〈ゲーム紹介〉
『Borderlands/ボーダーランズ）』はアメリカのGearbox Softwareが開発し、2K Gamesとテイクツー・インタラクティブが2009年に発売したゲーム。
そして2019年には、今回実況の『ボーダーランズ ゲーム・オブ・ザ・イヤー エディション』（Borderlands GOTY Enhanced）がPC、Xbox One、PlayStation 4向けにリリース。
『Borderlands/ボーダーランズ）』はFPSにレベル性などのRPG要素を取り込んだ『ロールプレイングシューター』ゲーム。
FPSのように一人称視点で敵を倒していく事で経験値を取得でき、その経験値でレベルアップしスキルを取得するなどのシステムや、宝箱を開けてアイテムや武器を入手したり、敵を倒してお金を集める等RPG要素が多く取り込まれている。
