You shot the Sun with Auriels bow in that area one time, rare moments, it will glitch out and appear right there everytime you load into that specific location, usually, I have 2 still going on near the middle of the sky near whiterun everytime I load up from 2 months ago.

One of the things I hate and the reason I stopped using that bow, was because the effect on the sun glitched. Every time you did a fast trip you saw that effect and the truth is I'm not fascinated by the fact that the effect stays there.
