is going to be similar here. I expect to see him running around the map trying to make things happen. Similar to what we saw Ona doing in last game here. Uh, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a Ramis. Like a really long time. He wish he played it last year, I think, in the jungle. I don’t think we’ve ever seen Ramis support. Yeah, I don’t I think this might be Was it last year or was it He definitely played it at some point in the last couple of years. But wasn’t he not here last year? No, was that the year before? I’m getting confused now. At some point, Pyik did a thing with a Pyic. While I was here, Pio played in the jungle. We will have the little lower third that it’ll say how many days it’s been and stuff like that. We’ll get that right. Say support. It’ll say first time ever. Oh yeah, that’s true. It will say that. That makes me a little bit sad. But what doesn’t make me sad is fan chance. So let’s get into game number four. All right, here we are, ladies and gentlemen, onto the rift for game number four. And yes, it’s Ramis support. Ramis Jin. I don’t have very many stats on the lane personally. Yeah. And actually going aftershock and ignite. Not going for spell book. So Carrie also going Ignite and both AD carries going cleanse. So, this is a little bit of a different taste from what we’ve typically seen where we have both AD carries with barrier, both supports with heal and spell book on both. Uh, I think after shock obviously make a lot of sense cuz you get so much value from the resistances on Ramis. Um, and the ignite one of that extra early pressure in this game. I’m This is a type of draft that makes me really like Fearless. Yeah, cuz you just you wouldn’t get Ramis support without it, which is just fantastic as the first if there’s anyone who’s going to do it. Oh god, now there’s barrel and barrels in the same game. Yeah, we’ll take it. Um, by the way, uh, 2015 was the first time Faker was counterpicked by Morana in the mid lane. So, he’s had some experience with it. Don’t know whether he’ll be caught off guard yet again, especially because it’s already happened here in the LCK. Was not a fresh pick? No, certainly was not. As we’re seeing the Ramis in action, just wandering around in the brush. Pretty cool. The Ramis gets picked right as the new Mario movie gets announced as well. Yep, it doesn’t have that much laning power is the only thing. And obviously engaging onto the enemy AD carry is a bit tricky, especially cuz Leona can kind of block it. So, it very much feels like a sort of pick where you’re like, “Okay, if you go in, I’ll kind of stop you.” Yep. and then El Roam. And that’s that’s kind of like the game plan. And thankfully Jyn can farm from range with a few of his buttons. And that’s going to be pretty important as aiming tries to get some vision down as owner doesn’t first round support pick. Good that we have that. No. Yeah, there you go. The learning does come in. Flash immediately going to be traded here towards bottom side and they get aiming as well. Owner with a successful gank as Yeah, there it is. The Ramis support LCK debut. Yeah, we are not surprised to see that. Good reactions from Barl not to get stunned there. Could have maybe been in trouble if he was, but still owner despite not being on the Pantheon, despite being on the silus, not the early jungle ganking champion you expect to just spam gank, but getting a lot of value already in this game, burning both summoners from the enemy bot lane uh will definitely make things easier for Carrier and Goomba in this one. Yep, feeling pretty good. Uh CK not going to be too worried about it. You can see the gold has not changed or anything like that as great stun to come through onto Gumushi. Barrel cannot quite get in range for the taunt. I think if you ask Barrel how he’d feel after that gank, he’d probably say okay. I think he probably would. Um as the power ball has ignite. Okay, there it is. Oh, he called it and even gets the cleanse. Oh, this this Ramis value so high already. the tech. He needs a man. All right. Now, just going to walk in and start hitting the turret. Get some money. Look at that. Got to get the willed Atlas value. You know, he’s a big fan of Atlas. So, you know. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, that’s that’s pretty nice. Don’t make me blush. Don’t make me blush. As Lucid, he’s a hot dog and he’s just hanging out in the enemy jungle as right now Carrier is going to sweep his way through. We’ll see whether he does get in trouble as there’s the power ball once again. Let’s see whether he hits the jackpot as Carrier going to be taken down to about 50%. And Gushi comes on over here. Maybe they’ve overstepped their bounds as the chain lash not going to quite find anything. Yeah, and Guma bounced the what’s it called again? The uh the double up. The double up. He bounced off the hot dog. Oh, okay. She not going to be able to quite find the angle here as aiming almost gets the deadly flourish, but gets the flash out of Dorant. Yeah, pretty nice. Yeah, he bounced bounced the double up off the hot dog to hit Lucen there. Oh, that’s that’s some uh that’s some anti- Nefury tech. Yeah. So, getting a good amount of value there. Well, so far nothing to report as far as advantages built up. First dragon is going to be a hex tech, so that’ll take that one out of the pool of big souls that could potentially happen. Wait, Doran, he can just ram us onto you. Yeah. Uh he can eat oranges. I just don’t know whether he’ll necessarily be Kay as the taunt does come in. There is the orange and there is Doran being K. So, we’ve got Eat Orange’s BK and then you’ve also got Ramis who’s just always okay. Yeah, it’s um it’s a lot of okay on both sides of the rift here as the Powerball once again going to come on through here as deadly flourish comes down. Carrier will turn up as Barrel is doing his very best to get value out of this. But he will just get hit by this Zenith Blade as in goes Carrier and now just looking to try and latch on to Barrel shield. Daybreak comes in, but Barrel is going to be okay. The flash from Ona, and he tanks up the turret, but he is not worried about it at all. And as it turns out, Barrel is not actually okay. Carrier coming in at the perfect time. And I thought Barrel might be okay if he didn’t get hit by the barrel. But Ona finds the kill first on the board. And it’s been a great series for the T1 jungler so far. Doesn’t feel like it’s stopping here at all. Inside though, she will get a demolish down on this plate. Tibers. Okay, Lucid looking for a little bit of an angle here as they might get a bare surprise from the brush. I feel they honestly could have dove that but just spooked a bit by Faker moving down cuz remember it’s no cleanse on Goomba. Shu could have step set up the uh if in doubt if at first you don’t succeed. Taunt taunt again. The walk animation is just so it’s just it’s fantastic, isn’t it? I’m just going to be real. This is Molton as well, right? One of the oldest skins in the game. No matter how no matter what happens with this series, no matter the outcome, whether D+ continue on in their playoff run or not, isn’t this the way Barl wants to go? Oh, nice taunt to come down there as uh Doran was kind of baiting. Cannon barrage does come on through as there is the slam from Ona. Picks up yet another one onto Barrel. Oh dear, it’s not feeling as okay as it was. All right, guys. Is is Ramis support a scaling pick? I need to h um we we could have a look at the support Ramis stats from the LCK to figure that one out as we’re going to check this one out from owner’s perspective. He closes so much distance here. The E to the minion. Oh man, that was clean. Max range E to the minion. And then here, you know, Barrel’s trying to step up. I feel like roaming would have been better than trying to gank the own lane that has the oranges constantly. And the little slam from Ona. Yeah, he’s like basically Pantheon again. You know what’s the thing as well, right? You’re probably thinking, well, how many times will you have seen Ramis that much? How much Ramis cam? Oh man, this is beautiful. Oh, that is fantastic. Can we have that permanently? I don’t need the mini map. Yeah, it’s I just love the walk. You know, this this is this is Barrel at his finest. I don’t He may be 02, but he’s okay. He is and he will always be okay. Even if this is the last game that we see from DK in 2025, he’s going to be okay. Nah, I don’t think Chronicle is going to be okay. N he’ll be okay. He Chronicle He’ll recover. I’m sure of it. As Lucid is starting off on these grubs actually level six already, so being a lot of XP. So that solar flare is available. Yeah, a little spooky. Speaking of spooky, ONA making his way over and barrel getting some work done yet again. Soul shackles picked up here by Owner. But that is two grubs now secured. And it looks like T1 not wanting to contest for the third. Yeah, Shiu being here. And the fact that Doran doesn’t have doesn’t have TP. He’s down bot lane. Deepos move there. Top ler up and that that’s enough to secure them. All three grubs in this situation. So good moves from them. Oh, has the Morgana al though. I think they have a game plan. Barrel be careful. They are challenging how okay Barrel is at every turn as now aiming’s going to get slowed down. There’s a Zenith Blade that will get the flash out from Aiming and that is job done here towards his top side. Shield does make it down towards the bottom lane. Will be able to clear things out. An 800 gold lead has occurred after those first couple of kills onto Barrel. And it means that Ona is really accelerated once again. And I think he’s the guy that you don’t want to have accelerated in this series because he’s been playing so incredibly well. Oh man, coming in with a Moana. I think Aim is going to try and ult to assist Barrel. Well, let’s see whether the curtain call is going to work because Barrel is very, very dead. Feats of warfare do come down and Carrier is able to tank up the turret. It is just that easy. As Showmaker comes in, Lucid is taking a dragon. They are trading things for the Ramis. Look, let’s be honest, right? I think other players in the elimination game of playoffs, yes, do or die situation. You’re 03. Yeah. Could could tilt. Could maybe, you know, be a little bit nervous. Not Barrel. Not Barrel. I think he’s he is the right one to be 03. He’s cool as a cucumber. Now, his teammates might be feeling the pressure, but I I’m certain that barrel, he’s having a good time. I agree. Um I just don’t know whether that’s a good thing for DK yet. That’s the problematic on that one. Yeah. As Grimushi now parked in this mid lane will be able to clear out these minions. Oh, gets the kill again. Yeah. So, he’s 750 has a rocket belt. Yeah. Doesn’t feel very fair as Lucid still looking for that Eclipse as quickly as possible. Deadly flourish comes down. Barrel doesn’t find the power ball and he will just back away. Oh, Lucid going for some different tech. Profane Hydra coming on in just give you a good amount of burst with that proc uh with that active when you get up close. Yeah, big lead for T1 so far and particularly on that jungle. Obviously, if Ona does overstep and get punished, um can wipe a good amount of that lead away, but so far definitely Duff still very playable from this position. Yeah, playable, but somewhat difficult, especially when there’s a Gang Plank. Uh Gangplank going to be printing money towards the top side of the map. You can see already has a gold lead, but a CS disadvantage. That is uh kind of the TF way, and the Gangplank fits the same bill. Solar flare going to come on through as oh if at first uh wait they’ve killed barrel three times. Well, never mind. He is going to be able to slam his way over the wall. That was close. Nicely played, but another one does come in there and they landed onto Lucid. He just gets blown up. And now Barl will maybe survive. Gets the power ball out. Is now aiming trying to get some work done onto Owner. But they had the cannon barrage. They’re in position as well. So owner is going to be just fine. And it’s Lucid’s turn to die in this game this time. Four kills now for Ona in this game. Able to pick up another. There’s Perl going back to just walking back home. A little bit of trouble here. Has to back off away from the tower with the pressure from Carrier. Mig here for Faker as well. So that is a big spike to come on in. He’s about 20 CS ahead. For a second cuz we were talking about Barrel. You going to see Malignance has done for Barrel and I was like what? That would be dope. Um yeah, Logan Ruff right now for T1. Oh no, looking rough for the D+ fans as well. Yeah, and they struggle street. Yeah, if we got a shot of the space, it would look very similar. Um or at least a shot of just Chronicler as the Trinity Forces are now in. And yeah, I know he’s he’s probably on the floor in the corner. He’s left the building. Yeah. Or left the building. So this was pretty close. Barrel just making it over the wall with the ultimate. And I was like, damn. He he like pixel perfect just got over there. and then deep plus try and make this into something like okay I’ll go in. Um it’s a triple vin diagram as well as all those circles. It’s crazy. Yeah, nearly gets barrel as well but just disengage from the turret. Uh using the minion as a little uh escape route again and aiming just not really doing enough damage yet to finish him off. And now has a seeker’s arm guard so he’s even harder to kill. He already felt pretty difficult to kill and it’s only going to get worse from here. We do have Blackfire torch completed here for Showmaker, but he’s been a bit of a non-factor so far in this game as Carrier just wraps around looking for Shu. He does press the Grandm’s might button, but I still think he’s just dead. Lucid turns up, but a little late and finds a couple of pickles, but not too much more. Yeah, the Grandmaster might not. Uh, it seems after that one, well, at least not all the kills are on now. Carrier picks one up. Should be able to finish his redemption with that one. It just feels a little bit rough for D+ from this position. and the composition I feel like from behind lacking in the damage department a bit. Um yeah, you know, the the Jin definitely not a ton of damage from behind. Nefairy and uh Moana are definitely these champions where if you’re behind, you just can’t really kill targets who are who are a bit bulkier. And the Gangplank as well is just getting out of control. Gangplank with tempo in a game is just n unstoppable. I mean, he actually has a bigger lead than Ona does. Yeah, it’s completely ridiculous. As now Showmaker tries to put down the soul shackles and the redemption helps Faker out here and just destroys the Morana. Cheeky little assist there from Carrier across the map. Yeah. So, six and zero counter match up by the way. Um, yeah, not going so hot. I don’t think the counter factors in redemption. Otherwise, it would have been fine. I feel like, you know, the answer to the count is just drop a bear in the head. Yeah. Oh, no. Barrel. Oh dear. Going to get engaged on once again. Gumishi going to come on over and another slam. This time it just fails, but that’s fine. Barrel will get himself out of there. Has to use the alt to do so. Yeah, little misplay there from Ona. Um, not sure would have really led to the kill. Ramiscam. I love Ramiscam. I’m just glad we can enjoy that, you know, in this in these trying times. Look at him back on the map getting stuff done. Not dead. Okay, 5,000 gold is the lead though for T1 at 15 minutes into this game. there was that whole uh momentum thing how you know obviously the strong game one from D+ and then game two was you know was closeish at first and then game three was more one-sided and game four is this um feeling very one-sided at this point and I think it needs to it’s going to need like a a balance of a mistake from T1 like significant mistakes but also like a big a big punish from from D plus he’s okay he’s okay he’s he’s okay uh Lucid might be okay as well as Faker throws down a bear, but the doggo is looking to take him down. Still very, very close as it’s a one for one, but that is one on the board for DK. And I’m pretty sure Faker is worth a lot more gold than Barrel is right now, I would say. So, I will definitely say uh no, he just gets ignited and the solar flare comes down. Thankfully, black shield is going to be there, but he still dies. the last tick and that’s why you buy potions, ladies and gentlemen. I guess thing as well. Carrier had redemption. Oh man. So he was still able to probably kill him and he just he just knew he didn’t need it. He was just like you know what calculated had it in his head easy. Worked out the math in a moment and was like I don’t even need this. Well, deadly flourish comes down. Cone put up there by Grimishi as Barrel trying to protect his AD carry. That’s a that’s a dicey one. Well, you know how obviously we were looking at the jungle match up and we’re like, “Right, owners 4.” No, that’s a big lead. Got it. Not really cuz um there’s a bigger lead between the supports right now. Oh my god. Yeah, it’s a 1.3k gold lead between Carrier and Barrel. Um again, we haven’t seen Rama support before. So maybe you’re supposed to be this far behind in gold. That’s the strategy actually. Yes, as it turns out. Uh perhaps perhaps Carrier just gets the ward in and lights him on fire and just gets a little bit of extra damage with the solar flare. Well, I think the black shield blocked the damage. It should have. Yeah, he’s just sending the message. And the message was received. Yeah. Yep. It just says you got to die. And he did. All right. Carrier now in position once again as aiming looks to try and lock him down. the blast cone. Oh, barrel going to get him to safety. The locket b not the redemption. So once the extra resists uh the locket gives see whether that’s going to work out here as the curtains have been called. Gumishi going to get slowed down momentarily. A couple of bullets will land as now showmaker. Let’s see whether he can land the dark binding and he can’t. So Gushi does take a lot of bullets and now we’ve got Lucid going in and then going unargetable. We’ll see whether he can actually survive as the pickle’s not going to connect and owner is so incredibly strong. He’ll find barrel yet again. A Shiru now trying to do something but he cannot protect his Bowser. He is going to be able to slam his way out. And there is Ona going golden as well. Man, he can afford that. That is ridiculous. As Showmaker looks for the soul shackles on Carrier. He does walk his way out. It’s only Lucid that’s died so far, but now Showmaker might be the one going down as he flashes away. The dark binding will be avoided. And Ona now looks for the some chains, but does not get them. And Doran is taking an inner turret in the top lane. And they’re going to throw mid as well. I feel like owner’s chains just go further, you know? I feel like the chain length has just been so long whenever he’s throwing them out. And D+ is going from bad to barrels. Come on, Barrel. Let’s Let’s protect the turret. He got the barrel. Gets the taunt. Barrel versus barrel as it turns out. It’s barrel. Okay, we got a flanking teleport. Let’s see whether this one’s going to work out as Lucid turns up as well. Doran is the target. He eats some oranges. Not quite as K as he wants to be. And so that is a kill coming on through for aiming. That’s only an 8,800 gold lead. It’s not, you know, it’s uh you know, there Ramis Cam, guys. Look at the Ramis. Ramis Cam is helping. Was that a steal? No. Lucid managed to get it. Look at him go. There it is. All right. I like the celestial opposition just forming that perfect sphere around him. It’s very nice. He is spherical already. It’s just nice to have the the coordination of spheres. Yeah. Uh okay. Well, one there was a step in the right direction, right? Doran died. Um I don’t know whether it really impacts the outcome. 500 gold ahead. Yeah. Yeah. He has a collector uh and a BF sword in comparison to the tunneler as all right. Flash out from Faker. Showmaker looks for a bit of an angle. Curtain call comes in alongside the black shield and aiming is able to finish it off. I like how Faker was like maybe Timis can block didn’t quite work out there but still sometimes you just got to throw it down. He’s got malleian so it’ll be fine. It’ll be back up as they might be able to get themselves a turret. That could be a big deal. Oh, with the objective bounty. There it is. Hey, the gold lead. It’s only 7.7K. Well, that’s has been for a while. Okay, barrels going in. This might be a bridge too far as she is actually over here. Looks to dive in on top of carrier, but the cloud rift going to be helping out. Now the cannon barrage comes on through. Grandm once again not going to quite be enough as the bullet time finishes off the jacks. And now Lucid just desperately trying to jump over a wall. He might be able to do so, but instead it’s Gumishi that locks this one up. T1 dropping their wallets on them in the end. Is now aiming looking for an angle. Showmaker, can you actually find the CC? It’s barrel power slams and he’s dead. Um, Gish’s going to be able to lock that one up. And now Showmaker Oh, the chains just barely missing a link and Showmaker will be able to walk his way out. The Rift Herald partying here on this top side as Doran, where are we going? Doran could we could he could um he could hit the tower. T1 tower. Ah, he just wants Shelly to help with the Ottakan. Yeah, there were definitely some question mark things coming out on Dor for that one. Yeah, he was allowing Shelly to now help them secure this which will go to T1 while we watch this replay. No man left behind um or no woman keeping Shelly with them. So yeah, the binding comes through and unfortunately Chip is not able to block that one. So they get the Annie and then Deep like hey it’s go time. We we have a man advantage. you can make something happen. Unfortunately, they don’t have a gold advantage. No. Um and they just kind of get run down and just aren’t really able to pose any threat at all at any point during this passage of play. It’s just a a big running montage. They did manage to escape with a few people though. Yeah, not everyone died, so it could be worse. Um okay, this dragon now up and available. T1. Um, they can take it whenever they would like is what I would expect. I feel like I ran out of good things to say like 7 minutes ago. We need the Ramis cam again. Yeah, Ramiscam could really help. We’re in need. Um, we’ll see whether we can get that message across so we can get some Ramis cam for everyone that is looking for it. Oh, thank goodness. Look at him go. Look how great that little side to side. He looks like a prize from one of those guta machines. He He does. You got to open him up. Oh, and if you got that prize, it would be so good. Yeah, I’d feel better already, right? Oh, that was great. That was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much, LCK. And now we’re back into it. We were talking about the fact that T1 could just take the dragon. They indeed took the dragon. Yeah. Um, okay. Uh, DK have the only Sundered Sky on the map. That’s got to be a good thing, right? Ooh, actually. Yeah, Sununded Sky advantage. Yeah, they don’t have collector advantage though cuz there are two of them on T1. Yeah, they also don’t have redemption advantage. True. They do have locket advantage though. Are we just going to go through items that each team has specifically don’t have propin? They do have propin hydra advantage. Don’t have malignance advantage. Yeah, not so much. Yeah, they they they’re soon to not have death cap advantage either as Faker is about to put that together. It’s a little dangerous as Barrel and Carrier do uh at least cross paths. Not too much more going to happen as DK are restricted to behind their inner turrets. That is adorable. Look at him. What is happening here? What is going on? What the heck? This is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m so glad that the Korean broadcast as well has realized that this is the more important thing to focus on as All right, we got to slam on in here from Barl who taunts up Ona. Oh, it’s not actually on the Korean broadcast. This is actually Gson and Yundo that are doing this just for us. Oh, that is even better. We’re blessed as we might be blessed with a team fight as well as Barrel is in a bit of trouble. Some bullets coming on through. They’re stolen away by owner as it’s curtains for Barrel once again for the sixth time. We call that the reverse Owner from the the Pantheon game. He’s trying to go the distance the other direction. If he’s going to go out, this is the most barrel way to go out. I could possibly imagine. It certainly is. Oh man, no, not like this. And the thing is, this is a very serious series, right? The stakes are huge. One looking, they’re on the border of going on in playoffs, securing the spot at Worlds, a chance to play h play against Geng to to go on further and try and get the LCK trophy. But we also have a 061 Rama support. And I just I what am I supposed to say? Yeah, it is hard to keep up the epic nature of what this best of five represents. Um, so maybe we’ll save that for when Nexuses are exploding. That’s a good plan. Some shrew. Dark binding will connect here as the taunt comes down as well. The chain CC comes in. Doran is difficult to kill, but aiming. He’s got a third bullet and he’s going to put it in the pirate. There’s value something back. And you know, Aiming’s 3 and 0, so he he’s bordering on being able to do the nicer team thing. Yes. You know, um he’s playing Jin. Yeah. Which to me makes that irrelevant. Oh, true. Sadly, but I’m a bit of a Jin antie less so this year. I feel like I have turned a corner. Um still don’t like it very much as far as being able to do damage in the later portions of the video game. I think it’s not really helpful when you’re 10,000 gold behind. Yes, the situation. I was going to say they’re only 9,900, but then it it ticked over to 10,000 again. Yeah, it got worse again, didn’t it? Infinity Edge is now done for Gamushi. Speaking of things getting worse, but aiming does have three items as well. They’re just worse. Yeah, I mean, not that much worse. Bit worse. Okay. Uh, look, all they have to do is if they kill Doran before the fight starts and they don’t expend anything major. Yeah. Then the gold’s basically even. Correct. There you go. Also, all they have to do is kill the nexus as Barrel is going to discover Owner. Or has Ona discovered Barl? Not sure. But Gumishi is going to make his way up as well. Oh my god, he nearly died. Yeah, so much damage. Yeah, the cannon barrage comes down and Barrel just barely survives. You know, if he wasn’t playing Ramis, maybe he would have died. So Oh, there it is. The Ramis support value coming in hot. Didn’t even need to use the locket. Fine as. All right, flash in from Shu looking for Faker here, but Faker still offering a fair bit of damage back and they did manage to get him and also getting the bear value as well as uh buttons. They could have been a Teemo there, you know, for all we knew. And this is Summoner’s Rift. There is always a Teemo there. Exactly. So, um I think they were maybe thinking Lucid My stuff, but I don’t know. Sometimes you got to send it. Sometimes you just send it. And obviously them not having those buttons. Three and a half level lead. Godless. This is just guys, in case you in case you thought the game was close, in case you Yeah, maybe you’ve got like actual tunnel vision and you can’t see the outside of the screen. You can’t see the scoreboard at the top. Sh actually able to avoid the barrels. That was very cute. Does manage to get the last one as well and leaps away. There you go. That was a positive play. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, as I was saying, if you just can’t see any of the scoreboard, then uh I’m glad we have these little pop-ups to remind us that the game also the minions just got bounty gold. Nice. Good play. Okay, let’s have a look at this one again as uh yeah, Faker sieging an inner turret here at this stage of the game. And Shu just jumps on him. Yeah, able to find Faker, but he didn’t have a stun immediately prepped. He did obviously prep it with the uh the tippers, but the stun came down first and aiming there just to help with the follow-up. It’s little things. Is it enough to get them back in the game? Absolutely not. But if if this keeps happening again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again like it already has and again, then we can have a conversation about whether that’s enough to get them back in the game. But for now, still very favored in terms in towards T1. And they are now one dragon away from Soul. They’re still setting up around. This is full screen. Ramis cam. Did you see? Yeah. Yeah. They’re just speeding around in the Oh, they’re just starting up the baron. They’re like, “Guys, we’ve been messing around too much. Let’s let’s uh spice things up a bit.” Well, that’s precisely what they’re going to do. Lucid going to be able to dodge the solar flare relatively well. Bullet time is going to get eaten as well. And Barrel finding a wrapound looking for carrier. Let’s see whether they can actually lock him down. Down. will go as now she Oh, the cannon rush not getting the most value. She’s actually able to go golden as well, but the leap strike gets himself out of there. Faker follows with a huge bear though. Drops it on top of them. Aiming just barely limping his way out and the flash in from Ona. Finds the slam to take down the Jin. Showmaker just doing his best to clear out some of these minions and the soul shackles to come on forward. He’s dead, ladies and gentlemen. And although he does flash to get himself Oh my. What the heck just happened? Okay, Shmaker’s sort of lived that it’s this game’s a mess. There’s a lot of damage coming through. I feel like T1 just beat them down with the wallets. Only Carrier dies. The rest of D plus just have to run away. I mean, only Showmaker. He’s still running. He’s still going. He is. He’s on a mission. Nowhere is safe for him. And the Baron’s going to go over to T1. Um hard to see. I mean, initially they got the pick on a carrier, right? They go for Lucid. Lucid able to dodge away from the solar flare and then go targetable from the uh from the MF. And then here they get the route back. They actually managed to kill Carrier. Then the followup fight just gets like exploded. Does manage to just survive with the stasis. Barrel gives him a route out, but then Faker flashes over and does so much damage. And look at the pyroasm that follows aiming. Nearly takes them out. Tibis is just trying to run him down. And then the power slam. Um, actually it’s not what’s his old called? Uh, it’s it’s it is slam. I can’t remember what the first part of the slam. Soaring slam. Oh, cuz his Q’s power ball. So I was combining abilities. You were. Um, sorry about that. I used to think it was the tremors. I like the tremors from Ramis. Yeah. When his ultimate just did a circle around him bunch of times and it just went. Yeah, it’s pretty cool now. The little like flip. It’s definitely an actual ultimate now. Feels a lot better. If only he was an actual champion as a support. Yeah. Oh man, this has been this has been a journey. 12,000 gold lead. Closing on 13,000. T1 pushing in to end the game, end the series and D plus final chance to to put a stop to this. Let’s see what they can do here. The wallets are extraordinarily heavy. Knees weak and all that sort of stuff. Not sure about mom spaghetti because it’s Boris doesn’t sell that. Uh this turret is going to survive at least for the moment, but Onera is just going to come through and take this one down. That is a taunt on top of Ona and he goes golden with that Za’s purchased earlier. Now Lucid in a little bit of trouble as he is able to get through the base gate. Owner’s five levels up on Lucid. He is five levels up on Lucid. He’s level 18. He’s two levels above the highest level on the other team. And now they go in. Faker is going to go down. Shu is going to go golden once again. The interruption is decent as Lucid gets into the back line to take down Gumushi. And Shiru looking for an angle. There is no Z on Owner. And that is actually going to be almost an ace. Doran is alive, but DK just won a fight. How did they just win a fight this far down in gold who was 13,000 plus owner was level five levels up on his counterpart and T plus aren’t ready to be done yet. Look, level 18 to level 13. T1 think they have the series done. They think they’ve tasted victory. They think they’re done and they go in over aggressive here. Faker ends up stepping too far. I believe gets hit by a binding. Let’s see how this one actually does. Deadly flourish comes out. The followup is all there. He gets deleted. And then they try and chase in afterwards. And that fourth shot from aiming. The follow up as well from Shiu and from Luci does enough. And then the route onto Ona under the tower. Remember he doesn’t have the stasis anymore. He goes down. And that’s a ton of gold for D+ and a ton of experience as well. This game for the past maybe 20 minutes has looked done and over. And look, it is still not in a good position for D+, but it’s the most life we’ve seen from them for maybe half an hour and it’s been 32 minutes of this game. Uh maybe you can include part of the other game as well, but being able to get a few things back certainly important as DK might be in position to try and challenge for this dragon. Aiming is pretty strong as you can see by that dragon damage. And now Lucid, oh my god, those barrels hurt so much. The cannon barrage comes down as well. Aiming does a lot of damage, but that is going to be Cloud coming in. But there’s the slam from Barrel. They’re looking to try and take down Gumushi, but is able to take him down. Oh my god, the damage from T1 is disgusting. Showmaker looking to lock down Faker, but I just don’t think it’s going to work. Aiming finding some bullets, but there he goes. That’s the ace. That’s the last ditch effort. And T1 here in game four will book their ticket to Worlds and give themselves a chance to still win the LCK here in 2025. The backto back world champions won’t be denied an opportunity to run it back one more time. and still can run that lower bracket and try and win the LCK. T1 ramped up and take down D plus 31. Just in the nick of time, ladies and gentlemen, but man, if like we talk about this quite often, the ease of pom votes. This one has never been easier. I don’t think that there has ever been a time where that tick in the jungle box was as easy as it was today. Owner really wanted to go to Worlds. Owner really wanted to keep T1’s chances here in the LCK to try and pick up that trophy as well. Oh my goodness. It was just just domination. It was all three games that T1 won were just he was just on top. He was just absolutely on top having such a massive impact all throughout the game. The pentacill on the Javan I feel like it was a while ago right cuz it was his first game of the three but also I feel like he had such a massive impact early on in the pantheon was taking over the game was everywhere. The silus game was 4 and0 they were so far ahead in that one. It’s crazy that I feel like you the Javan game it may not even have been his most dominant right and he got a pentacill in it. I feel like the more dominant one was the Pantheon or maybe even the Silus. I mean, he just completely took over. Absolutely. A series defined by him. But the whole team came together when they needed to on the back of a 03 loss to HLE that sent them down the to the lower bracket. And as much as the fans always have faith in this team to come through clutch, you know, they’ve done it time and time again. You’re always going to be nervous. You’re always going to be a little bit like, “Oh no, we just lost 03 went to the losers bracket, the lower bracket, and they came through again.” You know, they came in clutch and thanks to a mammoth effort from ONA, they will again be attending the World Championship and have more of an opportunity to make a playoff run. Next opponent will be Gen G. So, uh, their work is it’s going to be difficult still. It will, but we get the Eláico once again. Oh, we do. in a an L classicalico with uh a lot of stakes and uh absolutely deciding whether you will be in that first portion of playins the day one play decide if you go to to the to fourth seed is terrifying. Yeah, day one on a new patch uh best of five against the LPL uh fourth seed to see if you go to Swiss or you go home. So, one of those two, Genji or T1, will face that and the other uh gets to go straight into Swiss. Uh, and obviously as well an opportunity to win the split. That’s the thing. T1 and Geng. Yeah, there’s only there’s only one winner this year as well, right? Like this is 2025. You only get to hoist that trophy the one time. The extended series uh season just makes it all that more impactful to be able to lift the LCK trophy. One of those two teams will be at the road show, you know, at the Inspire Arena. The the next stage is the last stage before that point. Uh we see here this was that one fight where D+ showed maybe some hope, but the problem was even with this team fight where D+ seemingly did the impossible. They were still they were still 10,000 gold down. Um I do want to thank Barl for giving us some comedy, some levity in this these troubling times. I want to thank Yundo and Gson for giving us the Ramis cam. I think it was needed. The Ramis cam was so important for I think multiple people’s mental health uh here in Lark today, but also across the world. So, a huge shout out to the Ramis cam and whoever came up with it cuz it’s just beautiful. Having a listen to T1 still all business here even though they were so incredibly far ahead. Not underestimating DK and will systematically take them down here in that final team fight. I think especially after losing that team fight in the base, they were definitely Yeah. Uh locked in. So this the scale of this gold difference by the way like is not represented very well because it’s a very very big up. Yeah. You know. Yeah. Uh it’s not that steep, but it’s large. Yeah. I feel like we need we need something for reference. Yeah. We need scale. Like you know how you like Does anyone have a banana? Yeah. Yeah. You know, you get the like you get the dinosaur books and it always has the guy as the most obvious player of the match ever in the history of the LCK comes on through here with Ona picking up the pentacill on the 911 Javan and then having one of the most ridiculous games only dying once per game in T1’s wins. Oh, that was unbelievably ridiculous. We’re going to need more Ramis cam, I think, um, to really help us. There it is. Thank you so much. Molten Ramis. Look at him trying so hard. He got so far, but in the end he gets some time off before 2026. Yeah, you know, sometimes maybe cooked a little little bit too much, cooked a little bit too much. Um, Molten is a bit too hot. You wouldn’t want that in your kitchen. You said cooked a little too much and I think literally was it was he was very cooked in that game. Um, yeah. What was his final like 08? I don’t recall nor do I want to. um ever. Uh yeah, you know what? In these times, I feel like I always just go back to that simple phrase, it is what it is. I think you’re going to say a mat for some reason. I don’t know why that works too. Um there might be a few worries though and certainly some things to study for D+ if the team does indeed stay together moving towards the next year. Of course, D plus Kia are a huge organization here in Korea, so we’re hoping that uh they are going to be able to get things back together. But of course, it was a decent showing as now it is time for the interview with the victorious owner after that incredible performance. Thank you very much, guys. This is Dear for the postmatch interview translation joined by owner, the Pom, and Baker on the side of T1. You just secured worlds and we’ll head over to the next round. How do you feel? You know, today really determined whether we go to worlds or not, which made it so crucial, but we made it and I’m just so relieved. And what about you, Faker? You know, now that we made it to worlds, you know, I feel at relief and we’ll make sure that we are prepared for the next match. And on day one of playoffs, you guys had a match against Steve Kay and it was a close five game series. So what was how did your how did your lower bracket preparation look like? Yeah, we went all the way to five games and we won at the very end. But back then I felt like, you know, as long as we play as we normally do, I thought that we would get a three-0. So today we just had to make sure that we don’t get ahead of ourselves. And after dropping game one today, it looked like you c you guys kept improving throughout the series. So, what was the main feedback? No, we just talked about what to do in the draft for the next game and how to play out the game. And just as owner has mentioned, I think we just really tried to make sure that we brush up on our fundamentals and basics. And in game two, owner got a pentacill with Jarvin. This was the fifth LK jungler pentacill in your f very first penta. So how was it? You know, I never really pay much attention to getting a pentacill when I play. But the moment I saw the quadrakill pop up on the screen, I said, “Oh my god.” I told myself, “This might be my moment.” And despite the pentacle, I feel like just the fact that we were able to win today just made my day. And so, what did you think, Faker? Did you guys have some calms to let him take it? Honestly, in my mind, for a split second, I thought about stealing it, but we just let him take it. Would you like to congratulate him? You know, it’s a bit iffy to just congratulate him because he has stolen my penta before. So, does that mean that you’ll give him you you’ll give Faker a pentill next time? I’ll think about it. And in game three, you demonstrated Pantheon’s true powers and you were proactively engaging in lanes. So, what were some shock calls you were making with your laners? Yeah, I think I ganked a lot in the early game and just from discussing about warding and vision, I actually talked to the bot lane more often. And what about you? How did it feel as a one of the laners? Yeah, I feel like he always would follow up whenever I asked him to look at my lane, so it felt great. And in game four, Rama’s support was picked by your opponent, it must have been pretty hard to predict. So, how did you guys react? You know, when we were talking about it, we thought that, you know, the only support that we could see is support Maokai. And I think the enemy was quite aware of that. Maybe that’s why they went with the Ramis. And we thought it was quite funny. It was quite entertaining, and we had a lot of fun playing against him. And when it comes to T1, your strength in team fighting really stands out. And you guys picked Silus Annie for game four. And we’ve noticed that even in LPL, Annie has high pick rates. So what is good about Silus Annie comp? Is there none? I mean, since Annie has hard CC, I think that’s just something that you can follow up with. And she’s just really strong. What about you, Faker? You know, in team fighting, there’s a lot of strength, but this time around in game four, I guess, I mean, I didn’t really get a lot of ganks, not a lot of action in mid lane, so we don’t really see much there. And with worlds on the line in today’s match, there must have been a lot of pressure for T1 as the defending world champion and must have been so desperate to watch you guys win. So when you broke the nexus in game four, what was the very first emotion that hit you? You know, since we were able to secure worlds, I’ve just felt a massive relief. And honestly, we had fallen to the elimination match, but I think this is our spot. World’s spot is ours. So I think it’s just where we belong. And I feel like it just ended up happening the way it should. and Faker. Now you will move on over to meet Jen Gi. So what message do you have for Janji? Now since we are down in the lower bracket, we didn’t realize that we would meet Janji there, but you know, I hope that we get a good match in. I’m thinking, you know, I hope we have a good match, you guys. And what would you what would you like to say to your fans figure in this playoffs journey? There are a lot of ups and downs and I’m just grateful for all the fans that continue to support us and we will keep on trying and preparing hard for the rest of playoffs and owner. Honestly, there were a lot of moments where we struggled but I think we always managed to pull through. So, we will make sure to try our best to be prepared for the next match. So, please continue supporting us. And that’s the end of the interview with Faker and owner. And back to the space. Thank you. Thank you very much, dear Yaya. It is T1 getting themselves the victory over the hump. 3-1 over D plus Kia. And yes, it’s tough. A valiant performance by a squad that has been inspirational, especially bringing up new talent, having that world champion in the mid lane, having that twotime world champion in the support role, but falls a little short. They they knocked out doing what they loved, you know. Oh, Barrel. I’m I’m obviously on the verge of terrorists. Also, given that uh DK is my favorite team, but also I’m leaving the SK tune. So, there’s a lot of emotions there. Um, and maybe Barl Barl knew that. That’s why he went zero and nine. Um, and I think the for me the big production. I’m in tears. He’s coming for you. Cry. I’m in literal tears. You He’s coming for you. Can’t do that to me. Um, uh, takeaways here. I think that uh T1 made very clear particularly with the performance of I think Guma Carrier and obviously the standout owner here today that they are still on another level when they lock in and for DK unfortunately I think as I said at the beginning of the day trendir or Zoey it was a trend uh but there were a lot of them actually as it turns out yeah I didn’t really expect that T1 would utilize draft a little bit better today it wasn’t like they had banger drafts and they weren’t decisively winning draft in every game this series but The cool drafts we saw from D+, even that game four draft, I thought was very playable. There’s a lot of really cool tools there. We saw it work a few times where you root someone with Morana. Jin takes them from far away. Single target blow up is insane. The performance we saw in the early game just didn’t allow it to get online. I think D plus were a little bit nervous. The question we asked before we went into game four was, will the mental stay stable? And unfortunately for D+ fans everywhere, the answer was no. No, definitely not. Uh we’ll touch on D+ a little bit more after we talk about POM. And you want to stick around because we do have Doran joining the space here. What broadcast to talk about qualifying for worlds, being on T1, all that good stuff. Uh, unanimous a unanimous PO for this is this is uh we have a few of these a year where it’s just like there is just I I we even said it there’s just no voting. I just it doesn’t matter. Even GG and Soup figured it out. Locked in that. We were thinking maybe it was just going to be a faker vote. Nope. Not the case here. Everyone knew what the plan was. It was Owner getting back on track and then uh bouncing on in there. Let’s get to our comments. Wolf, let’s start with you, brother. So, it was a pent kill. Honor got a pentacill. Owner sends defending champions T1 to worlds with a penta. One kill for each world’s title. Hey. All right. That was one of my better comments, I think. Yeah, that was pretty good. I like it. It’s good. Um, for me, I uh have been a owner true for for a very long time. So, uh I’m happy to see that yet again. Uh the rumors of his decline were clearly and greatly unfounded. Uh not real. It was a little bump, but as it turns out, he locks in when it’s really needed. And he was truly a one-man armyer today. I’m just proud of you for putting anything in there, man. A true consent professional. Way to go, Kron. I like owner a lot, so that that helps. And you could see how relieved he was in the smile on his face during the post-match interview. Uh uh again qualifying for worlds there. Um Ox going with world form owner came earlier than expected but just when it was needed. Uh indeed a huge huge performance there by the jungler for T1. That’s it. The answer was a level three gank. I’ll be doing the same thing tonight. Taking a little page out of Raptor’s book. Um maybe Pony taking a page out of both of their books. It was actually uh that was in what like two out of these games actually such a big impact though the fact that the early summoners got blown in this one. He also did it in some of the uh earlier games of this series. And um if you think back to like 2023, remember when Poppy was just spam ganking level three every single game? We’re kind of trending back to that. I think bot lanes clearly have not gotten used to the fact that junglers are doing this now. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that’s that’s the peanut meta. That’s the the owner meta. You just make it happen at level three. And uh we’re definitely seeing a lot more attention there, even in the swapped uh bottom lane. Yeah. Uh Helios going with who is I like that. That’s great. I like that. It’s funny. I was just surprised that Helios didn’t go, “Hey, can you teach me how to level three gank? Here’s my name.” Pony kind of covered that. What Helios does. Well, I mean, I asked for owner’s number uh in in another in another pal, so I get Prince. I respect it. It’s a nice confession from uh from Prince here. Maybe we’ll see if owner will respond. Stay tuned. Will be nice consciously. You know, I’ve just seen it recently. You know, go they had the ceremony for GoGo. He’s getting married recently. Now, everyone is trying to get into a relationship. There it is. Prince, he’s shooting a shot. Way to go. And go with absolute dominance. When owner’s in the zone, nobody can stop him. Absolutely. Uh go- go on point there with the way that Owner played. Uh and again with that victory they continue on in the LCK and they continue on with their opportunity over at Worlds. And now joining us reorganizing the couch doing whatever he wants to do here just like he does in the top lane Doranu. Hello. Thank you. Yeah. Uh Doran everyone top laner for T1 rarely needs an introduction. Welcome to the English analyst desk. Congratulations on the big victory today and qualifying for worlds. How do you feel right now? Yeah, we had such a crucial match against DK today and I feel like compared to the last match that we had against them, we have performed better. So, I’m pretty satisfied with today. Absolutely. I just for a second here, it is chaotic right now in Little Park like over where the fans are. There are so many fans lined up here uh for Doran, which is awesome. and he qualifies for your fourth worlds uh on three different teams. What has been key to your success going to worlds across multiple different teams? Yeah, I feel like basically I have always been a part of teams that had very very skilled players. So, it actually always gave me an advantage, but uh as for this year, I’ve always been wanting to make it to worlds with T1. And I feel like there’s even more possibility to get uh to climb higher and get further. So, it makes me really happy. A true team player given props to the teammates. Now, uh after a big loss against Hanwood Life Esports in your last series, what did T1 focus on in the preparation for the D+ series? team. Google Yeah. Uh our loss against Hana Life esports, I think it had various reasons uh and causes, but I think uh we all as a team believe that it’s it was most important to make sure that our form is up to par. So I think today we noticed that we had individual performance that had leveled up and we tried to focus mainly on being cohesive. So, I think that’s just something that had uh that we had a lot of feedback on and it was quite effective. Well, today after playing some standard picks in your first couple of games, you played Kennan and Gangplank. How planned were these picks before today and how many more do you have? Immediate training. Yeah, of course. Uh, Kenan and Gangplank. Those are picks that you don’t really commonly see right now. Uh, I think today I just kind of insisted that I play these champions based on the enemy comp. I felt like it would be a really good counter and I could play well with them. And although these were not that well prepared or practiced picks, I think I was able to visualize myself playing it. So I think as for the remaining picks that I haven’t been able to show, I think yeah, you could definitely expect me to pick um something quite different. Uh with this victory, you secure worlds. Uh but your LCK journey continues against Gen G. This is the marquee rivalry in the LCK. What makes this rivalry so intense? Fore speech. Yeah, in the regular season, uh, you always see T1 and Genji being pretty dominant. And I feel like right now, uh, you can’t really say much about that because we’re meeting in a place that’s not even the finals and one team will be eliminated before then. So, I feel like there’s a lot of pressure on both sides. And personally, I have so much desire to make it to the finals and win uh the title. So, I’ll make sure that I do everything I can to make sure that I can get that title. You’ve played many matches against Keen and you used to play with Ruler. Do you have anything to say to them before your match? Yeah, these players, I meet them often and there are several players on their team that I have been a part of uh as their teammates. But in the world of competition, everything is fair and square and it is coldblooded. Uh so I hope that we both do our best and I hope that we have a great match. Very honorable. Very honorable. I like that answer. And then finally, you have so many fans around the world. They followed you for such a long time. Do you have anything to say to all the English- speaking fans that have followed you and supported you? Thank you for your support. Thank you so much uh Doran for spending time with us here in the English broadcast for the global audience. Again, congratulations on your victory today and best of luck in your next match against Gen Gam. Thank you. All right, Doran doing a great job here on the global desk. Give the shout outs in the chat as it is a 31 victory. If you don’t count game one, it was a 3 0, which was my prediction, but doesn’t matter. Uh 31. I got the 3-1 prediction right now. Don’t don’t try. Someone has to take up the mantle when you’re gone. I’m just saying. Me, Valdez, Goko, and Helios, and Ox. Actually, I didn’t see Ox in there. So, a lot of the Andes were correct. And uh follow the D+ formula. Sadly, for D+ fans, I was hoping for five. I was hoping for an interesting fearless game five where T1’s drafting would have been tested a little bit more. But that’s the end of the road for D+ and really looking forward to seeing if Geng will look back and form cuz last time we saw them Canyon look a little bit rough but Owner looking fantastic today. So maybe T1 can make the underdog story happen. Yeah, that that one is going to be really hard to predict. I think uh for me it really comes down to can bounce back the same way that T1 did because if we look at owner’s performance in the first series versus this could not be a bigger difference. And my hope is that we’re going to see the same from Gen G. Uh, and my expectation is that we’re going to see the same from Geng because I think it’s also important to note that despite the fact that both Chovi and Canyon had a pretty dreadful series, it was still five games, was still close. I can only hope that the Gen GT1 series brings us what we all want, which more five gamers. This also solidifies that our top four teams were the top four teams in the legend group. So, our best legends were the top four teams in the LCK in the end. That if you just say that statement without looking at the games that happened, I think it’s very simplistic, but it is the end result. It is. It is indeed. I I you know, you guys see that I tried to throw in the question there to get him to say something to the opposite side. Say something spicy. He was very respectful. I played against a lot of them, but uh may the best team win. Very, very honorable answer here. However, we’ve got this here. I still can’t believe this is our upper bracket final. One of these teams is going straight to finals. That’s right. One of these teams. I don’t have any particular attachment to either of them. I’m really excited. Now you know how it feels. Wolf, we’re getting to the point where the personalities are coming on in. Wolf has been following KT throughout multiple different esports titles and now has an opportunity to see them raise the cup for the first time. First finals in a long time if we get it. Very, very long time. and and he’s, you know, uh, for me, this was very painful. He’s dealing with 2023 trauma, so hopefully one of us, uh, dodges that. That would be great. I’m rooting for you, buddy. Life can’t take that lower bracket finals away from you this time. Too soon, man. Oh, too soon. All right. Well, we’ll have a uh little bit of break session for them. It’ll be a 24-hour break. Then we are back on Saturday, KT and Hanwood Life Esports for a spot in the grand finals. On behalf of everyone here at the LCK, thank you so much for watching. It was T1 3-1 over D plus Kia to slot in there against Geng. We’ll see you on Saturday. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Doesn’t kill me. Makes me stronger. Heat up here.

  1. I am going to make a bold prediction. HLE won LCK Cup and First Stand. GenG won Stage 1 and MSI. T1 win Stage 2 and Worlds. Luxury taxes increase next year and another Korean Exodus in LoL esports will happen so that other regions have a chance.

  2. 4:08:03 why the F Doran and Oner on back-line and let Faker and Guma on front this is pure dumb if they got punish and lost this map its gonna be theirs fault

  3. Only Guma can make Ziggs look weak while refusing to play Kai'sa in a Dive Comp. 🤡
To think his Toxic fans were blaming Oner for Guma not being good at Zerri, Kai'sa, Ezreal, Ziggs, Smolder, Yunara. 🤡 🤦‍♂️

  4. Now, I started to believe T1 & GenG just want to prolong their screen time, that's why they went to lower bracket on purpose ☺I can't wait to see their next match.

  5. as a korean, and watching both lck and lck global, I really like lck global's interview. Their questions are way better.
