In terms of speed: Richard ＞ Olberic ＞ Sazantos ＞ Elrica.

In terms of HP: Someone in the front row must have lower HP than Fiore or Olberic; otherwise, the boss will use Triple Fire to one-shot the tank.

You have to break the boss by turn 14 or earlier; otherwise, she will gain permanent buffs that make her impossible to kill.
