Odisha likely got lost in the translation because the name translates to "great forest" in one of the Indian languages and also evolved from other ancient languages over time. Also Dixon Avix says' Friend of Odisha." and some other gibberish when you tell him you found Elder Scrolls. His original line I found for that is ""I'm sorry, my friend. I can no longer be of use in this matter." So I'm thinking Odisha may have multiple meanings in this mod just like "Both consciously and unconsciously".
