New challenge run: The Banished. Get to Firelink Shrine and then corrupt your save data. You literally start with nothing and have to truly work your way up. Going from a defeated hollow who isn't even capable of attacking to a mighty kingslayer.
Can't climb even one step up a ladder. Finally, a video game protagonist I can relate to!

About defeating bosses on your own, Nito can actually kill himself using his Gravelord Sword Dance, but I assume it's impossible to pull the trick off since you can't run or roll. Also, I believe that Capra can kill himself by repeatedly taking fall damage, although, mild luck will be required to avoid the dogs 🙂
Can you do the centipede cheese and mash out of the grab damage?

Also, couldn't you use the dragon torso stone? Would that be better than the dark hand?
I accidentally did it once by downpatching my game. I believe the character returns to normal when you revert back to the current patch
By the way splee, I found out that you can make other enemies poopwalk!! I parried the black knight with the halberd in darkroot garden in a weird position and his animations were like poopwalking animations!!!! Idk if anyone ever found out about that, but he started doing weird, awkward moves, his hitting and walking animations were different

he might as well have 0 stamina cause that is a pain in the butt

Does any gear/items in DS give you a flat stamina boost? I think it is all regen speed or a percentage based boost.
So isn't this the sl1 world record since the other runs are no longer as officially level 1

Wait. You can get a character to Gwyn in 0 bosses now? When you revert to the correct patch after downpatching, your character will be back, at least it should. So you can wrong warp with down patching now. Huh.
I know for a fact this community is insane enough to take this on as a challenge run, and i for one, cant wait for the video where somone completes the game like this!
