My PC Specification: –
Lenovo V15 G4 Laptop
Windows 11 Home
CPU-AMD Ryzen 3 7320U with Radeon Graphics 2.40 GHz (upto 4.1 GHz)
IGPU-AMD Radeon (TM) 610M (2GB dedicated VRAM)
RAM-16.0 GB LPDDR5 (13.8 GB Usable)

RSR (Radeon Super Resolution) is an upscaling technology which can be turned on via AMD Software (AMD Radeon GPU is must).
While FSR (AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution) is also an upscaling technology which can only be turned on if game supports it.
Image quality wise FSR is way better.

All Gameplays/Benchmarks are recorded with performance mode (Fn+Q) and Power mode (Settings/System/Power & Battery) set to Best Performance.
No Capture card is used so without recording you will get 3-5 fps more.

Enjoy!
