It's not your aim at 2:41 minutes but rather the guy you tried to snooze had on a flak jacket which prevents a tranquilizer dart from penetrating plus hitting it makes a certain sound.
Wear a pair of earbuds or headphones could help you hear and learn how to differentiate between the different sounds
This is why it's awesome when they use the actors real face. Gorgeous! I haven't played this game in almost a decade… that's crazy to me, that it came out that long ago.

I’m actually playing it right now with my son (he’s actually pretty much the age of Liquid/the other child soldiers in the game IRL lol)
Metal Gear has been my favorite entertainment series as far back as MG2 (and I was born the day that MG released lol) so one could say that I was fated to love Metal Gear.
On top of all that, I’m an actual Army veteran/ Private sector contractor (what 80s films and non military would refer to as “Mercenary” lol, although I must admit, Mercenary does sound infinitely cooler than “Private contractor” 😒🤷🏻😂 )
