Did you put heist havoc lot challenge? Bc it increases the chances of being robbed
There is a cheat on the mailbox to force a burglar to come
I'm wondering if it has somthing to do with your backup save files 🤔, I'll be deleting all mine tonight
although you cheated the time to make it night, I noticed several daytime popups (ie follow sim to work/school)

My current Sims 4 household has a dog so even though she has the friendly trait hopefully their dog Angel will chase the burglar off
