Int honestly isn't even that good in pve, because by the time you reach the level for it to start destroying bosses, literally every stat will melt bosses
I love how so many games have 1 crybaby group of players (mostly melee players) which will call anything else no skill, when they're the strongest build.
I mean, I run a different build each playthrough of Elden Ring. I have a strength character, a dex character, an intelligence character, and a faith character. I don't understand why some players insist on locking themselves to one specific build.
I will never understand the whole “int is easy mode” statement lol. In my experience playing strength has always been far easier until late game when you have enough fp to cast like 20 spells
I played strength builds in dark souls 1-3. I did intelligence in elden ring since I was tired of the strength life. Intelligence in elden ring was pretty fun though.
Bro thinks int have range is ez when the boss can input read and closer the gap with a lung atk or dodging your spell or counter with their range atk while some spells are just too slow, every build here have its pros and cons befitting different playstyles of different people so just let people play how they find its fun and stop being collectively dump on others people builds just because you dont like it.
during my first ds1 playthrough i picked knight class, and i got the dark knight sword very early in the game, after that point i was the boss throughout the game, like on average every boss took 5 to 8 hits before dying to my big ass skyrim sword.

Nothing is better then putting on Havels gear, 2 handing the Zweihander and tanking the hell outta everything.

ppl arguing about easy mode when literally any playstyle that isnt handicapped its easy mode
Me and my Saint of the Bud cosplay: 0.0000000001% of players
My absolute favourite build I've done was Giantdad in Dark Souls 1

Really varies from game to game.
Dexterity = im slay like a pro
Strength = i only need to hit you Once
Ornstein and Smough start crying when they can't break through my shield and poise while I bonk them with a huge stick
WHERE IS FAITH?!
me: firebomb
Arcane/luck aren't even mentioned, and pyromancy being a replacement for faith gives off ER kiddo vibes.
Lets see a poll on the stats themselves.
I miss the chaos pillars in dark souls…
Mmmm dark and darker lobby music
faith arcane builds are more fun than strength build
You're genuinely scum

I like strength and dex equally and will swap between them on new playthroughs or separate games
Faith Builds:
What does "best" even mean here?

If it don't go bonk, you building ronk.
Strength is easy mode. It’s definitely as easy as Int builds. Maybe requires a bit more effort, but not much
Gamer try not to forget all games gameplay is always about spam something, making none playstyle matter, they are all the same

How is int so low wtf
I like dex the most just cause of weapon design. But big bonk and magic still are pretty cool
