  1. This is exactly what happens in Xenosaga when Gnosis turn humans into salt. Ghosts are likely Gnosis and only the Ares can damage them similar to KOS-MOS and the Hilbert effect.

  2. Given Monolith's typical pattern with this stuff, this new expansion will probably connect it to the other Xenoblade games a bit more clearly.

  3. This like when i play SMN 3 and everything got all Snowy in a side story…only persona fans would know

  4. Observations:

    Ghosts can appear from black rifts (they look like darker, prolonged versions of annihilation events)
    Ghosts also have cores similar/identical to the cores on Xenoblade 3’s ouroboros interlinks down to the shape, pattern, and color.
    In addition to beam attacks, Ghosts can also emit a light purple hazy wave that can disintegrate living things. Whether those BLADEs are dead or transported is unknown.
    The Ares Skell has five cores that match the patterns, shape, and color of the Ghost cores. We can also assume that the Ares cores are similar to the Xenoblade 3 Ouroboros cores.
    The Ares Skell can use weapons with attacks that match the color and likely power of the Ghost weapons.

    During the Ghost attack on the White Whale, the Skell in this video must have been “infected” with Ghost energy which allows it to effectively counter the Ghost faction.
    I need to look more into the Gnosis and see the similarities they share with the Ghosts.

    If anything, Future Redeemed may have been an appetizer in connecting Blade and Saga, and X seems to be way more explicit in connecting the two series.

  5. Dang, I feel like this should’ve been DLC on based Xenoblade X when it first came out in 2015 in Japan and December in the US but I guess they decided to scrap the story DLC and quickly focused development on Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in November 2017 worldwide because this is interesting because I want to know what happened between the release of Xenoblade X on the Wii U to Xenoblade 2 on the switch. Because it ended on a major cliffhanger that never got resolved for a decade. All we got was Xenoblade chronicles 2 and 3 I feel like this was supposed to be story DLC that was supposed to be out in early 2016 but Nintendo decided to cut their losses with Wii U and mandated all of their internal studios to move development to the unannounced Nintendo switch at the time and this is where monolith soft is caught in the crossfires and scrap the DLC story content that was supposed to be for Xenoblade Chronicles, X and quickly focus development on xenoblade chronicles 2

  6. Yknow, I know people are making the ghost and gnosis connection already, but is it just me or does the black orb looks basically like a inversed Anhialation event?

  7. ゼノブレイドクロスは、いい所で終わっちゃったから2をずっと待っていました。ディフィニティブエディションで完結する感じでしょうかね?
    今回でも2でも、それ以上続いてもいいのでぜひ続きをお願いします。ゼノギアスからのファンで当時、WiiUはこれだけのために買いました^^;
