Or you can just us the spell lesser restoration as your primary healing and by the time you get to the dawn guard dlc ( about level 30) youll be at level 100 restoration, the more difficult thing is actually getting all yhe perk points, if you ahve the CC then this method is fine as well

Or just cast it on pretty much any undead, vampires in broken fang for instance.
Secret method- use poison rune/ close wounds with heavy armor set & thank me later
