Wait I feel like the frat boy should live at the new money house and falls in love with the old money daughter but her parents don't want them to be together. Also def need checkered floors and a maid for old money house. You should put a music studio in the new money house for the frat guy so he can rap or something LOL

Here's my story for this build: the girl's parent suddenly got rich and they changed their lifestyle in two days. Her whole family specialy her older brother are so excited but she kinda misses their old simple life. Then she meets the rebal boy in her school or something and the old money boy falls in love with her. But she doesn't like the idea of being with someone who's so self centerd and ignores him. Not to mention her older brother is rivaling with this old money guy in school and there's tention between the families. Any way the guy really really loves this girl so he finally starts paying more attention to his family and the legacy to prove himself to the girl!:D

I'd love to see animal print and bright, strong colors for the new money house, with open concept, and more delicate pattern and neutral colors for the old money one, with very sectioned but big rooms…
