Having Maetria below Eorin is just false. Its not opinion, it's just incorrect. I havent even used Eorin for months. Maetria is used a fair amount.
Even in faction tower is barely use Eorin anymore.

idk scarlet and eorin have 0 BIS use outside of tower, whereas heroes like shalltear (TS) and twins (NC and some CR) have BIS use every week. rowan has minimal if any usage anymore. Lots of changes outside of maybe the top 2 tiers that should be made
