it's actually not that painful if you just took your time and went slow, going at it in a single day knowing you will still do some errors and not remember some locations or how to get some of the other Riddler trophies will cause you a lot of stress, take a good some hours break then come back, also I advised that you do all the side quests before you complete the full story

They really made the Riddler trophies as annoying as possible in this game
