this game and this song makes it easier for me not to think about what happened in 2019. even though i am a much stronger man for coming out of it alive and well… i can't help but regret that i didn't die
I personally never got to play the games. I however did watch silent playthroughs for the experience alone. But even if I had never known the story behind it, this soundtrack alone feels so incredibly nostalgic on its own. So sad, yet so peaceful. You could just lie down and let time pass by as if nothing matters.
This game has truly changed my life. It’s deeply rooted into my soul, it’s a part of me. I can’t describe the feeling I get when I listen to this soundtrack. It’s a feeling I’ve yet to manage to describe & replicate. Glad I didn't play it back when it was released, or else I'd have been getting restless for the Part II. Now that Part II is readily available, I can't wait to experience the further journey of Joel and Ellie.
this imo is the best song on the soundtrack. it just… does something to me i cant stop listening. it really feels like im home when i listen to it. its a perfect ending to a beautiful story.
