  1. Immersion in game designe is fundamented by making the player feel as if they are part of the world, usually replacing the main character with themselfs. Frisk being a literal lego action figure, with no obvious tells of gender, race, emotion, is a perfect empty catlist, a vessel. Wich is…weird, cause undertale isn't the most immersive game… I mean, the game adress you(the player) for starters, but hell, think of all the final boss fights. The game reminds you, it's a game. You aren't really suposed to replace frisk with yourself, but rather, frisk is some kind of puppet you move around to interact with the world, like a Link, so it's more akin to Zelda then Half life and the three gordon rules… The fuck am i going with this line of though? Man I don't know, i wrote too much and now I don't want to discard it
