Chongyun can still get really impressive clears if you have the investment lvl. Problem is that investment lvl is way too high its like 5.5 cost at least all for a 4 star. i dont think thats worth. But his F2P performance is still more that passable.
Just incase some one wanted to know Chongyuns 2 best in slot artifact sets for Dmg are Guilded dreams and Unfinished Reverie. Emblem is a fine option but the other 2 sets are more dmg. But his claymore choices are real bad the only 4 star options that are any good are serpents spine and Aquamaru. 5 stars like A thousand blazing suns, Fang of the mountain king ( only works in burn melt) and Stone thresher are all good options. I used Chongyun this abyss on second half was fun.
