NDS – Shooting Star Rockman 3 – Black Ace (Burai ZZ) [Gemini Noise] (S Rank + No Damage)

I made a mid-tier folder by removing 5x Bushido X + 5x Sword Fighter X and putting 5x Bushido 3 + 4x Elec Slash, i changed the white cards from (Acid Striker) to (White Card 14).
The White Card 14 gives you:
