Did you have a radiant job quest for the companions activated? Because they send you to houses to get rid of the animals that broke in.

Its a quest called: Animal extermination from Aela the huntress. It can spawn bear if you are higher then 15 level.
Freedy Fazbear security system kicked in.
Most likely, you have a quest from your Companions to kill the beast in this house and you just carefully crossed it.
I just did this quest today.
Cave bear: "stop you violated the law!"
Bear will remember that.
