Grappler is the latest addition to the Hall of Fame 4 (HoF) for Monk jobs in JP version of Mobius FF. This is the video of the final 2 nodes as I screwed up the 1st node with my bad editing skills. Also, there’s a lot of pause between actions as 1 wrong move is all over again. I needed to think twice! While the rewards are not as exciting as Pugilist, it upgraded this job to a better breaking machine with the following skill cards:
1. Basic Stats +40%
2. Fast Break +30% (Quick Break)
3. Smart Break +150% (Piercing Break)
4. Flash Break +150%
The last node is seemingly easier than the 2nd as you will face Tiamat in the 4th battle. Trick of defeating it is to break it 3 times to pass battle turns in order to waste it’s Triple Barrier buffs. Once gone, the Absolute Defense buff will not be cast when it’s left with 1 HP. If Absolute Defense is up, it will definitely defeat you when your turn is over.
