Free Agent Michael Fulmer is the latest off season acquisition by the Chicago Cubs. Fulmer who was the 2016 American League Rookie of the Year with the Detroit Tigers, had a number of injury issues over the course of his career. Last season, he came out of the Tigers Bullpen and was electric. The Tigers flipped him and his expiring contract to the Minnesota Twins at the trade deadline.
