They don't have the experience like US. They lost to Vietnam. They'll lose to the US miserably. It's not like inventory does the job on it's own.
They need extreme on ground experience. Plus, the reverse engineered military tech need not necessarily be upto to the mark.

I really hate seeing soldiers fight through jungles in urban/desert camo. That is such an immersion killer for me. I wish we could go back to the Battlefield 2 days where everyone's camo automatically fit the map.
