One of my biggest issues with the Wii U version of this game was that the text was so small I couldn't even read it even on my larger TV. I think it was because the game was both 720p and the default text was so small. Glad to see this remake fixes that. 👍🏻
Question, does the developer made this for switch or switch 2? This game looks good but I would be disappointed if this is all switch 2 can give.

My Insane & Wild Predictions
1.) The OG Switch could be utilized as a controller for Switch 2. The screen could mimic the Wii U Gamepad or the Dreamcast's VMU. Synchronization could be made through the local wireless, possibly Bluetooth.
2.) There is a .99% chance that the Switch 2 Pro Controller could s sport a mini LCD at the center in addition to its ability to split in half in mouse mode.
3.) Switch 2 might offer its own productivity suite (ala Google Workspace) in tablet mode which includes a stylus.
One could dream 🙂
At this point a direct sequel to "X" is definitely in the works, or at least will be. I'll be honest and say i never thought this game would come to switch. I figured it would be a launch title for the now named "Switch 2" but I'm so glad to be proven wrong.
Still not sure how Nintendo was like yea let’s make these games not as good or better than this one

its a hard sale for me. I love the new QOL improvements, but 1080 30fps is still too low for me. I got to play this at 4k 60 with my copy and emulator on PC and it was incredible
Not interested. I heard the story is weak. Xenoblade 1 and 3 are enough for me.

Oh wow this looks incredible I'll be turning off the voice option tho so hopefully we have that option during combat and exploration so I can play without the constant flapping of one's mouth, that's what I love about the OG tomb raider there's only talking during the cutscenes, wish game devs would go back to that idea, but dang this looks cool

I genuinely wish we could turn off the New L.A. rap music, or change it to something new/better that isn't rap music.
Aside from that, this looks like it's everything I've ever wanted from a port of this game, so far.
