    Notes from the Game:

    + Spencer Strider was FANTASTIC. 6 Innings of No-Run, 3-Hit Ball, Walking 3 and Striking Out 9 en route to his First Win in 2023. Let's hope this is the Start of a BIG CY YOUNG Campaign!

    + The Bullpen was also Great! 3 Pitchers Finished the Final 3 Innings, giving up just 1 Run on 2 Hits, Walking Nobody and Striking out an Additional 2, all while making it look routine!

    ROTATION TOTAL: 9 Innings, 1 Run, 5 Hits, 3 Walks, 11 Strikeouts.

    The Braves' Offense was Hitting on ALL CYLINDERS Today!

    + Olson with a BIG Day at the Plate! 2-3 with TWO SUPER MISSILES, A Walk, and 3 RBIs! a .500 Average with 2 Home Runs through 2 Games is a Great Start!

    + Acuna Got the Game Started Off Right with a SOLO SUPER MISSILE to Left! That would be his ONLY Hit, as he'd finish 1-5.

    + The Oz-Man doing the Basics! a 1-3 Day with a Single in the First, and an RBI Walk in the 3rd.

    + Michael Harris II may be off to a slow start in these first two games, but he made his ONLY Hit Matter: An RBI Single in the 3rd.

    + Marcell Ozuna even got in on the Fireworks Show, Making his Lone Hit a SUPER MISSILE OVER The Braves' Bullpen!

    + OTHER NOTABLES: Arcia Continues his TORRID Start with a 3-4 Day, which included scoring Twice. d'Arnaud also recorded a hit, Going 1-4, Though Eddie Rosario had an O'fer, Finishing 0-4 with 2 Strikeouts.

    On this April Fools Day, The Braves made a JOKE out of the Nationals. The Offense took Josiah Gray and their Rotation to the Woodshed, The Defense was Solid, and the Pitching… What more do I have to say about Spencer Strider that I haven't already? The Braves Took Care of Business, and it was NO Laughing Matter.

    SUNDAY:

    The FINAL ROUND of this Three-Game Showdown at Nationals Park has the Braves on the Cusp of a SWEEP to begin a 2023 Regular Season. To do that, however, they must get through MacKenzie Gore, who was Traded to Washington in the Juan Soto Trade, though had a Record of 4-4 in the 2022 Season with the Padres before spending the rest of the year in the Minors.

    Meanwhile, JARED SCHUSTER will make his MLB Debut Tomorrow with the Braves, who has been carefully building his path to the Major Leagues, despite posting a 9-10 Record with an ERA of 3.69 with Rome, Mississippi, and Gwinnett. Shuster has a solid three-pitch mix consisting of a Fastball around 91 mph, an 80-81 mph changeup with a ton of tumble to it, and a low-80's Slider.

    Can the Braves Open the 2023 Regular Season with a SERIES Sweep in the Nation's Corrupt Capital?

    braves are looking in great form already. hopefully this series win gives us the confidence to get hot early in the season
