Rain World is one of the most unforgiving games out there. With it’s diverse simulated ecosystem, it can be a struggle to survive. So in this video, I will show you (mostly) everything you need to know in order to survive in Rain World Downpour.

I may be new but I will say I just came here for things I didn't know…also the only thing I found hard wasn't surviving that's in the mid the thing I found hard was killing a lizard I got to the third region in one day as well as unlocked the survivor fast travel aka the first fast travel that you get for surviving long enough without dieing in one day…same day I got the game…but I won't say I'm a pro I still say I suck for the fact that yeah possibly 20 to 35 deaths maybe if not more or less 10 at the least
I can give only one tip.

Im playing this game for 5 days for now, and my @ss burned like 37272917125 times, i accidentally deleted save with 74 cycle, died like 40 times in no gravity and killed myself.

Also another tip for new players,
You can actually scam scav tolls by giving them a single spear, picking up the one they drop when they pick it up and then handing them back their own spear until they wave you through.
Centipedes are not blind, they have a movement based vision, you can stay still while crouched to avoid detection or just crawl to reduce your chances of being spotted.
Little but useful tip for red centipedes : if the ground is flat or almost flat, running in a straight line makes it so red centipedes can't catch you, they are indeed faster than you, but in a straight line, for some reason, they will briefly stop moving when reaching you, so they can't catch.
Also, 1 well thrown spore puff in enough to kill a red centipede after a couple seconds.
I have one question so I made it to the leg. I did die, but I know how to get there and it’s not that hard. Do you need a lamp for the leg?
Another tip:when in shaded citadel or one of the darkest places
Places there will be black lizards crawling will help

Tip extra:You can skip the mid game easily by the outskirts-farm arrays gate;industrial complex-chimney canopy. Also, there are many gates, all of them are at the inner comment section

After playing this for 10 or 20 hours I don't think it's really a good enough game to git gud at. It's kind a beautifully made shit game. The comparisons to Hollow Knight or Dark Souls are kind of laughable. Hollow Knight is a perfect game. This is defined by it's flaws. It's not hard. It's just arbitrarily and poorly made.

i just got this game and im loving it
Literally just downloaded thus game because the trailer looks amazing, didnt realize i basically download Getting over it level of hard game 💀 already downloaded it tho, might as well finish it. So far on my 30 minutes playthrough, i died like, 2 times. And literally the only enemy ive encountered is the lizard thing 😭
Also, WHY IS THE LEAPING SYSTEM SO ANNOYING??! WHY DO I HAVE TO SCROL THE CHARACTER DOWN BEFORE HOLDING A, LIKE I NEED TO MOVE MY CONTROLS UPWARDS TO CLIMB BUT I NEED TO KEEP THEM DOWN BEFORE JUMPING GODDAMN IT

Playing this on mobile and ngl jumping from the wall to wall is the hardest for me
can this be considered like a little spoiler? or there's lot more to discover about things and mechanics?
An important tip without spoiling anything is that every item you can pick up will have some kind of use — many or most of them may have multiple uses, and some of those uses may be surprising and/or extremely helpful, so it's important to remember to experiment with new items (and even old items) to see if there are any specific applications or interactions an item has with the world, its residents, or slugcat themself… especially (but not limited to) in the areas you most commonly find said item.
It's not a necessary thing for completing the game, but some of these uses are huuuuge lifesavers.
