Get ready to pursue inspiring skills and meaningful businesses! With the new Ticket Kiosk you can run the business you want, charging customers for entry or for time spent. Incorporate the new hobbies – Pottery and Tattooing – into your business, charge for lessons, or come up with something unique! You can start your business right out of your Sim’s home. There’s a new selector tool that allows you to designate space for your business.
With the new Tattooing skill comes new possibilities for expression. You can even create custom tattoos and share them with other players through The Gallery! With this pack tattoos can also be layered, giving you more freedom to get creative.
With Pottery, you’ll have the option to add a glaze (there are a variety to choose from) and at high skill levels you’ll be able to use the Japanese art of Kintsugi to repair broken ceramics with gold.
Explore the skills you’re passionate about in a new world: Nordhaven! This historic town has daily Meetups for hobbies where your Sims can connect with those who share their interests, and maybe even find a Mentor. You can also grow your skills by attending Classes or Lectures, or you might want to host them yourself! Classes are goaled events that are run as part of a small business, which means you can earn Simoleons teaching any skill.

Is it safe to say you can have a functional museum with a gift shop and lecture hall? I haven’t seen anything that for sure says you can just have a section where they just view items. Praying bro praying. I have a super sim and I want her to be a museum curator so bad. I want to have a whole world I feel very passionate about instead of just having literally every collectible in my basement.

I think the German name for the pack is a lot more fitting than the English one.
In German it’s called „Vom Hobby zum Business“ which translates to „From hobby to business“
The fact that soooooooo many of you dont know what hobby means is crazy. Yall want to complain just because. The hobbies were in the trailer. Just because you dont consisder them hobbies doesnt mean they arent. There are few careers in the base game that should be hobbies but they arent. Sooooo yeah a hobby is what ever you do during your leasure hours, like idk POTTERY! 🙄

Feels like 50% Tattoo Parlour from this trailer but I guess the surprises in the other ventures are to be discovered.
Looks like a good pack in a long time, just a shame it costs a lot for anyone who might not have the game yet or by now be a choice to consider for HDD space.
