Hobbitbrook – My First Sims 4 Build After a Long Break!
Welcome back to my channel! I’m excited to share my latest Sims 4 build, the first residential for Hobbitbrook, a magical home that is part of my ongoing Hobbit-themed save file project. The goal? Transforming the Glimmerbrook neighborhood into a stunning, whimsical Hobbit landscape! This project originally began in 2021, but after a long hiatus, I’m finally back to share the process with you.
For this build, I used the T.O.O.L. Mod by TwistedMexi, no CC, and didn’t limit myself to specific packs to achieve the best level of detail possible.
My inspiration came from an amazing artwork by Johannes Burström (check out his Artstation page for the reference).
I’m thrilled to have my dear friend, the incredible Simproved, join me for the voiceover! Together, we dive into the details of the build and chat in a relaxed, podcast-style format.
Unfortunately, due to a bug introduced with the For Rent pack, this build is not placable anymore and won’t be uploaded to the Gallery. But I hope you’ll still enjoy exploring the creativity and detail behind it.

This was so fun to see the build process during our Office sessions, seeing you editing it and then also being in the voiceover. This video feels like my baby now 😛 I'm so happy I could get you to do a video. I play with your builds! I prefer fantasy style simming and your creations have been perfect. If something doesn't work perfectly I just edit what i can for gameplay. Also for random townie I use Kuttoe Home Regions to keep them in their worlds.
