Can you pickpocket the armor? I know that at a high level of pickpocketing you can steal equipped items so weapons,armor,rings and amulets should be able to be stolen right?
The headsman armor is a “non-playable armor.” In other words, it’s not actually a programmed piece of armor and will not be useable by anyone but this NPC.

try taking the headsman armor with the glitch using paralysis spiders and 100 pickpocketing skill

Can't you reverse pickpocket the headsman and get the armor that way?
To get the armor, just get the pickpocketing perk were you can pickpocket equipped items
You can get the headsmans axe by doing his quest for him and then getting him as a follower.
If you drink waterwalking potions while at the bottom of the sea it fires you up to the surface but the underwater swim sound effect never goes away

For the headsmans axe looking so cool it sure sucks you can only get it via murder, also it kinda sucks.
