  1. How does everyone feel about the idea of Cloud gaming on the Nintendo Switch? For me, if they can deliver stability, of course, internet dependent then I actually think I'm ok with it! Even if it does defeat the portability nature of the Switch! As always thanks for watching, liking and subscribing, not only did we get an amazing Switch Direct today but the channel hit 15,000 subscribers so thank you all so much!

  2. The switch already connects to the home network with ethernet. Unless you mean in handheld, but handheld wired to a router doesn’t sound very good.

  3. control looks/works great in switch! looking for more games cant wait for read dead redamtion 2

  4. Pay for a game I can't play offline when say, a bad storm or my service provider wants to act like a dee – naw, I'll pass.

  5. Brroooo. I got guuud WiFi. Switch just switched up the game. All they doing is broadening what u can do on their console. Xbox stepping up too by doing the same

  6. Was loving it, payed for it after being impressed, granted I have a gigabyte Up/Down. About an hour 1/2 in, dropped me out with an error, tried to go back in and same error, "Error Code: 2-AZ59A-0810 The application is running and has not closed yet. Please wait a while and try again.(64000008) I'm not new to cloud gaming, been around since Onlive, looks to me like my instance is stuck. lol Anyon else come across this, can't find anything yet or others?

  7. With the new implementation of Nintendo Cloud Gaming, I think as consumers we need to really rally together and plead with Nintendo for the following:

Whilst cloud gaming is probably the way the industry will go (Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, Xbox Game Pass, Nvidia GeForce Now, Facebook's new cloud gaming service, etc.) I feel it is great because – access to games with minimal tech? Awesome. Games we'll be able to play and otherwise wouldn't? Win! Has anyone played Control yet with Ray tracing on? Whilst using your Switch? Hand held? I mean hell… It looks awesome.

We can't take away the 'physical' aspect, allow me to explain; could Nintendo still allow us to have cartridges with the games on (more like a boot key) to access whatever they decide to place in the cloud? This allows us to access these games through stores such as CEX, GAME or whatever is equivalent in the US (GameStop?), It keeps jobs alive, it keeps us swapping/sharing, but also having that physical/tangible game. I feel more satisfied PHYSICALLY holding something and having the feeling of "this is mine", not "my games are in the cloud… Somewhere… The internet ether of entertainment…" Not the same "gaming" feeling I got as a kid or get as an adult. Do you know what I mean?

ALSO AND THIS IS A FRIGGIN BIGGY – The Witcher 3, is available on Next Gen consoles, if you have the copy on the current gen AND they'll upgrade for you so it runs incredibly on the new consoles… Surely it would only be fair, if Nintendo and the developers move this way too? Cloud gaming would genuinely force us to only be able to pay the price for the games that's laid out by the powers that be.

Imagine being given all the upgraded graphical capabilities on our current games? BOTW? Mario Odyssey? Smash Bros (even though often I just stare at the chaos and think… "How the f*ck did I just win that?")

I just want awesomeness and equality.

Can I just say though… Nintendo all the way ALWAYS! Other consoles come secondary or tertiary in thought. 😂😂😂

Be good to know what people think. First and foremost though I do want to support developers and creators… I'm just skint due to the Capitalist Global Northern consumerist behaviours 😂 woe is me.

  8. Dunno why it's a timed demo. It's not like there's much to even do in the demo. And you can't really tell if it won't lag more into the progression of the game

  9. I would totally be up for cloud gaming if it was like Geforce Now, where buying the game actually will offer you a steam download code as well. That way, if the streaming service goes away, you will still own the game in some capacity… Otherwise, it should definitely be a monthly subscription instead, because it feels more or less like a rental service rather than purchasing the game itself.

  10. I think the perfect game to come to switch would be death stranding since it is not really a game the suffers when having input latency, scorn might suffer a little but, but that game could probably work as a direct game, but with lowered visuals like witcher 3.

  11. I am behind the curve here, but Im playing this and the download was like nothing and its running fine. So I am cloud gaming? I feel dumb haha, help a brother understand. And If I buy the full game its just crucial that I have blazing net speed? Thanks and you rock man.

  12. Decided to get it due to being interested in the story from what little I saw from the demo.
But it works really well for me.
There’s hardly any input lag, and I do experience some movement lag.
But it’s hardly enough for it to ruin the experience.
    I’m sill playing through it.
And so far, I’m loving it regardless of the hiccups here and there.
I personally think it was worth it.
